CHAPTER 16 “Baby, how many gifts are you planning to buy?” Hwasa was whining behind Wheein, Today is there last day in Jeju Island that’s why she’s trying to make everything out of it. Wheein asked permission to go out and go shopping/ buy souvenirs for her Christmas gift to her relatives back on Jeonju, this is her first time she ever have money to buy gifts that’s why she is so happy. “I told you, you don’t have to come with me today” Wheein sighed, She looks at Hwasa and shows two different designs of T-shirts “Which one?” she asked. “This one” Hwasa pointed out the black t-shirt with a better design. “But I thought you will just going to buy something on the Mall” She whine, “I didn’t know you are planning to visit every stall on the Island.” Wheein looks at her sugar-mommy, thinking if who’s really the older between the two of them. Hwasa was pouting her lips, whining and Wheein can’t stop but melt on how cute Hwasa is right now. She holds the older woman’s face and lift it, when she met her eyes, Hwasa leans closer and give her a quick kiss on the lips. “Fine. Let’s go back on our place.” Hwasa was now smiling widely, after wheein’s termination request, Hwasa was being extra careful on showing affection towards the latter, she also felt how offended wheein was when yongsun tried to pay her for a one night stand, so she decided that she will not do any advancement unless wheein initiated it. “Yehey!” Hwasa say while raising her two hands, doing her little celebration.  Wheein just rolled her eyes and laughed at her mommy’s cute antics. After paying her things, Hwasa holds her hands and they went out of the store hand on hand.“Baby?” Hwasa called her, They are both inside their shared room and Hwasa was currently lying on the bed, while wheein was sitting on the floor, trying to fit all of her things and gifts on her suitcase but It doesn’t really fit, Wow, I really bought a lot. She thought. “Baby” Hwasa called her again, Wheein looked at her with, giving full attention to the older woman, “I already transferred your allowance to your bank”, Wheein felt shy, so she just smiled and muttered a thank you. “Aw, And I also added you know, a little extra Christmas break money” Hwasa smiled at her, Wheein looked at her confused but Hwasa divert her eyes on the television, Wheein took her phone and check her account balance, She almost choked on the amount Hwasa deposited on her, 32,000 dollars, “Wait, I can’t accept it this is too much” Wheein said, “Hmmm. Baby, I told you before, My money, my rules and also think about it like a 13th month pay” Hwasa said proudly, Wheein, on the other hand, just looks down, It was too much, She doubled her 16,000 dollars a month allowance, “But this is too much” she said again, “Baby, You deserve it.”, “But I didn’t do anything”, “Oh no, You did more than you thought you do.” Hwasa smiled at her and continues watching TV.  The both of them were lying on the beach, it was already 8 PM and Wheein asked permission if she can stargaze tonight, Hwasa didn’t think it was a bad idea so she tagged a long, after buying some beers and snacks, Wheein put a blanket on the sand and lay down. The star was beautiful tonight, it was a lot and shining brightly, Hwasa played a calming song to fit the mood, She stretch her arms so Wheein can use her arms as a pillow, they were silent, calm and contented. Once in a while, Wheein will point some constellation to the sky, “That one, I think it was the big dipper” Hwasa looks on the direction wheein was pointing, “it is?” She asked, “Yes” Wheein answered excitedly, “Well, It wasn’t big on my point of view”, then they laughed. She likes their mood for tonight, this is what she really expecting when she asked Wheein to go on a little vacation with her. She won’t be seeing her baby on Christmas break that’s why she wanted to make memories with her but it didn’t turn out as she planned it. Things turn out worse in her opinion, to the point of putting wheein on verge on wanting a termination. She still has no idea why wheein wanted it but she’s not going to ask again either, She gives her conditions anyway. “Mommy” Hwasa trained of thought stopped when she heard wheein called her softly, she glance at her but Wheein was still looking at the stars, “yes. Baby?”“What do you want for Christmas?” Wheein asked shyly, “Hmm. You” She answered, giggling, Wheein playfully slaps her side and rolled her eyes on her. “What you’re the one who asked me.” Hwasa said while laughing, “You are really annoying sometimes” Wheein said, She turned her body so she’s now facing Hwasa, she envelopes her hand on Hwasa waist so now she’s hugging her, “I mean, I know you have everything but maybe I can buy something” she said, Hwasa just looked at her and smiled sweetly, “You don’t have to buy me anything baby, I probably spent my Christmas on the office.” Hwasa leaned to kiss wheein’s forehead, “What? You won’t celebrate with your family?” her eyebrows furrowed, “I told you, CEO has no Christmas break, my parents are CEO too.” She laughed bitterly, Wheein hugged her tighter, she can’t imagine how it feels not celebrating Christmas with her mom. “So what’s the point of celebrating it, If I’m going to celebrate it alone”, Wheein glanced at her sugar mommy and she saw Hwasa staring at the sky. Her eyes looks so sad, she remembered how her mom always tells her that money can’t buy everything when she was young, and she was right, Money can’t definitely but time for your love ones. Wheein removes her hands on Hwasa and sits up, she grabbed some beer and opened it, and Hwasa was still lying on the blanket, she stayed silent for a minute, thinking of what she could do. After Wheein finish the beer, she get back to lay down on Hwasa’s side, She went back on star gazing, contemplating if this was a good idea, but whatever, “Mommy” Wheein called her softly, still not removing her gaze from the stars, “yes?” answered, “Do you want to spend Christmas with me?  on my home?” =============================================================================================================================Author's Note: Hello!
