Chapter In Which SHINees (1/1)

Chapter 2     “Yo, who released the information?” Minho was hoping to jump into bed and call it a night.     “You know, if you bothered to check, we have a fairly big fanbase in Toronto...” Onew spent the last two nights in Korea checking up everything he needed to know about Canada & SHINee on Google.     The police acted like body guards, keeping the fans away from attacking the members. Those with flowers, tossed them towards their idol. Screams willed the airport; “I love you Taemin.”; “Will you go home with me Jonghyun?”; “Oh My God, you're so dreamy Key!”; “Minho ~ AH!”     The members tried to squeeze in some signatures, but the constant presents being shoved into their faces made it hard for them to see.     “Come on~” Minho groaned. He was literally leaning on the police officer standing guard.     Suddenly a loud squeaking sound. “Saranghae SHINee. I'm your “tour guide”, I guess, during your stay here in Toronto.”     “What did you say?” Minho was too tired to pay attention, and added her volume drowned all her words, and to Minho, it was a complete blur.     “Sorry. Would it help if I spoke in Korean?” The girl spoke again into the megaphone; Minho thanked that at least now his buzzing ears couldn't hear the fans' screams.     “It would help if you dropped your microphone!”      The girl dropped her megaphone and spoke again. “Saranghae Minho. I'm so sorry. Would it help if I spoke in Korean?”     Minho was figuring that maybe he's either deaf or this girl is actually really soft-spoken without the megaphone. And why was this girl saying “I Love You”?     Soon the other members gathered around Minho, who was still slouching and resting upon the police officer. “Saranghae, I am Marisa...”     Taemin gave her a look of confusion, “why did you just say 'I Love You'?”     “Hm...?” Now it was Marisa's turn to give Taemin a confused stare. “I didn't say that.”     “You do speak Korean right?” Now everyone was staring at her.     “Sorry, Taemin-san...”     Minho snorted. “Honestly. They didn't accidentally send someone Japanese, did they?”     Marisa was now blushing, and Key swore he saw glimpses of tears in her eyes.     “I'm sorry... the one who knows Korean is my sister, but she's unwell today, so she sent me.” She bowed several times in apology. There was an awkward silence, followed by a few sniffles from Marisa. Key could now see the droplets of tears forming in her eyes, and so did Taemin.     “Aw ~ it's so cute when you call me Taemin-san though. That's okay.”     Onew nudged Minho with his elbow, and whispered to him, “and usually Jonghyun's the insensitive one.” Jonghyun upon hearing this sent Onew a glare, but Onew passed it off with a cheesy grin.     “I'm not insensitive! I mean, how are we to communicate with someone who isn't fluent in Korean?” Minho suddenly became rather offended for being blamed.     “Well, it's a good way to start practising our English,” Jonghyun replied, now sending Minho a glare. Telepathically, he was sending Minho messages to stop talking.     “How do I even know if this is actually our so called 'tour guide'? What if she's some phony?”     Marisa was fighting back the tears to hold up her cellphone, sincerely saying, “I can call my sister, really. It's no bother.”     Key was getting slightly irritated by Minho's behaviour today; it was out of his character to be so... inflexible? “Minho, just stop,” he whispered.     “What? I'm just saying. And stop blaming me! I'm just trying to make a point here. Sheesh~”     Marisa was staring at the SHINee members, who were all staring at Minho, who was staring to the side angrily. “Please, it's not Minho-san... no, no, no, sorry natural slip...”     “I've got enough of this. I'm renting a hotel room for the night, and if you guys aren't going to join me, well that's your problem.” The crew working with SHINee tried to stop whatever tension was breaking out between them, but it only seemed to anger Minho more. Minho was bitterly walking away, when a girl brushed passed her, covering her face with her hands. From behind, he heard Jonghyun called out the tour guide's name.  Back to writing on my pc, and now I've realized that my laptop's time is totally off --- it's still in Eastern Time (silly me). I haven't written two chapters for anything for a very long time. Hope this chapter is more interesting.
