A Drunks Confession (1/1)

“Alcohol may be a sort of addictive drink but it would end up you being sick. So don’t drink beer or any alcoholic drink for that matter.”  Eeteuk remembered his dad telling him during their ‘Man-to-Man talk’ in his childhood. Despite his father’s warning, Eeteuk, after 10 years, drank almost half a case of beer with his friends and now he’s vomiting almost half of what he drank and ate. Kangin and Shindong were laughing at him, for having low resistance to alcohol and helped him get back home. Eeteuk’s father’s face was unfathomable when he saw his son’s pathetic state but given that it was his 18th birthday, he did not say anything and ushered Kangin and Shindong, who were carrying Eeteuk, to his room.  The two boys dropped him in his bed and left swaying here and there. At around 12 midnight, Eeteuk somehow woke up and ran to his personal bathroom, squatted in front the bowel and continued with his puke fest. After 10 minutes, his bathroom reeked of alcohol. He staggered back to his bed and fell heavily. He saw his phone made a jump because of his action and grabbed it. He dialed a number and waited for an answer. “Hello?” answered the person groggily. “What do you want?” he added.“You didn’t wait for my call? How could you?!” Eeteuk whined.“Why in the world would I wait for you?” answered the person incredulously.“Oh c’mon, I know you love me too! Like how much I love you.”“Eeteuk, its midnight and you’re drunk. Go back to sleep. By the way, this is Kibum and not Kangin you’re talking to.”“I know (hiccup) very well (hiccup) that I’m talking to you Bummie. Fine! Goodnight love yah, mwah.” ** the following day ** Eeteuk had a massive hang-over.Half a case of beer on his 18thbirthday plus today’s sermon from his dad certainly was a great way to spend his birthday. With a hand placed over his aching head, he struggled in his hike to school; he cursed his school for being situated on top a hill. He saw Kibum’s limousine and made him remember his confession last night, he stopped on his tracks and blushed at the thought of it. He managed to convince himself that Kibum would just shrug it off after all he was drunk. Who would believe that he’s in love with him anyway? They’re not what you call close friends, they were just acquaintances. Its different went it’s with Kangin, now he’s the best friend yet everyone else’s thinks there’s something else going on. He continued to move forward wincing from his headache. Then suddenly, the limousine stopped at the curb, the tinted window slid down and Kibum’s face appeared at the passenger’s seat. Kibum offered a ride but Eeteuk was still embarrassed from last night that despite his desires to get in a limo he declined. Eeteuk watched the car disappear from his line of vision with a sigh and continued with his trek.“I wish I’m always drunk so I could make a million confessions to him.” Prayed Eeteuk.  Kibum closed the window after Eeteuk rejected his offer. As the car started to move, Kibum watched Eeteuk from the back window until he could see Eeteuk no more. Kibum slumped to his seat and sighed.“I wish Eeteuk gets drunk everyday so he’d tell me he loves me always.” THE END.here's the sequel. thought of posting it since i already posted it too... Tell Me
