Heechul walked out of her room in the morning for breakfast to be pulled into a hug by her mother. "Umma... Can't...breathe. "Heechul managed to say as her mother ran into her room and hugged her tightly. "Oh... I'm so happy my little girl is going to get married." Jujin said smiling widely. "What?!!" Heechul shouted making her mom jump."Hangeng agreed to the proposal, Chullie. " Jonghyun said walking into the room. He was waiting outside the room letting his wife break the news. "What?!! But he.... that cheater. "Heechul said in a small voice feeling betrayed."Oh... I have lot of planning to do. Let's have breakfast first. I need to call Mrs Han. "Jujin said excited. Jonghyun stared at his daughter for a few minutes. She was staring down at her plate emotionless. Heechul felt happy seeing her mom so excited. She loved her mom and dad so much. But she can't get married she just can't. "Dad, can I have his number?" Heechul asked after finishing her breakfast meeting her father's gaze. "For what? To tell him to back off again. Why are you wasting your life Heechul? " Jonghyun asked in a calm tone sitting next to his daughter. "You don't understand dad. I can't do this. I'm not ready. " Heechul pleaded her eyes already wet with unshed tears. "I don't want to see my only daughter wasting her life. You are my only child Heechul it pains me to see you like this. Why are you doing this? Hangeng is a nice man. I know you feel something for him too Heechul. Why are you fighting it?" Jonghyun said getting up not wanting to see his daughter crying. Heechul pulled her knees to her chest and started sobbing. She couldn't understand why this is happening. She was nowhere ready for a marriage or anything related to any kind of romantic relationship. To say the truth she didn't want a relationship with anyone. She just wanted to be alone. But her dad had been right she felt something for him. That worried her even more. Heechul stopped crying when her phone buzzed with a text message. It was from her dad with Hangeng's number. Seeing Hangeng's name made her so angry that she was sure if he was there in the room she would've killed him without a second thought. "That traitor. "Heechul seethed in anger. Hangeng answered the phone on the second ring."Hello. " he said in his sleepy tone. Heechul was fuming mad when she knew that he was sleeping peacefully after destroying her world."Yah...it's me Heechul. You traitor." Heechul shouted she didn't mind that she was most probably hurting his ears. "Heechul? " Hangeng asked from the other side. "Yes, you promised me something yesterday and you did the opposite." Heechul said angrily."Can we talk face to face? I have a proposal." Hangeng said calmly. "What proposal?" Heechul asked frowning. She was not liking the way he was talking , he was too calm for her liking. "I'll tell you. Let's meet for lunch." Hangeng offered."Okay...I'll text you the address."Heechul said before hanging up. She stared at the ceiling thinking what Hangeng wanted to talk about.   Hangeng was already in the restaurant as Heechul walked in. "Hi.." Hangeng said offering a smile. He could see that she is very angry."I don't want your pleasentaries you jerk. Tell me what you wanted to say. After that I'm gonna make you pay for lying. " Heechul hissed eventhough she felt bad for being cold to him. Hangeng thought he could see smoke coming out of her ears. "Heechul, I didn't cheat you, I simply came up with a good idea which will benefit both of us. "Hangeng said carefully looking at Heechul trying to decipher what's going on in her mind."I already told you I don't want any introduction. And about the benefits, that's for me to decide. "Heechul said making her voice as emotionless as possible. "Let's have a fake marriage. I mean we have to get married in front of our parents. But there's no commitment in that. " Hangeng said looking at her. "Fake marriage?" Heechul questioned raising her eyebrows. "Yes, getting married in front of our parents for their sake. We can have our own lives after it. I mean you can do whatever you want I won't object. And it'll make our parents happy too. At the same time they won't pester us to get married anymore. " Hangeng said calmly. "Have you gone mad?" Heechul asked looking at him like he was some alien. "No, I'm perfectly fine. Heechul,  do you think your dad will stop forcing you to get married even if I say no? . No,  he'll find someone else for you . How long can you keep on rejecting. What  I'm offering you is an escape." Hangeng said trying not to be pushy.Heechul was silent for a few minutes. She was processing what he said. A fake marriage?  She questioned. The plan itself didn't sound so bad. But how can she know she could trust him? She let her gaze on Hangeng who was staring at her with an expectant face.  "What's in it for you? Why are you doing this? " Heechul voiced her thoughts. "I have my reasons." Hangeng explained. "What's your reason?" Heechul asked. "It's personal. "Hangeng said shaking his head. Just then the waiter came to take their order. "A large black coffee. " Both of them said at the same time. They both stared at each other in surprise. "Two black coffees. Anything else? " The waiter asked smiling at the couple in front of him. "No,  thanks. " Hangeng said when Heechul shook her head no. The waiter bowed at them and walked away. " I don't think it is a good idea. " Heechul said after few minutes shaking her head eventhough the idea itself was not bad she was wondering about his intention. If he is not going to say his reason for doing this she can't do this. "But why? We just have to act in front of our parents. Everything else will be the same.  When your boyfriend comes back you can go I won't stop you. " Hangeng said trying his best not to sound desperate. "How do you know about him? " Heechul asked in a cold tone. As far as she can remember she never told Hangeng about her boyfriend leaving."Your dad told me. " Hangeng said."See,  Hangeng the plan is very good but I can't agree to it unless you say what's your gain in this. You haven't done anything to make me trust you since we met. To say the truth you did the opposite. I'm sorry and I'll talk to my dad and back off the proposal. " Heechul said getting her bag. "No!!,  I'll explain. " Hangeng said he knew he did sound desperate but he was beyond caring he just wanted her to agree."Okay.. " Heechul said sitting back.  They stopped talking when the waiter came with their order. "I was.. No.. I'm in love with a girl."Hangeng said looking at Heechul. "Well... Then you should marry her. "Heechul suggested while taking a sip of her coffee. "That's what I'm doing. " He whispered. "Did you say something? "Heechul asked raising her eyebrows. "Yes, I said I can't. Because she's in love with someone else. But that doesn't make me stop loving her. I don't want to marry another girl and cheat her while all I can think about is her. Doing this we are not having a relationship so I don't feel like cheating and my parents won't bother me anymore. " Hangeng explained.  But Heechul noticed the way he talked about the girl. He was deeply in love with her Heechul thought. Heechul didn't know why but she felt sad for him and angry at the girl who didn't love him back. "I'm so sorry. But Hangeng you can move on easily. You can fall in love again. Your situation is entirely different from mine. "Heechul said in a small voice. " I can't move on... I tried.. But the truth is that I'm not ready to move on. Actually I don't want to move on. I still believe I have a chance and I'm ready to wait for her. For that I need time. We both need time. This marriage will buy us enough time. " Hangeng said drinking his coffee. "You think marrying me will make her jealous and come back to you. " Heechul asked."No, I want her to come back to me because she loves me not jealous of me. And I'm ready to wait till then. " Hangeng said. "You must really love her to wait for her like this. I know how much it hurts to wait for our loved ones to come back. I hope she come back to you."Heechul said reassuringly. "Me too. So what do you say about my proposal? " Hangeng asked. "For me it's a boon. But Whatif the girl you love doesn't come back to you if she knows you are married. It may cause you more heart break. " Heechul asked worried. "She'll if it's true love. If not, it's okay with me I'm happy to spend my time alone. " Hangeng said smiling sadly. "I need time to think. I can't answer you now. " Heechul said. "Okay. Can you make it fast? Our mothers are already planning the wedding. " Hangeng asked. "I'll try. Can you give me a lift? I asked my driver to come two hours later. We already finished our meeting so.. ." Heechul asked."Sure... " Hangeng said happily. He felt like he was going to burst with happiness. "Nice car.. " Heechul commented on seeing his Lamborghini. "Thanks... " He said opening the door for her. She raised an eyebrow at the gesture but got in. "I'll give the direction. And you don't have to open the door for me I can do it myself." Heechul said as he got in the car. "Oh... It's that I'm used to this. I know where your house is. " Hangeng said. "I'm not going to my house. I'm going to visit a friend. " Heechul explained. The rest of the car drive was silent except when Heechul talked to give the directions. After fifteen minutes Heechul asked him to stop in front of a cafe. He came to this place a few times before. "My friend owns this place. His name is Yunho he's one of my best friends. " Heechul said getting out of the seat belt. Hangeng looked out to see a handsome man coming out of the store. "Oh... I have visited this place a few times. Hey.. You will call me when you come to a decision, right? " Hangeng asked trying to mask his hope. "Yeah..That's Siwon. My other best friend. I'll call after I come to a decision." Heechul said seeing Hangeng looking at Siwon. "Bye." Heechul said getting out of the car. Hangeng watched her walking to the man and hugging him. She smiled at him making Hangeng wish it was directed at him. He heaved a sigh and drove away hoping one day she'll smile at him like she mean it.  "Is that him? "Siwon asked as the car passed them. "Yeah... Where is Hyuk and Yun? " Heechul asked starting to walk inside along with Siwon. "They are waiting for you. I had to lock them in to make sure they won't come out to threaten him. " Siwon said smiling. "Oh... Those guys. He's a nice man. " Heechul said smiling. "Spill it. " Yunho demanded as soon as she walked into the room. Heechul recounted what happened to the three of them. "So what are you going to do? " Eunhyuk asked sitting next to her while Yunho handed her coffee. "I don't know what to do. You three are my best friends help me make a decision." Heechul wailed laying her head on the table. "In my opinion I think you should agree to this. It'll buy you time. " Eunhyuk said. "That's why people say monkeys are stupid. " Yunho said laughing. "Hyung, what's wrong with agreeing to this? Heechul needs the time to wait. Hangeng is offering it. I see no problem in that. " Siwon said agreeing with Eunhyuk. "See....now who's stupid? " Eunhyuk asked sticking his tongue out. "Yah... " Yunho said hitting Eunhyuk gently. "But I'm afraid." Heechul said making the three of them look at her worried. "Afraid of what? " Siwon asked getting up and sitting beside her. "What if this is wrong?  I feel like I'm going to cheat him by marrying someone else. " Heechul said worried. "This is a fake one baby. No need to worry. And he's in love with another girl. So it's not cheating. " Eunhyuk said gently. "What do you say Yun? Should I say yes?" Heechul asked Yunho. Yunho stared at Heechul for sometime before answering. "Say yes,Chullie. He told you that you can have your own life and he'll live his own. Lay some ground rules. Don't open up to him. Keep some distance from him. That'll do." Yunho said nodding his head. "So you all agree to me saying yes."Heechul asked looking at her bestfriends. The three of them nodded their heads. "I'll tell him tomorrow. " Heechul said sighing. "OMG Heechul is getting married. " Eunhyuk shouted jumping off the table and started dancing around. "It's a fake one you monkey. " Heechul shouted laughing at Eunhyuk."So what?  We are going to get drunk. " He shouted back. Siwon got up and joined him. Heechul walked to Yunho and hugged him. "I miss him." Heechul sobbed into his chest. "Don't worry baby he'll come back. " Yunho said wiping her tears. "I'm sure he'll. " Heechul said trying to smile. "Hey... We are joining the hug. " Eunhyuk shouted as he ran to Yunho and Heechul followed by Siwon. "Thank you. And I love you guys." Heechul said smiling happily.
