The two girls decide to exit the forest a bit farther away from the school to make sure no one from the school figure out that Mi Rin sneaks out from the fence at the side. They wait until the final bell rings for students to leave. The younger is still nervous though since she thought everyone would start making fun of her because of the picture that was taken."Don't worry, girl. I doubt Taemin would judge you after what happened. The way you look right now and without glasses, no one will recognize you," explains Jessica as the two make their way to the school because the bell finally rang."I only nervous about the second thing though," answers the teen. She is already made fun of and teased at school. What more humiliation could she need now?As they walk closer, the students loitering around have surprise looks seeing the two girls as they pass by. Boys with looks of admiration, girls with looks of envy."Why are they looking at us like that?" whispers Mi Rin, looking at her angel with a nervous expression."I can't say it's just me. I know I get a lot of looks from humans when I come out in the open. They're also looking at you. You do look gorgeous with what you're wearing," answers Jessica in a quiet tone as they reach the front gate.'Me? Gorgeous? I doubt it...I'm nowhere near pretty!' thought the girl in a pessimistic tone."Look! There's Taemin," says the light hair woman, causing the teen to look up. Sure enough, the older walks out of the building, searching for his bestfriend."Taemin Oppa, over here!!!" calls out Mi Rin before covering her mouth, 'Noooo! I blew my cover!'Those around look toward them before Taemin sees the girl with a look of shock. He quickly runs over the two as others start whispering to each other."Is that the nerd?""No way! She looks too pretty to be her.""Besides, did you see the picture at lunch. A pretty girl like her can't be that disgusting nerd.""But the nerd is the only one that calls Taemin oppa."Jessica quickly gestures for the two to follow her as they try to get away from the students outside. As they run, Mi Rin notices Ren going toward them, possibilly heading to the their opposite direction. As they pass by each other, Mi Rin slips out a quick greeting, causing the blonde to turn to get a better look at the girl. His expression shows nothing, but his eyes say a different meaning as they show surprise of seeing the girl's appearance. As he is about to say something back to her, the trio already turn the corner.'What happened to her?' thought the blonde, trying to figure out his friend's sudden change of appearance.--"Alright, what's going on? I need an explanation now!!" shouts Taemin as the trio finally sat down in the small shop, each of them with a different ice cream flavor. Although he sounds a bit angry, he's actually more surprise of his bestfriend's appearance, mostly the outfit she's wearing."Can I please tell him? He's my bestfriend. He'll swear not to tell anyone, not even to Kibum," Mi Rin pleads to the angel.Jessica thinks about it before responding, "Alright, but he better swear or else we'll all end up getting in trouble by The Great One."The teen quickly nods and looks at Taemin with puppy dog eyes, "Please, Oppa, you swear not to tell.""Aish, you and your aegyo! I won't tell a single soul. Please tell me now!" responds Taemin, throwing back aegyo of his own causing the two girls to giggle at the boy."Okay, you can call me crazy but it's true: Jessica here is actually an angel. My Guardian Angel," answers the nerd in a quietly. The brunette responds with a 'what-the-heck-I-don't-believe-you' face."I'm telling you it's true, Oppa!" throws back the black hair girl, "She got me these clothes and contacts from like thin air because my uniform and glasses are all filthy!""She should prove to me that she's an angel," says the elder, eyeing the light hair woman suspiciously."Okay, how should I prove it without anyone seeing..." murmurs Jessica, thinking to herself before responding,"I got it! I remember him eyeing a pair of shoes he wants for dancing this past weekend.""What!? What does that got to do with thi--" responds the boy before he is cut off by the angel snapping her fingers and before they knew it, the pair of shoes appears right on their table."Mwo!!? How!?" shouts Taemin in response, causing some customers around them to eye them with strange looks. Mi Rin quickly gestures them to ignore the surprised boy, making them go back to what they were doing. "Told you~" responds the nerd with a face of satisfaction."But how did she know I wanted these?" questions the brunette who's quite confuse of the situation."I'm Mi Rin's Guardian Angel so I follow her around in secret to watch over her. I knew because both of you finally hanged out with each other at the mall this weekend.""So if you watch over her, does that mean you see her--""Oppa!! I doubt she watches me change! Pervert!!" the girl shoots at the boy with a glare."I meant see her being picked on at school. Who's the pervert now?" answers Taemin with a playful smirk. The black hair girl rolls her eyes at her bestfriend's amusement."Yes I do see her get teased at school. I feel bad because I could only watch since rules of being an angel are very strict. I can't help her unless she calls out to me. She did today after the incident so I'm so happy that I can finally help her!" explains Jessica with a gleeful expression."And, she can grant me 5 wishes," finishes the black hair girl as she explains the brunette about the wishmaking."Wow, that's awesome! You better make good wishes!" says the boy, receiving a small punch on the shoulder by the girl."Don't you start nagging me like Kibum!" shoots back the girl, sticking her tongue out at the elder."I'm wondering, Taemin, how did the whole lunch thing go?" questions Jessica, catching the two teens' attentions."Oh yeah...I almost forgot about that," says Mi Rin, her positive attitude slowly evaporating into thin air."Don't even get me started. Those girls are just plain evil! The main one, I think it was Ari, stood up in the middle table of the cafeteria with the photo up in the air to show to everyone while making a big speech about it. A lot of the people started laughing and talking bad about Mi Rin. I keep glaring at them and went up to her to stop, but Sulli kept blocking my away," explains Taemin with a frown on his face."W-what about Ren?" questions the teen in a worrying tone. She remembers seeing him a while ago when they were trying to get away from the students. She eyed him before turing the corner, seeing him look at her."I saw him from the other side of the room. It didn't really show but I felt that he was angry at the girls too. When Ari went up to his table with a bunch of his fangirls to flirt and sit next to him, he ignored her and told her that he won't sit with them. You should've have seen her face though, she looked so pissed off and even looked like she wanted to her cry," responds Taemin. The nerd giggled, trying to hold back a full blown laugh about Ari.'So Ren was really worried about me? Maybe that's why he didn't ignore me when I quickly said hello,' thought Mi Rin with a soft smile lingering on her face. Jessica took notice and couldn't help but smile as well.'Come on, Mi Rin. I know you'll be able to get your guy at prom. I'll help you along them way. Better hope those wishes come in handy for you so you have a better chance at getting him,' thought the angel, hiding her positive expression from the two bestfriends having their usual conversations and small arguements and debates.After they all finish their ice cream, the trio decide to go around part of Seoul before heading back to their appropriate homes. Sorry for not updating!! State tests are finally done and over with though!! :D This chapter is kind of like half a filler one. There will be some filler chapters, I mean, what good is a story without some. It'll be rushed if all you do is the main storyline thoughout. Sorry for lack of Ren in this chapter!!! You'll see more of him along with Key next time!! Oh and congrats to LocketForever for guessing the right movie!! This story has the similar concept to 16 Wishes. Watching Disney Channel does give you some ideas for a story. lol. See you all later!!
