[M] Loving Athenna (1/1)

Soo Hyuk's POVWoke up with a start today. I dont know why but something woke me and my body was hard. One of those dreams I guess. I think a cold shower is needed right now to cool things down. As I go through my usual routine, my eyes landed on the picture of Athenna in one of her magazine interview. It was done for Woman's Weekly last year. The interview talks about woman survivors and she was the main subject for them. It is one of the rare interview she gives on subjects non-related to SHINE. I had poured through the article and realised why she did it. She wanted to put light on abuse women's plight all around the country and that being successful or having money does not discriminate one from being abuse. At the end of the article there is a big quote that says...'If my life is for nothing else, let it be strength to other women who has gone through it or is currently living it. You can survive and you can escape the hell on earth that you face everyday. And that hope is just around the corner. So have strength and have faith.' The pictures that accompanied this article was what caught my attention in the beginning but what she said, what she revealed in them is what makes me falls for her again and again. Athenna is a very private person but for her to bare her soul like this...it takes courage and conviction. What can I say...my girl is just FINE. I laugh at the thought and caught myself in the mirror. You are seriously in trouble boy I said as i pointed at my own reflection. It's 7.30 am already and as I stare at the clothes I am going to wear today, I remembered that the Gala is this evening. That means a date with Athenna. I wonder how my fans would react to this. I am sure the media is going to have a field day talking about us. Somehow I am not so worried about it. In fact I am kind of happy every time our names gets linked together instead of her being rumoured to be dating some other person. Speaking of which...I do not like the look Eric had when he looks at her. Does he likes her? Perhaps...Athenna is very likeable BUT does he WANTS her like I do? That thought makes me pause for a bit. I decided to find out for sure..."Yoboseyo..." came a groggy voice on the other end. "Noona...its Hyukie" I said. "Bwoh? What you want? Its 7 freaking morning man. Come on!! give me a break" said the irritated voice. "I am sorry Noona but I need to ask you something". "In 7 freaking morning?!!! Shit!! What?" the voice bark back. "Noona did you introduce SHinhwa to Athenna?". "Yesh". "Ok. Than are you close to them? Like close close..?". "Just get to your damn point son...What is it you wanted to ask me about?". "Okayyy...Noona does Eric likes Athenna". I heard the rustling of bed sheets indicating the person is moving around now. I can hear Kay noona breath on the other side. She is thinking I guess... "Ermm I think like is a very strong description. Think its more like he is interested. MinWoo did ask me some questions on Athenna. Guess its on his behalf. But that's it. Waeyo?". "Nothing....I just wanted to make sure. HE looks at her in THAT way you know...last night during dinner. I dont like it much" I paused for a breather. "I think I need to step up the game a lil' bit". I hear Kay noona laughs on the other side. "Yep I think so too. But to be honest they didn't have much of an interaction. Think Athenna IS aware of him but nothing much" Kay noona said further. "Look I am going back to sleep. I see you tonight emkay" she said before the call is ended. I breath in relief. Hmmm what should I do now?15 minutes later I found myself driving towards Athenna's. I know its early still but I also know Athenna is a morning person so she'd be awake. If not I know Byung Hun is there, so imma call on him to open the door. I am right...its Byung Hun that opens the door. "Hyung...so early. Noona is napping on the sofa. Come in" he said while walking in front of me. Leaving me to close and lock the door back. As I stepped into the main living area, I saw the early morning light streaming from the big bay window. She must've open it. I walked further in and saw her lying on her back on the sofa. A white fluffy bathrobe covering her body and her wavy hair around her face. Suddenly she raised her arms and stretch her body....her movement is akin to a cat....slow and sexy. My heart thundered in my chest. Last night's possible dream came to my mine. "Close your mouth hyung. Its too early to stare at my noona like that" the younger man said dryly.Byung Hun than went to the kitchen and switch on the reheat button on the coffee maker. He than  straighten the many bottles of vitamins lined on the counter. Than he found a bottle of prescription medicine and held it up so that I can see it. No wonder she falls asleep again. I hate that she has to take those meds. I put the bag of take out food that I had picked up on the counter and made my way towards my sleeping queen. I sat on the table and just look at her. Her hair has kinks to them which means she didnt bother to blow dry it earlier. Her hands are folded under her cheeks that are made puffy from the position. It made me chuckle and than I saw her eye lids fluttering open. She seems to be struggling to wake up.... When I see her eyes open I greeted her.. "Good morning honey". She blinked a few times. To bring my face into focus. Than when she realised I was looking at her, she bolt up right and gasp. "What time is it? Why are you here?" she asked. "Its only 8 am honey. Don't worry. Come... lets eat. I brought you guys food". I stood up and walked towards the breakfast nook. I hear rustling of cloth behind me. As I took a seat, she went to the coffee machine and pored 3 mugs of coffee. She added some milk & honey to hers and only put honey on the other two. She handed one to Byung Hun and the other to me. "Hyung...Thanx for coming and bringing food. I didn't feel like cooking today. Noona wont cook in the morning and I would have to eat oats again." he said in between spooning his food in."Honey...what's in your schedule today?" I asked her. She was in the process of sipping her coffee. She paused and thought for a second. "Nothing. But we have that gala later. Why?". "Just asking" I said. "Look at you two. Like married couple.
