The sun shone brightly outside and its rays hit Yunho’s face which woke him up. He rolled to his side and extended his arm only to discover the space empty. Slowly, Yunho opened his eyes and saw YoungHee sitting by the edge of the bed. “Ugh~” Yunho groaned when he tried to get up. “What happened last night?” “You were out the entire day and we found you drunk by the hotel’s bar last night,” YoungHee calmly answered. Yunho used both of his arms to support himself in a semi-sit up position.“What time did I crash?” he asked as he rubbed his eyes. “I’m not sure. I was making you some tea while.. While MinYoung-ssi was watching over you,” YoungHee told him.“MinYoung was here last night?” Yunho looked over at YoungHee who slowly nodded. “You kept asking for her last night after Jaejoong-ssi and Junsu-ssi brought you here.” Yunho looked away; embarrassed of what he has done. He didn’t want YoungHee to see him that way but most importantly, he didn’t want MinYoung to see it as well, knowing that he wants MinYoung to be there for him when he’s drunk because he trusts her the most. Yunho slowly looked at YoungHee again and found her dressed up. A smile crept up on his face as he thought that she looked pretty that day. “You look nice today,” he complimented. “Are we going somewhere on our last day?” YoungHee chuckled. “You and your friends have somewhere to go today before you leave tomorrow,” she told him as she stood up.“You’re not coming?” he asked. YoungHee shook her head.“Why not? You can’t possibly stay in here wearing that. It’d be a waste,” he said, sweet talking her. “I’m leaving today,” YoungHee claimed.“Why? Do you have an emergency call from your office? Can’t it wait tomorrow?” Yunho immediately sat up. “No one needs me at the office at the moment. I decided to leave earlier,” she told him. Yunho stood up and approached her side.“Is there something wrong? Do you want me to come with you?” he asked.“Nothing’s wrong, oppa,” she assured him. “You should stay here with your friends and leave with them tomorrow instead.” “But why do you have to leave now and not tomorrow? I need you here~” he pouted, trying to act cute to persuade YoungHee.“You don’t need me here, oppa,” YoungHee chuckled that made Yunho step back.“What are you talking about? Of course I need you,” Yunho persisted. “I have to leave today, oppa. You don’t,” she declared. Yunho shrugged his shoulders.“Fine. What time’s your flight so I could drop you off to the airport on time?” Yunho asked as he began to get his watch and wallet from the night table. “There’s no need, oppa. I’ll go by myself,” YoungHee stopped him.“It’s fine. I’ll drop you off,” he insisted.“I can go on my own, oppa. You don’t have to drop me off at the airport. I don’t.. I don’t want you to see me leave,” YoungHee turned serious. “What are you talking about? I mean, we’ll still see each other in Seoul right?” Yunho’s face was filled with confusion. YoungHee bowed her head.“I think.. I think this’ll be the last time, oppa,” she told him without looking up. “You mean.. After you leave.. We’re.. We’re done?” Yunho asked, stammering. YoungHee slowly nodded.“Wait, wait, wait. Hold up. What.. This isn’t..” he couldn’t continue his words which made it easier for YoungHee to cut him. “You know what, oppa? You keep saying that you want me and that you need me when actually you don’t,” she said calmly.“Can you tell me exactly what you mean because you have me all mixed up right now,” Yunho begged with his arms crossed, trying to understand what YoungHee wants to tell him. YoungHee shook her head as she chuckled. “You know what’s hard about you? The person that you really want has been standing right in front of you all throughout your life but you never manage to see because you’re always look pass ahead of her,” she said.“I still don’t get it,” he said with his eyebrows knitted together.“You need her and she needs you, too. You want her and obviously she wants you for a long time. All these years, you never really loved anyone aside from her and I’m sure she is the same. You kept her waiting ever since,” she told him. “Who are you talking about?!” Yunho demanded. “I’m talking about your best friend.” YoungHee’s answer made Yunho laugh. It wasn’t funny for YoungHee but it was for Yunho. All of his ex-girlfriends never got jealous of MinYoung, making YoungHee the first. Yunho thought it was jealousy that made YoungHee break up with him which he finds amusing. “MinYoung?! You’re accusing me of actually loving her?!” Yunho asked, stifling his laughter.“You know what? You’re both the same; you and MinYoung have been going around in circles but you’re both scared to lose each other. Until time comes that you both want each other and have been longing for one another,” YoungHee stated trying to make Yunho realize things. Yunho became silent and slowly sat back down on the bed. “If you were to chose, who would you pick? Me or MinYoung?” YoungHee asked. Yunho looked up and opened his mouth to answer. However, no words came out from his mouth that made his close it. Yunho looked away in embarrassment and so did YoungHee. The pair remained unmoved in their positions for a minute or two before YoungHee decided to get her trolley bag and head out of the suite. “You take care of yourself, oppa.” YoungHee went out of the room as she slowly closed the bedroom door behind her. She quickly made her way out of the suite and waited for the elevator to reach their floor. She impatiently pressed the buttons a couple of times. In a few seconds, the elevator stopped and to her luck, it was empty. YoungHee immediately closed the elevator doors and pressed the “G” button. Not being able to withstand anymore, YoungHee’s tears sprang out from her eyes. She slowly sat down and hugged her knees close to her chest. “Goodbye, Yunho oppa,” YoungHee thought as she cried out. ~•♥•~
