Author's POV.An elegant woman came out of a 3 stories building. A black evening cape is draped over her black and bright pink evening dress. Her hair is styled in a simple chignon up do, her face shows very simple yet beautiful makeup highlighting her eyes and golden skin. Her ears are adorned by a pair of simple tear drop Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings and her fingers are adorned by statement cocktail rings also from the same jeweler. Her evening clutch and shoes completes her whole look. Her style is very elegantly refine and anyone who lays eyes on her would know that she has both the pedigree and upbringing of the genteel family. (Her accessories are below and her dress is on chapter 4)  As she was walking to the waiting car, a familiar voice stops her "You look lovely Athenna". She froze and just stood there gathering her thoughts and courage. After a few frantic heartbeats, she turned around to confirm her suspicion. It is him.....standing in front of the display window of the quaint building. "Oppa..." she stop mid- sentence unable to finish her words."I can see you have blossomed into a lovely and elegant woman Athenna. It makes me regret not accepting your confession back than" he said further. Athenna snorted and laughs. Her composure returned. "Oppa I confessed to you when I was 15 years old!!!. Of course you have to say no. Otherwise it'll be the talk of the town. You being 10 years older" she said. As she stood there looking at that handsome face, she remembers being an ackward teenager mooning over him...her Minjung Oppa. He was all that she wanted a man to be. He is gentle, kind, smart, tall, dashing and most importantly he always has time for her. Always ready to listen to her stories however outrageous it may be. He was an oppa who she has known for a long time and whom she has not seen in almost 7 years. Athenna knew that he had a fall out with his family back than. It was over a woman whom his family dissapoves off but yet one he loves so dearly. As it turns out the woman had left him after finding out that he was no longer backed by his distinguish family name. Minjung Oppa was devastated, ashame of being too blinded by love and decided to exile himself away from the family. It wasnt that the woman's background that his family dissapoves off but something about the woman had set off huge warning signs to his parents. The details of it is not known to Athenna . Of course at that time she was also trying to build her carrear and was busy trying to kid herself and everybody else that she is a happily married woman."So what brought you here Oppa? Owh I am sorry I dont think I have time to accompany you. I am running late. Kay is upstairs tho so you can go ahead and hang with her if you want. We will go for coffee afterwards with the girls 'kay?" Athenna said after realising the time. Minjung Oppa smiled and made a shooing motion with his hands indicating its ok. "Run along princess" he further said. Athenna blew him a kiss and slide into the car waiting for her at the curb.During the ride to the event, she was lost in thoughts thinking about Minjung Oppa. Their history together and how she was dissapointed with herself for not paying any attention to him. Athenna sighed, blew out a shaky breath and looked out the window. She wondered how her life would be if her parents are still alive. Would they be proud of her and all that she had accomplish? Would they be able to see the sign of a monster in her ex's eyes? Would they stop her from marrying him than? Thoughts of her parents always brought tears to her eyes. It was bad back than. Her parents death made her realised that she was alone in this big world. She was depress for quite sometime but her extended family and Minjung Oppa will not let her be. They had dragged her out kicking and screaming sometimes, out to face the world. Out to continue her life. That was the time when she had met Daniel and through her Kay. Jay had always been a friend to her since they were in kindy. That was the start of their friendship...sisterhood. She realised that God is kind. He takes away her parents, her pillars in life but gave her these 3 great women not to replace them but to continue being her support, her confidants and sometimes her worst enemies. At that thought Athenna smile...especially Daniel, sometimes Athenna thinks Daniel and her were warriors from an opposing sides in their past life. The car stop and Athenna
