Feeding her... (1/1)

Author's POV Sunlight stream from the big bay window. Casting away shadows from all the nooks and crannies of the open living area. All is still and quiet in the room. The sunlight gives credence to the peacefulness surrounding the area. Only the occasional breathing sound and small movements from the 2 slumbering occupants can be heard. Their bodies huddled together on the huge comfortable sofa. The shapely woman lay half on and half off the man's lithe form. His left arm anchoring her to his chest tightly...as if afraid that she would move away without it. Her arm is tucked around his slender waist with legs intertwine together. Their bare bodies are covered with a light wool blanket. A favourite one of Athenna's. She uses it to ward off the cold and for her own comfort. Its the bright light that stirred Soo Hyuk slowly awake. He look at the sleeping form of his love, still wondering how they had gotten to this point. He thank god for His mighty gift and vowed not to let this opportunity go to waste. At this moment he can feel his heart is at peace. He wishes for time to stop so that they could remain here, undisturbed. He kissed the top of her head, inhaling the light smell of vanilla in her hair. A beautiful smile formed on his lips as he observe her sleeping form. A quick look at the clock tells him that it is approaching midday and soon Athenna would be awake...possibly from hunger. He carefully slide himself away from her sleeping form and readjusted the blanket, careful not to disturb her. He kisses one expose shoulder and her temple....helpless in stopping himself from kissing her...before gathering his discarded clothes and heading towards the  bathroom in the master bedroom. A quick shower later, Soo Hyuk is now padding barefoot towards the kitchen intending to cook her something light. He knows that she wouldn't want to eat anything heavy now in preparation for tonight's gala. After a brief look at the fridge, Soo Hyuk decided on some noodle soup for their lunch. He took out all the ingredients necessary and start prepping them for the simple dish. As he was stirring the medium size pot of soup, he saw Athenna stirred. She lifted her arms above her head and stretch her body like a cat. She than took a look around her. When she finally noticed him cooking in the kitchen, she smile at him lazily. After slipping on the robe and tying it loosely, she padded towards the kitchen and sat on one of the stools there. With auburn hair cascading around her shoulders and back, one delicious shoulder left bare by the slipping robe, Athenna is a picture of sexy indulgence. Unable to resist her, Soo Hyuk rounded the counter separating them and kisses her pouty lips, his hands slide through her hair before fisting it around his grip. The kiss is a hot....hungry one. It left her breathless and as they separated she lean her head on his tummy for awhile. Trying to get herself under control.
