After trolling around and allowing the restless fandom of EXO to assume their involvement in many activities while EXOs schedule board remained "CONTINUE PROMOTING MAMA AND ITS MINOR REMIXES", SM had an emergency conference with the board directors to discuss the actual activities of EXO.After careful consideration, they narrow it down to a variety show which could feature all 12 members.Yet another fortnight passes before a copy of a note from the meeting was revealed to the public, gaining interest for no one could understand what message SM was trying to convey.  In response to this, a SM representative answered in an interview, "we have decided to present EXO to the public in their first own variety show."
