chapter 7: sometimes life (1/1)

Jiyeon POVJoon was trying to tickle me, but since I don’t feel ticklish, he was getting annoyed.I laughed at his annoyed face.Thunder came over and said, “Ya! You two really look like a couple!”The moment he said that, Joon and I replied at the same time, “No!”All three of us looked at each other and laughed.We walked side by side as we enjoyed the nice autumn breeze.How I wish this happiness I’m feeling could last…Little did I know what the future had in hold for me…[1 week later]Narrator POVMblaq and T-ara were to debut together by promoting their own songs, Mblaq with Oh yean, T-ara with Bo Peep Bo Peep and also an extra song featuring both the groups together, TTL (Time to Love).[Backstage]Jiyeon POVIt was finally the day of our debut!Mblaq was to perform first, followed by us and then our group song, TTL.All of us cheered Mblaq on as they got ready to go on stage.Rain sunbaenim stayed in the room with us as we watched Mblaq’s debut performance on the live broadcast on the TV.“Ya! They look so cool up there!” Hyomin unni said.They really did look cool, but would we look as good as them when it was our turn on stage?Finally their stage was over, and it was time for us to go up.“Jiyeon ah, I’m so nervous now…” Hyomin unni whispered as she grasped my hand tightly.Hearing her say that, I was starting to get nervous too, but I just reassured her and said it was going to be fine.As Mblaq got off the stage, Thunder winked at me and whispered, “Fighting, Jiyeon ah!” and went on to say fighting to the rest of the members.Joon smiled and lifted his hand up to show our friendship ring.I lifted up my hand as well to show I was wearing it and smiled.Lee Joon and I had bought it right before we started being trainees and if you put the 2 rings together they joined as one.The rings became our lucky charms and we wore it all the time.Our stage quickly finished and we turned around so that our backs faced the audience.We took of our outer clothing to reveal our costumes for the next song, TTL.The audience went crazy and the cheers became even louder as the Mblaq members slowly came out one by one in their changed costumes which matched ours.Since we had seven members while Mblaq had five members, Hwayoung and Boram had to be a ‘couple’ for the dance while the rest of the T-ara members get paired with a Mblaq member.Eunjung was paired with Seungho, Soyeon was paired with Cheondung, Qri was paired with G.O, Hyomin was paired with Mir and I was paired with Joon.The song finally finished and I was dead beat.Narrator POVFor the next few weeks, both Mblaq and T-ara kept winning no. 1 on the music shows.Mblaq won music bank with a triple crown while T-ara won Inkigayo with a triple crown.Both of them became the most anticipated rookie groups of the year and they got numerous offers for CFs, dramas and so on.Finally it was time for the goodbye stage.It would be both Mblaq and T-ara’s last stage prmoting their debut songs and everyone was quite relaxed by now since there had not been any mistakes in their previous stages.But...Who knew that sometimes, the inevitable just has to happen?   sorry for not updating yesterday...
