“You’re going to be late Kyungsoo” – my roommate Junmyun chided me.“I’m aware!” I snapped back at him, zipping my bag before grabbing my keys, my wallet, my phone and doing a final sweep and nodding to myself.The train ride back to my hometown from the city was always, always, a relaxing one. I knew what was waiting for me at the end.A warm hug from the Mother Superior, and a sufficient clap on the shoulder from my father, a cheerful smile from the ever maturing Jongin and then when I get to the end, a smile which could blind the already blind three times over and eyes which held secrets which only we could unlock.The second I clicked the shared bedroom door’s lock, there was arms around my waist and a nose in the crook of my neck.“I missed you.”I smiled, he couldn’t see.“I waited for you.”I moved my hands to cover his, they were cold.“I love you.”I slowly turned around, cupping my hands around his cheeks and looking into his eyes,“I know.”--“You’ve grown again, you awkward child.”Combing his hair with my hand will never get old, it calms us both, and it smooth’s out those wrinkles he has formed in my absence.“Nope, you’ve shrunk”What a snarky git, how did this happen? I’m sure I left an innocent, naïve, boy behind a year ago. Now I’ve returned to such a matured, smart man. I can’t help but feel like I’ve lost something, but it’s not loss, its gain. I’ve gained such a beautiful, intelligent man. One who doesn’t have any problem with expressing his feelings?With his hands around my waist, I feel like my days have been filled with endless wonder. He makes the year I spent away seem like days, I’ve dreamt about this though. The way in which his arms snake around my body and make me feel like I’ve finally come home. I feel like I could defeat anything, he makes me feel like I could take on Lucifer himself and come out victorious.Dreams…they’re made to be broken though.-- A/N: ok i'm sorry for the lack of update orz ;-; but ive been busy :c
