Decision time! (1/1)

“Ooohhh Teukie! Please help me!” I whispered. Yes, I was sat in the bathroom, on the phone to Leeteuk. “It’s a bit of a surprise. Mind you, he’s been looking like a miserable git recently. Do you really think it’s a good idea though? No offense, but are you really going to be able to restrain yourself enough not to hurt him again?” He said casually. Hmpf. My mind went to the night before that I spent with Wooyoung. But to be fair, I was a free agent yesterday and I technically still am today, it’s just that today, Onew has decided he wants to ask me to commit to him. “Oh I don’t know…I mean he gets a freaky and psycho sometimes…I think it was just his defence mechanism…but I’ve moved on now, and I’m not sure that my new life should involve something that was a big part of my old life.” I said indecisively. Leeteuk sighed, “Just give it a try- and you know there’s no harm in trying- and take things slow…if a few weeks later you feel like you can’t be with him, then tell him the truth and be honest. He can’t hate you for that.” I thanked Leeteuk for his help and said good bye, sitting in the bathroom like some loser. He’d acted like a dick. But I guess I’d made some mistakes too. I looked in the bathroom cabinet, Sura had instructed me to write in it when I came into the bathroom and note the effort Onew was making. I had a look in it, she’d written a whole paragraph describing the Onew and Wooyoung and how nice they were:“I like Wooyoung, there aren’t many people who don’t. He and Gina would make a great couple. He is unusual and manly. I think that matches Gina quite well. Wooyoung has a real interest in Gina. He seems to genuinely care about what she says and what she thinks. I think Gina should spend more time with him and experience his adoration for her- not many girls get to experience that. On the other hand, Gina and Onew have been through a lot together, and changed in their time apart. I think Onew is very kind and caring, but he is much more serious than Wooyoung. He is always one step ahead, thinking of the next thing like marriage and children-which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Wooyoung, however, likes to relax and just live for the moment. He only spends time with the people he really wants to be around. And he likes being around Gina.” I was shocked. She’d picked Wooyoung? Was she right? I put the book back in the cabinet, still startled at what Sura had said. She was friends with Onew, surely she would take his side? I opened the bathroom door and walked back down to the lounge where Onew was looking at the photographs of me and the girls on the mantelpiece. He noticed my presence in the room and smiled, “You and the girls seem really close.” I stood next to him, “Yeah...Sura said you and she used to be good friends- well you still are right?!” He laughed a little, “Yes, we were good friends in high school. We spent a lot of time together. Not so much now, I guess you stick with your own…” He said sadly looking at our JYP nation photograph. I figured he was referring to being close with people in your own label.  He looked at his watch, and seemed surprised at the time, “I’ve really got to get home…” My heart sped up again, now I was under pressure to give him an answer. Just at that moment, we saw a car pulling up down stairs and the four girls all climbed out. “Oh, they’re back.” I said now panicking. I turned to Onew, he looked at me hopefully, “Maybe we can see each other again….” I said distantly, not trying to suggest anything was going to happen. He smiled in relief, “yeah, that would be nice. Why don’t we go out for lunch this week?” “Yeah, okay, let me know when.” I said, nodding.  We stood there awkwardly for a minute, he leaned in to kiss my cheek but hesitated, and withdrew. But I got a waft of his lovely smell, it was different this time, more fresh and inviting. Onew opened the front door, “We’ll talk later” He said, the girls all piling through the door, saying goodbye to Onew and giggling like little girls. They closed the door and jumped to life, “Tell us what HAPPENED!!!”                                                                                     *** I hadn’t seen Wooyoung for days. It wasn’t like his schedule was busy. I’d seen Taecyeon…I’d seen Junho, I’d seen Chansung…I’d seen Junsu. Fuck it, I’d even seen Nichkhun and Jaz making out backstage a gazillion times, but Wooyoung had disappeared. “You okay?” Nudged Junho. I was stood by the side of the stage, watching Kat and Sura guest on television.I shook my head out of my daydream, “Oh yeah, sorry. I’m well thanks, you?” He nodded, “Yeah good thank you.” He crossed his arms, he was laughing at the show. I wondered if I should ask him about Wooyoung…but would it seem desperate? “Junho…I haven’t seen-,” “Wooyoung?” He interrupted as if he was waiting for me to ask, “Nah, he’s got a CF this week. It’s pretty important. He’s advertising for an American company that’s collaborating with a company here. So it’s big stuff.” He explained. Oh. He didn’t tell me anything. But we were casual, just friends. “He’s been pretty excited about it….especially since he’s appearing alongside Jessica Jung.” He said as if it was common knowledge. What?! I felt myself becoming jealous. Why was I jealous?! We were JUST FRIENDS.  At lunch “It’s probably nothing. Let’s be honest, every guy likes SNSD. But they’re all fake.” Bitched Jaz.I played around with my lunch, not really interested in the food.“I just…I can’t decide whether I should get back together with Onew….Wooyoung seems so much more…oh I don’t know- exciting” I said. “But he wants you back right? He’s trying. I mean, it’s not like your married.” Reasoned Kat.  I disliked the word “married”. “Yeah but I know what it will be, he said he wants to take things slow, but then he’ll move faster and faster, then we’ll be back in bed together, then I’ll decide he’s too suffocating and fuck someone else!” I blurted out, not worried about who would hear. “Soooo, you want Wooyoung then?” asked Sura, looking confused. It was like playing Cleudo. I shook my head, “Not if he’s ‘excited’ about getting to work with the enemy.” I snarled referring to Jessica from SNSD. Jaz threw down the phone she was texting on to re-join the conversation. “Oh bullshit, she’s not interesting. He clearly wants you.” I huffed. “I want Wooyoung. But I’m not sure I want a serious relationship is why me and him would be perfect. And Onew would be too much.” Sura leaned in closer, “Give Onew a chance. Please. I doubt he will want to go fast. He’s gonna take his time.”She said looking straight into my eyes, “Besides, he’s only asked if you want to go out for lunch, that’s not as suggestive as dinner…and pudding… I nodded, she was right. And I could trust her judgement seen as she knew Onew. We carried on eating, until Kelli put down her spoon, “Gina, is your phone going off?” She asked, looking down at my bag. I grabbed my phone, it was only a text. “What’s up Gina?” Asked Jaz when she saw my expression. “It’s from Onew. And it says he wants to see me tonight.” I replied.

Soooo, is Onew pushing is luck? Too much too soon?Thank you all for reading, and I really appreciate your comments!XD
