Chapter ThirteenI Need Saving I couldn't think straight since they just launched at me, like a rocket ship. If anyone else was in this situation, they would probably fight back. A princess without any fighting experience would call for help. I am not anyone else and I am not a princess. So, do I not fight back and not scream for help?Of course not, I'll combine them: the anyone princess. "HELP! HELP!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I kicked the tiny on in the arm. She squealed and ran behind HaNi. "She hurt me," she whined.They all stopped and then they looked even more mad at me, their eyes practically glowing a bright red. That's when I felt like I really needed to shout for help."HELP--"The tall one shoved her hand over my mouth and muffled my screams. That's when HaNi kicked me in the side, making me skid across the floor, giving me a floor burn. Ow. "Don't mess with my Zelo!" she shouted as she turned me over and kicked me in the stomach, then in the arm, then in the side again. "What are you guys doing? Help me," she said, an annoyed edge to her tone. "Yes," they all said together. And the next thing I knew, I was being kicked an punched and I could feel blood escaping from my skin.   I didn't really realize when it was over, since I think I lost consciousness after a few minuted of them all ganging up on me. I moaned when I tried to move since it felt like I was being stabbed by a hundred knives. "Ah!" I squealed as I stopped moving, but the pain was still plainly there. "Help," I croaked and I noticed even that hurt, since my jaw was sore. I know I didn't break anything, since I could move my limbs, but it hurt so much I also knew that every part of my body was likely bruised, or anlready bleeding. My eyes wandered around the room and I saw pools of blood everywhere and I felt dizzy, seeing all of it. I lost so much blood. How am I going to stay alive? Do I really have to die like this?Just then a light hit my eyes and I shut them, since it hurt from the brightness against the darkness of the room. "LaeJoon-ah!" someone shouted. Zelo?"Are you okay? Can you hear me? Oh no, please hear me, please." Their voice cracked and it made my heart crack, too. The sadness from their voice made me want to put my hand to their cheek and tell them I was okay and that I was sorry. I groaned as I was lifted into someone's arms. They gasped and put a warm hand to my cold skin. "You're alive," they whispered, their warm breath making the hair on my skin rise and goosebumps travel down my body. "SHE'S ALIVE!" I heard the person shout back to someone as they hurried down the hall, running. I slowly opened my eyes and saw someone with dyed blond hair, something glistening on their left cheek. Are they crying?"Don't," I croaked. They looked down and said, "Huh? What?""Cry," I finished. They stopped and ended up just looking at me. "What did you say?"Don't make me say it again. I hurts. . . "Don't . . . cry. . . ." That was all I could utter before all of my energy was gone and everything turned black.   "Is she awake?" My eyes opened and I coughed, a pain shooting up my side. "Be careful."I saw Zelo standing above me and I wanted to smile. "H-hi."He smiled in relief and that's when I noticed how he looked. There was blood all over his uniform and it looked like he hadn't showered or sleapt all night. "Are you okay?" he asked, a smile still lingering on his lips. I nodded, not being able to say anymore. The door opened and someone came in, then I realized it was a nurse. "You have nothing broken, but you have a lot of bruises adn you lost quite a bit of blood. You'll recover in just a couple of days though." She gave me a friendly smile. I thought so. "I'll leave you guys to it, then." She turned to Zelo. "But she'll have to rest soon, okay?"He nodded and sat on the edge of my bed when she had left the room. "I'm sorry I didn't come earlier," he whispered, looking down at the floor. "It's fine." After hearing that, I already felt like I had more energy and I smiled. "It was my fault for--""No, it was all mine," Zelo interrupted me. He put his hand to my cheek. "I'm so sorry."I pushed it away and smiled, trying to lighten the mood. "It's fine, seriously. Calm down, Zelo-ssi. It's just a couple of bruises." I looked down at my arm and saw blue and black circles all around my arm. I quickly looked away, trying to keep Zelo's mind off of it all. "You know what?" he asked. Then he answered his own question before I could try and answer it. "I am going to be by your side 24/7 so no one can lay a finger on you.""No, Zelo-ssi, you don't have--"He put his hand up, making me stop. "I am going to, so do not argue.""But--""Shh." He put a finger to my lips and it made me smile. "Whatever," I joked, rolling my eyes at him, but the smile on my face refuse to go away. Zelo by me all the time? Am I going to be okay. . . ?  Short update, I know, but I will update soon with another one, but let's have a moment of appreciation to how cool and awesome Zelo's eyes look in Rain Sound:Seriously, if I could make my make-up look like that, my life would be so much easier.
