Obviously, she chose the second option. Only she needed was a human that holds onto her fox bead for 100 day. Dae Woong, for selfish purpose, accepts carrying it for her, not even knowing why. But what Mi Ho didnt know was that either her or Dae Woong will die after the 100 days.
