Chapter 1- (1/1)

Wu Yifan, or better known as Kris quietly sat in the library quietly working on his history homework. His head was filled with thoughts of old doctors and people from way back, he scribbled down notes from a tape he was listening to. His assignment was to gather notes from anything he could find of the older Chinese Dynastys then bring them into class to write the end of the semesters essay.Kris was on his third year of college, he didn't like it but he wanted to make his parents proud so he attended. The homework was horrible he couldn't believe he thought that highschool was hard. He let out a loud sigh pausing the tape then gently pulling the headphones off, he rubbed his temples shaking his head in an annoyed matter, he wore some baggy black sweatpants and a white t-shirt with a grey sweater. A rather bummy look. A notebook with a lot of writing was right in front of him along with a small cd-player with white headphones attached. He had been there almost all morning. Kris let out a quiet groan, "I hate this so fucking much." He mumbled standing up and stretching. He closed his notebook tucking it under his arm and putting his pen in his pocket. He took the headphones out of the player shoving them in his pocket then walked to the front desk returning the player and tape. "Better find a book this time." He mumbled to himself as he went toward the history section skipping through everything, he hummed softly rubbing his eyes. He grabbed a random book about his topic then walked to a different table. He plopped down putting his notebook down then opening it to his page. He skimmed through the book writing what he though was important.Kris walked back to the shelf putting it back he was about to grab another a book when a loud laugh suddenly echoed through the libary. Kris looked up the laugh continued along with loud and obnoxious shushes. Kris followed the sound of the laugh to the corner of the libary, he saw the cutest guy laughing, watching a laptop screen.The male had orange hair, he had a normal pair of skinny jeans and red sweatshirt. He wore a pair of black converse and a black pair of glasses, his eyes were a perfect shade of brown and his skin looked so smooth. His ears were a larger than average but they were extremely cute to Kris. His height looked to be around Kris's.Another laugh escaped the males lips this time quieter like a giggle. It sounded perfect.Out of no where a shorter looking male appeared wearing a large t-shirt and a pair of black leggings. He had black hair and he held frappe in one of his hands and a notebook in another. He ruffled the others hair earning a wide grin from the orange haired boy who looked up at him. He put the straw in the others mouth then sat next to him taking an ear plug out. "Shush Chanyeol, you're so loud, god." He said laughing a lot quiet.Kris automatically felt jealous as he watched the scene play out but he felt a smile on his face. Chanyeol. Chanyeol and Kris...  He liked the sound of that

He grabbed a random book, and went to the table closest to the two, from what he made out they were watching an anime which the cutie called Chanyeol found hilarious while the other only texted on his phone not really caring. After half of an hour of pretending to read Kris watched as Chanyeol took the headphone out of his ear then poked the others cheek. "Baekhyunnie isn't this fun just me and you chilling? Like how it was before your stupid boyfriend came?" He asked happily. The guy who was 'Baekhyunnie' (who Kris just assumed was Baekhyun) just laughed and swatted the others finger away. "Yeah, yeah but I gotta get going now." He said standing up taking a sip of the frappe then putting his phone in his back pocket.Chanyeol looked up at him sadly "Whhhy?" He whined and pouted, which looked absolutely adorable. "Sorry but Tao needs me, we're going shopping for that party he's throwing." The other guy said excitedly. Chanyeol's face was filled with sadness but the other either didn't seem to notice or care. "Oh.. Wait-! what party?! Can I come?!" Chanyeol asked sadly but getting excited at the end. The other let out a sigh and shook his head "Sorry but no all the invitations were already sent.." He mumbled rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.  "Oh.." Chanyeol simply said looking down then back up a smile appearing on his face "Well you get going don't wanna keep Tao waiting!" He gently nudged the others shoulder letting out a quite laugh. "Are you sure?" Baekhyun asked about to walk off. "Yeah totally, I got my laptop, this frappe and yeah." He said nodding. "Okay bye!" The black haired guy said then ran off. Once the other was out Chanyeol sighed taking his glasses off rubbing his teary eyes. He took a deep breath putting his head phones in then clicking play, he watched just this time sadder it even made Kris sad to see the once sunshine boy turn to a dark cloud. Kris thought for a moment then grinned getting up then leaving, he went to the cafe area ordering 2 chocolate candy bars, he then walked back to his seat near the orange haired cutie and watched his sadness. He arose once again, nervousness suddenly filling his stomach, it felt like a ball was bouncing all about and if he wasn't careful it would fall and destroy the universe. He took a deep breath then exhaled he walked over to the other and sat down next to him. He looked over at the other then down at the floor then up again. Chanyeol slowly turned his head looking over at him, he raised an eyebrow looking confused then suddenly smiled a wide happy smile. Kris was taken back but felt happy, either he was daydreaming or the orange haired cutie was smiling at him!The other practically ripped his headphones out of his ears then began talking "Hi, Hi! I'm Chanyeol, it nice to meet you, I saw you earlier and though you were cute but I didn't say anything because you know a lot of people are cute, anyway what are you doing here? Not that I don't mind you here, you should watch anime with me, this one is lucky star it's amazing, I don't watch a lot because I usually get bored but this one is amazing." The boy blabbered a little loudly, he was suddenly shoving a headphone piece toward him. The boy resumed watching like this was completely normal seeming extremely happy again. Kris burst into laughter, Chanyeol looked at him confused. "Why are you laughing?" He asked furrowing his eyebrows cutely. "Why am I laughing? Because you're a cutie that's why. You literally have no idea who I am and I sit by you and you don't even ask my name, you don't even seem to care that I'm here." Kris explained smiling. Chanyeol thought for a moment "Oh yeah. I forgot." He said simply letting out a small giggle. Kris rolled his eyes then began speaking "Well, My name is Kris and I thought you looked extremely cute so I came here and spied on you then when you were alone I bough a candy bar to give you and came to flirt but you just talked and started watching anime not seeming to notice I'm trying to score a boyfriend at all."Kris placed the candy bar in the blushing boys hand. "You are welcome." He said laughing. Chanyeol blushed more taking the bar then smiling even more if that was possible. "I like you, you should give me your number but not because I also want you as a boyfriend or anything." He said jokingly pulling his phone out then creating a new contact that read 'New Boyfriend <3' at the top,  he handed the phone to Kris so he could enter his number. Kris grinned happily putting his number in then handed the phone back. Chanyeol looked at it then grinned "Perfect." He said giggling. He put the phone back in his pocket then looked at the other. He smiled and begun started talking and a Kris listened and talked back. They talked about random things, about themselves and their lives and basically everything.  They talked and goofed for what felt like minutes but was actually hours and hours. It was around 8:30 when the intercom spoke saying the library would be closing in five minutes and if everyone would please leave. Chanyeol's eyes widened. "Oh my gosh we talked all that time." He said then laughed, he got up,tiredly stretching then smiled. "I need to get going, call me tomorrow if you want." He said putting his laptop away in his bag then adjusting the strap. Kris nodded, "Alright cutie I will." He said then winked getting up walking to the exit next to the other. "Alright weirdo, bye." Chanyeol said about to walk out, he then stopped and  gently pecked the others cheek then quickly left smiling and blushing brightly. Kris stood there frozen then smiled widely. He did a little happy dance laughing. Chanyeol and Kris.. It was perfect..    ------------------Hello!!
