Yoochun signaled the valet to have his car ready. While they waited by the curb, MinYoung heard a familiar laughter. She turned to her side and found Yunho who had his arm around a girl in a skimpy outfit. “Hyung?” Yoochun saw them. Yunho stopped when he saw MinYoung with Yoochun. Yoochun placed his hand on MinYoung’s back and approached Yunho and his company.“What are you doing here?” Yoochun asked.“Uhmm.. well, we came from the club and had a couple of drinks,” Yunho answered when he pointed at the club next to the restaurant. “This is Lee Chan Young, by the way. She’s a model,” he introduced the girl clinging onto him.“Hey, MinYoung-ah, maybe you can get Chan Young to be in your fashion show!” Yunho suggested and MinYoung stiffened.“You’re a fashion designer?!” Chan Young gaped at her. MinYoung nodded slowly.“She’s the daughter of the famous Shin ChaeYoung,” Yunho told her.“OHMYGOSH!!” Chan Young began to jump up and down. “I hope you can get me to be in your fashion show! You’ve been the talk of the town in the fashion industry. Everyone’s excited to see your collection!” she squealed. Yoochun stifled his laughter. “So where are you heading now?” MinYoung asked with arms crossed.“Well.. uhh.. we haven’t eaten yet so we thought of grabbing some dinner first,” Yunho said nervously.“I thought we were going to your place?” Chan Young pouted at him. MinYoung raised an eyebrow in amazement. Yoochun laughed.“We should have some dinner first,” Yunho told her and she just shrugged her shoulders. “You guys could join us,” he offered Yoochun and MinYoung.“We’re fine. We already had our dinner,” they declined.“Hey, have you told her already?” Yunho nudged Yoochun.“She knows,” Yoochun chuckled.“Are you guys a couple now?” Yunho asked excitedly. “Aww~ You confessed to her?!” Chan Young interfered. Yoochun nodded with a smile. Chan Young leaned her head on Yunho’s chest. Suddenly, the valet came back with Yoochun’s car. “Hey, hyung, let’s talk later. We have to go. It was nice meeting you Chan Young,” Yoochun told them. MinYoung bowed and gave them a tight smile. Yoochun held MinYoung’s hand, went inside his car and sped off. ---“Looks like Yunho hyung have found his new target,” Yoochun chuckled as he peered at his rear view mirror, looking at Yunho and Chan Young’s figure standing by the curb.“Seems like it. What happened to the girl in our reunion?” MinYoung wondered out loud.“Park InHye?” Yoochun asked.“Yeah, that girl! What happened to them?” MinYoung asked.“Nothing, I guess. Maybe that’s why Yunho hyung dumped her and went for Chan Young. I bet they won’t last a week,” Yoochun joked.“Are you kidding me? They won’t last a day. Soon, he’ll realize that he went for someone who’s too clingy. Did you just see her?” she said. Yoochun chortled.“And he denies that he’s a man whore,” she huffed. Yoochun laughed even more.“Why in the world would he deny it when he really is?!” she went further.“Maybe he just appreciates women,” he suggested, wiping a tear from laughing to hard.“That’s what he said,” she muttered, glaring at him. Yoochun stopped in front of MinYoung’s apartment. He took off his seat belt and noticed that MinYoung was glaring at him.“What’s with the glaring?” he nervously asked.“Park Yoochun, don’t tell me you’re a man whore, too!” she cried.“I’m not!!~” he laughed. He got out of the car and went to MinYoung’s side and opened the door for her. Yoochun followed her to her door. Abruptly, MinYoung turned to look back at him, stopping in the tracks.“Are you sure you’re not like Yunho oppa?” she looked at him with suspicion.“I’m not!!” he swore. “What made you think that I was?” he asked.“You’re his friend,” she reasoned. “That doesn’t mean I’m a man whore. If I was then I shouldn’t have confessed to you,” he genuinely told her and she softened.“Thank you, oppa,” she said softly.“You have thanked me too much tonight, save some for next time,” he joked. MinYoung giggled.“But seriously, oppa; thank you,” she repeated. MinYoung extended her arms and tiptoed to give Yoochun a hug. He wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her. Without hesitation, he kissed MinYoung’s cheek and leaned in to her ear.“I love you,” he whispered.“Thank you,” she whispered back. --- As soon as Yoochun left, MinYoung took a shower and changed into her pajamas, getting ready for bed. When she came out of her bathroom while she dried her hair in a towel, she saw her purse on her bed. MinYoung sat on the edge and opened her purse to take out the velvet box that Yoochun gave her. Flashback “I know that everything seems so fast for you but I want to let you know that I love you so much; so much more than a friend. I hope you’ll let me love you, MinYoung-ah. ‘Cause I’m willing to do anything for you just to make you happy,” he said with such sincerity. MinYoung looked at him, speechless. End of Flashback MinYoung smiled as she thought of their dinner that night. She never expected Yoochun had any feelings for her until tonight. She was grateful that Yoochun has given her time to think and that he was willing to wait. “Should I wear this while I think about my decision?” she asked herself, clutching the box in hand. Then, she thought of a way of wearing it. MinYoung went back to her walk-in closet and searched in her jewelry box by the vanity. After some time, she finally found what she was looking for: a thin silver chain. MinYoung took out the ring from the box and inserted the necklace in it, making the ring as her pendant. She looked at the mirror and clasped the necklace on her neck. She took hold of the ring and read the engraved words on it once again. “YooMin forever.” ~•♥•~
