Minji ruffled Dongho’s hair before leaving his room. She had thanked him for letting her stay in his house for a few hours so she could stop thinking about what had happened.Soohyun was sitting on the couch waiting for Minji when she walked into their apartment. She stood in front of him and crossed her arms. He saw that as a challenge and narrowed his eyes at her. Minji grinded her teeth when Soohyun let out a sigh. Soohyun rolled his eyes as he stood up. “We need to talk.” Minji said as she relaxed her arms.“I think I already told you that nothing happened.” Soohyun grimaced. Minji scoffed. “What else is there to talk about?”“Everything.”“You know I love you too much to ever cheat on you. Minji, you mean the world to me. I’m not dumb enough to sacrifice what we have. Why won’t you believe me?”“Because,” Minji pouted and pressed her lips together, “I can’t forget what I found in OUR room. And don’t tell me that they were mine because I know what type of panties I use.”“You know what a liar she is!” Soohyun growled. “I don’t lock the door, she could have easily snuck in and put it there on purpose. You have no idea what goes through that crazy girl’s head.”“It’s not just that!” she said sternly. “Have you noticed that we’ve been fighting more than usual?”“That’s part of being a married couple.”“What if this isn’t what I wanted in my life?”“That’s a low blow…” Soohyun frowned. “Do you really feel that way?”“I’m just tired of arguing with you, Soohyun.”“Then why start this fight?” Soohyun furrowed his brows. “This is ridiculous! Why do we even have to have this conversation?”“Because you cheated on me!”“I DID NOT CHEAT! Why don’t you listen to me, woman?!” He took a deep breath to be able to calm his anger. “You seriously have to do something about your trust issues.” he sighed.Minji gave Soohyun an evil glare, “I don’t have any trust issues.”“Please~” he laughed. “I’m surprised you trust us, your friends, most of the time.”“What is that supposed to mean?”“I understand what your parents did to you. But why do you have to take it out on the world?”“I trust you.”“Prove it.” Soohyun bit his lip. “Who do you believe? Your sister’s sister or your husband?” Minji looked at the ground to think.“It’s not that I don’t trust you on this… I just trust the evidence.”“Evidence can be sketchy.”“Soohyun, I just… I think we need to take a break. Just so I can think this through.”“What is there to think about?” Soohyun grimaced. “Your husband, your best friend, is telling you that he was not unfaithful to you.” Soohyun sighed, “Great, now I’m talking in third person.”“This isn’t a joke, Soohyun!” she said sternly. “I think this would be healthy for us. We’re always together. There should be times where we have time for ourselves.”“It’s called work.”“What if that’s not enough?”“Take a long bath.”“I take all my baths with you.”“Then take a long shower.”“You don’t get what I’m saying. Being apart for a while will make our relationship stronger. Just a few days. It hurts me to say this but, we can’t see each other until I am convinced that this whole thing is idiotic.”“It is, so no need to leave.” he smiled.“I’m leaving.” Soohyun’s smile faded.“You say you love me, so why are you doing this to me?”“I’ll come pick my things up tomorrow.”Soohyun grabben Minji’s arm when she started to walk out. “Please, stay. I’m sorry for everything.” he cried. “I beg you not to go.”“I’ll be back in a few days.” Minji snatched her arm away. Minji grabbed a cookie while she was sitting in AJ and Hoon’s living room with them, Kiseop and Dongho. “Maybe you should just forgive him.” Hoon said. “You already know that he is saying the truth, so why make him think otherwise?”“I feel like our relationship needs this type of thing.” Minji twisted her lips.“You know my mom will love for you to stay with us as long as you need.” Dongho grinned.“Than-”“No.” Kiseop interrupted. “He lives in the same building, in the same floor as you. I think you’ll be more comfortable at my place.” Kiseop winked. “It’ll be fun, like old times.” Kiseop furrowed his brows and bit his lip when he noticed AJ’s knowing gaze.“You should stay with us since you’re already here.” AJ smiled at Minji.“Sounds like a great idea.” Minji jumped. Kiseop and Dongho cried in disappointment.“I think I might’ve been too harsh.” Minji sighed as she laid on the floor of AJ’s room.“You might’ve.” he agreed.“I’m going to go apologize.” she stood up.“Now?” AJ looked at her from his bed. “It’s like midnight.”“What better time.” she winked at him.“Wait!” AJ  sat up. “You are NOT going to have make up sex in my shirt.”“I promise.” she laughed.“Then, good luck.” he threw his head back on the pillow.A/N: Sorry for the late update :( and I’m also sorry for the… weird chapter.www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHUbjYBOJSE
