The arrival of the missing students didn’t change the lessons much, only causing the other students to send them curious glances throughout the day. The bell rang, signaling the end of second period, and the teacher left shortly after. Some shuffling at the door drew the attention of the class, seeing a girl with dark brown hair extending to just below her shoulders, long legs, and pale skin. Noticing that all of the attention was on her she showed a shy smile and bowed slightly. Receiving several smiles from the students in the room she stepped further into it, making her way to the back left corner, drawing the attention of the boys currently seated there. “KYUNG MI! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?” “Sorry Tao, the old hag was adamant that I stay until nine.” The students who were unconsciously eavesdropping on the conversation widened their eyes in surprise at the words that came from the seemingly mild mannered girl. “Why did you even go there in the first place?” “Well Kris, not everyone can charm their landlords into renting the apartment for free.” “Don’t worry Kyung Mi, your apartment is way nicer than his anyways.” The others quickly voiced their agreement to the statement, eliciting a laugh from the girl and a frown from the boy. “Hey, don’t diss my apartment Xiumin, after all, it is free. And if it’s so terrible than I guess you won’t want to stay there the next time you get kicked out.” “Fine, I’ll just stay with MiMi, right?” “What? Who said you can stay with me? Just be nice to Kris’ apartment.” “Humph, fine. Kris your apartment is beautiful; it’s amazing that you got it for free. It’s probably worth millions.” “Hmm, I don’t think my apartment appreciates your insincerity.” “Why you little—“ “You are all idiots. I mean really, it’s an apartment, not a person.” “It’s called personification Chen, if you ever paid attention in class you would know that.” “Shut up Lay, just because you care about your ‘education’ and your ‘future’ doesn’t mean the rest of us have to.” “And you call them idiots.” “Whatever.” The bell rang again, the third period teacher walking in, not even noticing the new student in the class. Other than Lay the group either slept or just didn’t pay attention to the lesson, including Kyung Mi. It continued this way until the bell for lunch rang, the students quickly grabbing what they need and heading to the cafeteria. However, two groups took their time leaving the room, one from each High School. These two groups waited for everyone else to leave the room before heading out the door and to the cafeteria. The group from Agnitio, once they  had reached their destination, headed to their usual table that had been left empty by the students in anticipation of their arrival. The group from Abdicio, however, was not so lucky. They glanced lazily around the room, not finding an empty table for them to sit at. Taking note of this they approached a table that had several boys from each high school sitting at it, Kyung Mi followed behind them silently, staring at her phone with a frown on her face. Reaching the table, it was Kris who spoke up, gaining the attention of the students. “Yah, move.” Hearing this, the boys looked up and, upon seeing who had spoken, the boys from Abdicio High School quickly gathered their things and fled from the table. Those from Agnitio High School were not as cooperative, glaring defiantly at the group in front of them after a flash of fear and apprehension flitted through their eyes. “Why would we move? We were here first, so find somewhere else to sit.” “I don’t care if you were here first or not, you either move or we’ll make you.” “Tch, please, you wouldn’t dare do anything to us. You’re just a bunch of poor boys from a run down neighborhood with a low level of intelligence that try to boss others around in a pitiful attempt to feel superior.” “Listen here you little brat, just because you have money doesn’t mean you are superior in any way, even intelligence. After all, it’s not even your money; it’s your parents. Now, I will give you one more chance to move on your own. Otherwise, you will be dragged off of your seats and out the door.” The fear briefly returned to their eyes before they sat up straighter in their seats, hoping to seem taller, which was useless considering the height of group in front of them. “I’d like to see you try.” Kris’ gaze sharpened immediately and, without a word having been said, three of the boys stepped forward, each one grabbing a boy yanking them harshly off of their seats before tossing them across the room towards the door. This having been done the group sat down, Lay pulling Kyung Mi with him, as she had been too distracted with her phone to notice that the issue had been resolved. After observing this interaction Suho and the rest shook their heads in disapproval, looks of disgust taking over their faces at the use of violence. “Can’t you do something about that Suho?” “Why would I be able to do anything?” “Because you are the class president!” “You seem to have very unrealistic expectations of the power possessed by the class president.” “So you can’t do anything? Aren’t they breaking school rules?” “I can’t punish them for it, the most I could do is give them a warning and remind them of the rules.” “Then you should do that!” “I’m with Kai on this one Suho, if you don’t then they might think that they can do whatever they want here.” “Fine, I’ll go talk to them.” Having said this Suho rose from his seat with a sigh, making his way over to the table that now occupied the group in question. When he got closer to it several of the members looked up, focusing a suspicious glare on him. “What do you want?” He stopped in front of the table, heaving another sigh before introducing himself and stating the reason for his presence. “Hello, it’s nice to meet you. I am Kim Joonmyun, although I prefer Suho. I am the Class President and only thought it appropriate to not only welcome you to our school but also to warn you. This school takes its rules very seriously and I would advise that you try to attend as many classes as possible and avoid acts of violence at all costs. For example, missing the entirety of last week was not wise and I implore you to strive for good attendance, if you are not careful your grades may suffer.” The people occupying the table just stared at him blankly before one of them released a scoff, finally responding to the speech of the Class President. Here's another chapter! I hope you're enjoying the story so far and I would appreciate it if you would point out any mistakes I have made so far. I hope your day is going well! If I'm not wrong schools in America should be getting out around this time for summer, so I hope those of you from there are enjoying it. And if you aren't out of school yet then good luck on any tests you may have coming up!
