A week has passed and all the members of the drama club are currently gathered inside the theater room to discuss about certain things related to their club. "So as you all know, the school year is just months away from ending, so it means it's time for the Spring Musical!" Sakura started enthusiastically making all the other members clap their hands in excitement. "Okay. Meet Ryujin from Class 3-B, she will be directing this year's spring musical. And also, audition sheets as well as the schedule will be posted later on the bulletin board so please do check it out. Everyone got that? Any questions?" she was answered with a series of "none", "Well okay then, you all are dismissed" Minju got back to her class and Yuri's words were immediately the first thing that greeted her, "Hey remember that talent show Mrs. Kang gave us as a last project? Yeah your partner for that is Yujin" Yuri dashed back to her seat, not even letting Minju say anything. After she recovered from her momentary shock, she heads to Yuri's seat (which was beside Nako's) and asked her whether or not she heard that wrong. "I'm sorry, what? You gotta be kidding right? Why can't it be you? Or Tomi? Or Nako? Why does it have to be her?" Minju sighs, frustrated. "Look, I don't know okay? Remember, it was Mrs. Kang who chose the partners" yet again another another frustrated sigh. "So, who's yours?" "Chaeryeong" Minju was about to react but got interrupted when Nako and Hitomi arrived. "What are you two talking about?" "Yuri's partner is Chaeryeong" Minju whined at her other two friends, "Why? Who's yours?" Nako got no answer from Minju, so she came to Yuri instead, "Yah, who's her partner?" "It's Yujin" Tomi ended up laughing out loud the moment she heard who Minju's partner was. "Yah, what's so funny?" Minju asked with cute glaring eyes, "Oh nothing nothing" Tomi went behind Nako and tried so hard to suppress her laughter. "Nako-ya, who's yours?" the smallest pointed at the giggling Hitomi, "This girl right here" "How are you guys so lucky with your partners?!" her friends just shrugged at her question. Their first teacher for this afternoon had already arrived and so they needed to focus on their class. The week has just ended, yet Yujin and Minju still hasn't made any plans regarding their projects for both their schedules always don't match and they have no time to discuss it during class hours. It's currently a Saturday and the Chou family is busy discussing stuff in their living room. "So Mom, Mama, tomorrow's your 20th anniversary! Do you want anything? Maybe we could buy it for you?" the oldest among both of them ask, "Oh that's so sweet girls, but we're totally fine with whatever you have in mind" the Chou siblings gave each other knowing looks, remembering their little plan. "Hyewon-ah, don't forget to bring Eunbi with you" Hyewon nodded, "How about you Minju, are you gonna bring a plus one?" Tzuyu asks her youngest daughter. Minju shook her head, "Nope. I invited my friends tho, just like you wanted" "That's good" Sana beamed in joy, "Oh by the way, your Aunt Nayeon and Aunt Jeongyeon will be here tomorrow so that we can all go to the venue together" "Aunt Nayeon and Aunt Jeongyeon are coming?" Hyewon asks in excitement, their parents nodded in delight. 'Wait...if Aunt Nayeon and Aunt Jeongyeon are coming, then that means-' "Is Yujin gonna be there to?" her older sister asks, to which their parents nod as a way of answering. 'Great. Just great. Now I have to deal with her cockiness even in my parents' anniversary. But on second thought, we can use this opportunity to finally plan out something for our project' Minju thought to herself and smiled proudly because of her plan. Sunday came and Minju was still fixing the final touches on her outfit. When she was finished, she got down and saw her sister opening the door, 'That must be them' "Hello Chou Fam!" Yoo Jeongyeon exclaimed and went over to hug the couple. Soon enough, Nayeon came and made her way to the couple also, "Oh I still can't believe you guys have already been married for 20 years" "Well, neither can I" Tzuyu said and she ended up cracking up alongside Jeongyeon. "Hello girls, so lovely to see you again" the Chou siblings went to greet them individually, "Uhm Aunt Nayeon, where's Yujin?" Hyewon asks. "She's in the car, looking for her phone" "Oh okay, I'll go there and help her" Hyewon dashed outside and a few minutes after that, she got inside with Yujin who was wearing black leather pants and a formal blue suit. She went on and greeted the couple, "Oh my Yujin, look how tall you've gotten" Sana exclaimed, making Yujin chuckle. While the adults were talking, their children were sitting on the corner of the couch, two of them busy playing with their phones. "Hey" Minju called Yujin but got no response, "Hey Yujin" she called again, slightly louder this time, yet still got no response. "Yah Yoo Yujin, I know you can hear me. So would you please stop playing for a bit and pay attention to me!" she raised her voice slightly, although not enough for their parents to hear. "Woah there sis, you sounded like a needy girlfriend for a sec there" the two cracked up, and honestly it wasn't helping Minju as of the moment. "And what do you need my attention for, Ms. Chou?" Yujin asked with a teasing grin, "Don't flatter yourself, I just wanted to talk about our project in Mrs. Kang's class" "Oh, okay" Yujin continues, "Do you have any ideas in mind?" "I was thinking maybe we could sing" Hyewon scoffed when she heard this, "What? Sing? Yujin doesn't sing" "Yeah, I don't" "Well you have to, unless you want to dance" "Dance?! That's even worse than singing!" Yujin slightly exclaimed, "I figured you would react this way" "Wait- wait. Yujin knows how to play the guitar" Hyewon said all of a sudden, "Okay....and how is that supposed to help us decide what to do?" Hyewon facepalmed at how slow her sister was, "Duh. She can play the guitar while you can sing" Minju's face beamed in delight, "Okay, I can do that. And please take it seriously, I don't want to have a bad grade on my report card. Unlike some people" the youngest Chou stares at the Yoo's only child, "Hey, I care about my grades too you know" Yujin said, making Minju chuckles sarcastically, "Yeah- okay sure" "Kids! Come on! Let's go now!" Jeongyeon said and turned to Yujin after, "We'll ride with them, you three go together" they all went outside and went on separate cars. Minju didn't even get a say about this sudden change of plans in regards to their transportation and just went with it. The adults have already left, which leaves their kids. "We should go now" Hyewon says, "I call dibs on the back seat!" "Wh- What!" the Chou siblings fought about who's staying where but eventually Minju lost and had to sit infront at the shotgun seat since Hyewon used her "I'm older than you card", which by the way, Minju finds totally annoying. Yujin started driving and on there way there, she kept stealing glances at Minju without the older one finding out. Of course this didn't go unnoticed by Hyewon who gave Yujin a mischievous knowing smile the moment their eyes landed on each other through the rear view mirror. Hyewon obviously knows something that we don't.
