A 6-years-old girl, sits on a tall chair plopping her elbows on the countertop. A strawberry milk lollipop sticks out from the corner of her lips. She is facing the back of her mother who is in the middle of making dinner, mac and cheese, her favourite.“Mom, can I ask you a question?” She took the candy out of her mouth “Sure, sweetheart.”“How did you and papa met?” The little girl asked in curiousity.A small smile tugged on Tao’s lips. He switches off the stove and pours mac and cheese in a white casserole dish. He wipes his hands on the blue apron tied around his hip as he takes a seat in front of the girl, his child. Theirs. At that right moment, Kris arrived home.She swears, she saw twinkles in her mom’s eyes as he met his fathers gaze. "What did I miss?"
