►♦♦“What’s wrong Baek?” Chanyeol asked the boy who was not even touching his food. It’s Thursday and people should be happy since it’s only two days before they went on the mid-year holiday. Baekhyun didn’t look at his close friend. “Nothing. I’m full so I’ll go now.”But Chanyeol held him firmly and looked at him, serious and concerned. “Tell us what’s wrong.”So all Exo stared at him, waiting for him to tell a story. Baekhyun sighed and tried to escape from Chanyeol’s strong arms. “Seriously, nothing. Just some love proble-.” He stopped. Uh-oh, I did not just say the Love word, didn’t I?! He mentally smacked his head.“Love?” Kyungsoo paid full attention to Baekhyun. So far, he’d heard that a girl liked Baekhyun but he never knew who. Maybe the girl finally confessed to him? “So are you with her now?” Jongin looked at him. “Baekhyun with who now?” Kyungsoo looked at his friends before explaining.“There’s a girl from Woohyun’s class having a crush on him but I don’t know who. So, who is it? Or is it someone else?” Baekhyun quickly shook his head. “No! Nothing of what you think happened. If I say this, promise no telling anyone?”“What are we? We’re Exo, your family!” Xiumin seemed to be half-offended, half-joking. Baekhyun smiled sheepishly. “Yeah, sorry. Well,” he paused for effect. “I like Jieun.”And all the Exo members groaned, more like bored with his confession. “That’s so last century, Baek!” Lay chuckled.“We already know that before you even clarify it in front of her!” Suho didn’t look at him while saying because he was too busy playing his food. Baekhyun ruffled his head, feeling stressed. “But she likes Sungyeol!”Chanyeol or more like the others made bored looks. “Baekhyun, I never knew you were this oblivious! It’s like reading a big bold word printed on a big white paper. Clearly you and Sungyeol are really oblivious or plain-.” He couldn’t finish when Baekhyun glared at him. “Don’t you dare say it.” Chanyeol let out a scared laugh. “Hehe, sorry.” Jongin noticed Kyungsoo’s serious face.“What’s wrong Kyungsoo?”“Besides Sungyeol, you should pay attention to another person, Baek.” He took a sip before continuing. All eyes were on Kyungsoo now while the focused one was staring at Baekhyun.“Myungsoo’s in love with Jieun too.”He recapped the moment after recess where Sungyeol wasn’t in class.Myungsoo had been staring Jieun for a while. Even though it wasn’t obvious but Kyungsoo managed to notice him. Myungsoo was resting his elbow and a book was in front of him, wide open but his eyes weren’t fixed on it. They were fixed on Jieun. Kyungsoo who was at the back, talking to a few of his friends, noticed Myungsoo was in the same position for quite long. He wanted to ask him but he saw the direction Myungsoo was staring. Suddenly a faint smile appeared on Myungsoo’s face. Kyungsoo narrowed his eyes to get a better view.“Yo, Kyungsoo.”“W-what?” He looked up to his friend.“What are you looking at?”Kyungsoo looked at Myungsoo briefly before shooking his head. He was confirmed that Myungsoo was smiling. But why? He looked at Jieun and he turned serious. His friends asked him again and he shook his head once again. So Myungsoo’s in love? “So you better be prepared dude. Three guys are in love with the same girl.” Kyungsoo put on a grin but Baekhyun was panicking. “B-but this is my first love!” Baekhyun laid his head on the table, waiting for recess to end.►►♦It was P.E and guys were playing basketball while girls were playing skipping. All the teachers had a sudden meeting so the teacher told Minhyuk to look out for the class. Minhyuk just told everyone to continue play but remember to stay safe. All the students teased he sounded like a kindergarten teacher.Baekhyun stared at Myungsoo who was busy playing basketball with the others. Baekhyun was an additional player so he had to wait at the bench. He studied Myungsoo with a serious face. Myungsoo, on the other hand felt someone staring at him and he suddenly turned to Jieun for only a second. He frowned knowing that it wasn’t Jieun who had been staring him so he ignored the stare.Baekhyun looked at him before looking at Jieun then looked at the boy again. “Did he..?” He groaned quietly. “Aghh, why is there so many people in love with Jieun?” He slapped his face, not too hard and earned a weird stare from Minhyuk who was sitting not far beside him. “What?”“You just slapped yourself.”“Oh. I just wanted to know how it feels like.” He grinned.“:Next time, just do it off-public.” He shook himself and muttered, ‘weird classmates” while walking to check on others.Sungyeol suddenly appeared out of nowhere and poked Baekhyun. “Hey, spaced out?”“Pretty much.” Not knowing why but he felt annoyed with Sungyeol. Baekhyun wanted to stay away from him but he didn’t know why. He rubbed his face. “I need to go wash myself. See ya.”Sungyeol stared at the boy who walked away from him. He didn’t miss the part where Baekhyun looked at Jieun and Myungsoo for a moment. He made a confused look. “Did I miss anything?” Then, a boy shouted at him to join the game which Sungyeol gladly agreed.►♦►Myungsoo kept looking at Jieun. He didn’t know why but clearly there’s something wrong with him. He passed the ball to Sungyeol and he quickly looked at Jieun. He furrowed his eyebrows. ‘Why am I like this?’ He didn’t notice there was a ball aiming at him which luckily did not hit him. Myungsoo looked at Sungyeol. “Thanks.”“No problem. What’s wrong?” He passed the ball to others.“The... love thing.” He felt awkward talking about it. Sungyeol patted his shoulder, giving him a supportive look. “You’ll get her. I know you!” He left him to join the game. Myungsoo turned to look Jieun for the last time before class ended. He didn’t realize that Baekhyun that just returned from the toilet had just witnessed his action.Baekhyun frowned. “I can’t believe this.”♦►►Sehun felt tired with girls continuing asking him to be his boyfriend. He rested his cheek on his palm while waiting for the teacher to come. Sungjong who had finished talking cheerfully with Sujeong went to his place beside Sehun and noticed his friend feeling distracted.“What’s wrong?”Sehun’s eyebrows furrowed. “Nothing. Girls keep bugging me.” He sighed, “Don’t they know I’m clearly not in the mood for having a love life at this type of moment?” Sungjong chuckled.“People never bother to understand, Sehun.” Sehun clearly knew what Sungjong had meant judging from his words. He looked at Sungjong with a sympathy look. “Hey, stop thinking about it.” Sungjong sighed and looked at his side for a brief moment before turning to Sehun with a confident smile. Sehun knew it was a fake one.►♦♦Sungyeol, Baekhyun and Jieun went home together since Sulli said she had to go somewhere else with her family. Woohyun, Hoya and Sunggyu went to a studio to practice something while Dongwoo went straight home because there was no one to accompany him. Sungjong went to a mall with Myungsoo who coincidentally needed to buy something too.Baekhyun made an eye contact with Jieun who kept grinning. Sungyeol looked at them weirdly. “What’s wrong guys? You’re planning a trick or what?”“Oh~ nothing, Sungyeol!” She giggled while Baekhyun rolled his eyes. He held onto his bag’s strip and walked a little further. Jieun took this as a sign of him helping which he clearly didn’t intend to. She whispered to Sungyeol.“So, this Saturday. You’re okay with it or not?”Sungyeol gulped. “Eh? Oh…um… I’m okay with it.” Jieun smiled. “Great! I’m so excited, you know?” Baekhyun grunted. “Guys, just come on will ya?” And the trio went back home together in silence.►♦♦Myungsoo and Sungjong went to a café for a break. They put their groceries bags on an empty chair and some beside the chair. Sungjong was texting someone but his face looked serious and yet sometimes he would smile. Myungsoo smiled looking at the younger. He took a sip of his drink while looking at Sungjong. The younger noticed him staring and raised his eyebrows, feeling awkward.“Em, hyung? Why are you staring at me like that?”Myungsoo ruffled Sungjong’s hair with a grin. “You look so cute~” Sungjong acted a cough but he couldn’t stop the smile that was making its way to his face. “What’s wrong with you hyung?” he stopped texting and paid attention to his hyung. “Nothing. It’s just that I miss hanging out with you.”“So far, we hanged out last year and we see each other at school which is every day which by the way-.”“You seemed distant now.” Sungjong looked confused. “What? No. I’d never-.”“You’re always with Sehun and you’re always smiling whenever he’s with you. But you rarely do that with us now. Why?” Sungjong stiffened. “Maybe Woohyun and Sungyeol’s jokes aren’t that funny any-.”“Don’t lie to us.”“I’m not lying, hyung-.” Sungjong looked furious but he still kept calm.“So explain why ever since Sehun came you’ve been hanging out with him?”“Because he’s my age and-.”“No. There’s something else. You look like you’re depending on him and-.”“Stop cutting me!” He was breathing heavily and Myungsoo didn’t know why. “Please stop talking about this. Hyung.” He looked down. Myungsoo felt pity looking at him and he didn’t know why. Sungjong seemed like he was out of breath. “What’s wrong?”Sungjong looked up and he was serious again. Myungsoo felt like he hated seeing that expression. It felt lifeless. “I think I can buy the rest tomorrow. I need to go, hyung.” He took his bags but Myungsoo stopped him. “Sungjong.”The boy stopped and he was calm already. “You should know that Infinite cares for you so stop being away from us. I don’t care if you tell your stories at Sehun or someone else but Infinite deserves to know too.”Sungjong knew he had ended his so-called speech so he quickly left the scene but he replied first.“The thing is hyung. I don’t know if you guys deserve to know.” He walked away. Myungsoo sighed. He drank first before taking all his groceries and left the café. ---------------A/N : GUYS!!!
