CHAPTER 14 Wheein stopped running when she reach a very unfamiliar place, It was almost 5 PM and her phone has been beeping non-stop, Probably Hwasa bombarding her with messages regarding her whereabouts. She was on this side of Jeju where there is not much of a tourist, This looks like a traditional place, Unlike where they rented, wherein bars and activities where all around, this place where more on peaceful and calm side, She looks around the area, being distracted on the ambiance of the place, There is also a beach nearby.  She decided to explore the area rather than being drowned on her negative thoughts. 11:38 PMIt was already late on the evening when Wheein arrived on their Suite house, She was holding a plastic of souvenirs on one hand, to be honest, she doesn’t want to go home since she’s still mad at her encounter with Yongsun earlier but her phone never stopped on vibrating, she doesn’t bother on picking it up since she knows it Hwasa  and also, she’s not familiar on this area, so its better to be safe than sorry.Yongsun’s words still linger in her mind, What do you think Hwasa think of you. It’s not as if she will going to keep you forever. She tried so hard to distract herself, not letting it get into her, she never been offended that hard her whole life. Yes, she was a sugar baby. Yongsun was right, she was with Hwasa because of money. She needs it. Everyone needs it. But aren’t they relationship give and take? She’s doing her best to fulfill her side of the contract. It’s not as if she just milks Hwasa without giving anything to the other woman. She silently enters the Suite, carefully not making the noise, she thought Hwasa was already sleeping, but the moment she step foot inside, she saw Hwasa pacing back and forth, massaging her temple, she was talking to someone. She stands by the door, waiting for Hwasa to be finished when their eyes meet, “Never mind, she’s already here” she heard Hwasa telling the other person on the line. Hwasa looks at her, she looks so mad. “Where the hell have you been?”  Hwasa walks toward her direction, she steps back, she doesn’t know what she should do, maybe a part 2 of running away? Hehe. When Hwasa reach her, she closed her eyes, afraid of what she will receive next but instead of hitting her or scolding her more, Hwasa hugged her tight, she caress her head, Wheein opened her eyes. “I’m am so worried about you” Hwasa said softly, She hugged her back. It always things like this. Things like this makes wheein think that they are more than what yongsun told her, “I’m sorry” she said while burying her face on Hwasa’s neck.  Suddenly all her worries, her doubts was gone. They were already lying on their shared bed, unlike there other nights, where either wheein or Hwasa was cuddling like a koala to each other, tonight was different. As if they are waiting for each other to make a move. “Baby?” Hwasa said softly, she just hummed as a response. “What happened between you and yongsun?” she asked, Hwasa turn her position so that she’s facing wheein, Wheein closed her eyes, contemplating if she should told her the truth. Wheein then closed her eyes, while hwasa still intensely looking at her, patiently waiting for her reply. “Nothing” she lied. “Nothing that I didn’t know”, Hwasa moves so her arms so now she’s cuddling wheein. Hwasa knows something happened between the two, just by the looks on wheein face when she passed her when she was running and how shocked Yongsun’s face when she entered the Sauna room. The first thing she did was two follow her wheein, but Jeju Island was too big, and surprisingly, wheein runs too fast. Hwasa was about to close her eyes when wheein suddenly called her. “Mommy?” , she called her quietly. Hwasa looks at the younger woman, who is know facing her too. She noticed that wheein was crying, her tears were falling on her face. “Mommy” she repeated.  Hwasa holds wheein face, gently brushing her tears, she patiently waited for Wheein to speaks up.  “Mommy” Wheein called her for the third time,    “Can we terminate the contract?”
