Junhyung of Beast (1/1)

Joon’s cotton candy tasted the sweetest. Tonight was a rather chilly night, but the sugary delight brought warmth to my heart. Each bite reminded me of Joon, sweet and nice. Before I knew it, I had finished eating all of it, and my two friends were nowhere to be seen. My throat was dried because of the candy, and I decided to buy some mineral water. I left my bench and made way to a stall, not far from where I was sitting. People were still crowding the carnival, but the excitement had tuned down, there were more people enjoying the stroll than bustling their vocal cord on the games, as if they were trying to go against the loud music. I got into the queue, and I couldn’t help but to recognize the person in front of me. “Hey, Junhyung, hi.”I poked his shoulder from behind, and he turned, looking surprised. He looked around, to see the people I was with, I guessed.“You’re alone?”He asked, without bothering to answer my greetings.“I’m with Chaerin and Minji, but they are still riding the games.”I explained for the second time tonight.“What about you? Are you alone?”“Nope, I’m with the guys.” The guys that he mentioned were his closest friends, which all of them formed a team, as they called it, or a gang, as we called it, called Beast. The team’s name spoke for itself, actually. The six of them were renowned by their ability to kick butt and destroy like a beast. The Beast was admired for their fighting skills, every single one of them knew how to move their body fluidly according to the situation. They were desired for their good looks and amazing body proportions (not to mention nice abs, not that I ever saw all of them), and especially for a guy named Kikwang, which he had made flashing his chocolate abs out in the open as his bimonthly public speaking fulfillment. However, they were feared because there was a rumor that they were actually the ruthless gangsters outside the school, and they spared no one that crossed his path with them. No one. But I was not afraid of Junhyung. You see, Junhyung was my classmate, as well as the other five, and I never saw them acted as raged as the rumor had it. They were crazy, of course, and played with each other aggressively, but they where boys. So what did you aspect from them? Besides, I knew Junhyung would never lay his hands on just anybody. He had his temper under control most of the time actually, and I knew that, because I was partnered up with him for our weekly English assignment. I was one of the girls that ever had the chance to make a decent conversation with him, closely.
