OTLToodles <3 ForewordOne beautiful September morning on a narrow side street in Tokyos Fashionable Harajuku neigbourhood, I walked past a girl in a hurry.I didnt think of it much.Tell you the truth it wasnt her looks that caught my attention, because I barely saw her face. Her blonde locks though did catch my eye. She wasnt standing out in any way though.
