Chapter FiveThat's Her  I woke up to an annoying squeal which was right in my ear. "Ah!" I screamed. I looked up and saw a complete stranger standing above me, her eyes wide and her face was happy. "Who are you?" I asked, although I don't think anything could shock me since I've had the weirdest life ever since my dad opened our house to strangers. "I'm living here! My name's KimMi." She bowed.KimMi? It sounds like Kimmy. I sat up, the blood rushing to my head quickly. "Hi. I'm LaeJoon." I gave her a smile as best as I could. She bowed again. "My cousin's helping me unpack. Want to come and meet her?" she asked, helping me up by taking my hand and pulling. "Come on!"She's really perky. I scratched my head and closed my eyes, completely tired. When I opened them again I saw a girl with brown hair and big eyes looking at us. She had her hair in curls that framed her face perfectly and she was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. KimMi's cousin smiled and bowed. "Hello, I'm HaNi. Nice to meet you."HaNi... That sounds familiar. "Hey. I'm LaeJoon." I bowed to her half heartedly since I was tired and didn't care very much. "I can't believe you did that!" Yongguk's deep voice traveled down the hallway, making all of us look behind me. "Hey, it was for--LaeJoon-ah!" Zelo shouted, seeing me looking at him. He ran up and hugged me."Get off--" "JunHong-ah?" HaNi said, making him look at her. His eyes got wide and then he jumped off of me, making us have a considerable amount of distance between us. He cleared his throat and bowed to her. "Hello, HaNi-ah."She laughed and ran up to him, bringing him into a hug which he did not respond to. "I missed you!"HaNi, HaNi. Where did I hear that before? How does she know Zelo?"Did you find your first kiss?" she asked. "HaNi," he had said. "Who's HaNi?" I asked. "My first love."His first love?"No," he replied. "Because it's me!"It is NOT you! You little liar!Don't make me come over there and--"I'm actually trying to find her with Moonie. This girl." He pointed towards me. I gave her an awkward smile and waved. "Hi~" I said quietly. She gave me a look. Jerk."You're LaeJoon, right?" Acting like she didn't know...She's "cool" *total sarcastic tone*"Yes, I am." I gave her a cold stare. What's wrong with me? Am I...jealous?HA! I'm being ridiculous. "Huh." She looked away and hugged Zelo once more, stuffing her face into his chest. "It's been too long! WAY too long!"I looked away and rolled my eyes. First love? Your first love was with a monkey Zelo. She is a monkey. Oh. My. Gosh. What am I thinking?!"I know, HaNi-ah. I know." He hugged her back. Aren't we supposed to be dating? What happened to that theory?"HaNi, your mom's here," KimMi said. "Already?" She broke the hug. "Bye JonHong-ah!" She pranced out of my house with one last dirty glance at me. "She's your little cousin, right?" I said to KimMi.She nodded. "Yeah. She's turning eighteen this summer. A noona?"Oh, really...? How does she know Zelo?" I checked to see if any of B.A.P was behind me, but no one was, so I decided to go on. "They seem...close.""They were, but not since she rejected him. She regrets it anyway." KimMi looked at two more of her boxes. "I'm just staying here so I can be closer to college." While looking at me, she picked up a box. "Thank you for letting me stay here."I like her, but she has an annoying cousin. I grabbed the second box and set it down when we got to her room. "You're welcome." I smiled and then left, bumping into Zelo in the kitchen. "Hey! Watch it," I warned, no threat in my voice. He laughed. "You're like a little cat trying to be a lion." He leaned down close to my face. "What'cha doing?""Getting some water. Get off." I walked over to the cupboard to get a glass but he grabbed my hand and pulled me into the direction of his room. "What are you doing?!"He shut the door behind us and kept the light off. Oh dear Lord.He put both hands on the door on either side of my head. He leaned in and I had no choice but to back up the little amount of space until I hit the door. "You're helpling me find her, right? I think it may be HaNi though since she's still sticking with the story."It's NOT HaNi! But I can't tell him that. "Um...okay...? But what are you going to do if you don't find her?" I tried to move out from where I was, but I couldn't fit. "Oh, I will find her. Especially if I have your help." He smiled, making me see his white teeth through the darkness. I swallowed. "Um...could you move or turn on a light or something?"He jumped. "Oh, yeah." He leaned over and turned on the light and back up and then sat on his bed. "Thanks for helping me. I've been looking for her forever.""Ever since the kiss?""Yup. I don't know why but I do think I like her."Oh no."Is it her or is it because you think she's HaNi?""I don't know, actually." He rolled over on his side so he was looking at me. "That's something I never thought about. HaNi's been there for me forever, but something about that girl was more special than HaNi.""You were eight," I said, giving him a look."I know but-- How did you know I was eight?" Shoot."You told me," I lied. "I never told you," he said, narrowing his eyes. "Yes, you did.""No I didn't.""Yes, you did.""No.""You need to go to the doctor's because you have a terrible memory. Yes, you did!" I gave him a look and then he cracked. "Okay, maybe I did...?""That's better." I smiled and began to leave but he called my name, making me shiver for some reason. "What?""Thank you."I couldn't help but smile some more. "You're welcome."With that I left, feeling happy, guilty, sad, weird, and mad all in one. The crap he's doing to me...   Now we know what HaNi is like! And we know a little more about how Zelo feels, right?I hope to update soon and sorry for the later update.
