Author's POVThe week passed by. Athenna is busy as usual. She had several projects to manage, tonnes of meetings to handle and issues that crop up to settled. Her days started with either a jog or a swim, followed by a full day in the office. Her evenings are spent either at home, with her friends or her family. Her various aunts, uncles and cousins have a get together every week. Theirs is not the typical chaebol family, cold and distant. They are just an ordinary family, albeit an average family that has a little bit more money than the average of course. "Aga-ah..." her samcheon called her. "Neh samcheon" Athenna answered. "You are going to Shanghai tomorrow right? When is the flight back? Will you be in time for the event?" he asked. Her younger cousin L.Joe smiled at her while wrinkling his nose. He snatched her plate away from her and just when she was about to retaliate, passed her his plate. She looked at the plate and saw the meat already cut into tiny bite size pieces. My flight will be tomrrow morning at 8.00am and I'll be flying back by 11 morning the next day. Should be enough time for the ceremony." Athenna answered. "Aannyeonghaseyo" a voice said. Soo Hyuk bowed to the elders and walked to her side. He stoop down and gave her a hug. "Hows your parents dear?" her second aunt asked him. Soo hyuk said they were find and had sent them their regards. As he talked he poured water into Athenna glass topping it up. Everybody noticed the gesture and just smiled. "Who are you going with aga-ya?" her uncle continued his question. "Kay is preparing your clothes right?" her aunt than asked. Athenna rolled her eyes up while trying to reach for a piece of watermellon. Before she does, L. Joe had handed her a plate pile with fruits cut up. She smiled and said thanx. She smiled and stuffs some watermellon into her mouth. "Alone...and yes Kay prepared my gown. I had a fitting on Monday. Dont worry guys, I got this" she said with her mouth full of fruits.
