“Umma!! Where is my umma!” The little boy wailed as he hugged me tighter and tighter.I helped him wiped his tears. “Shh please don’t cry honey, such a big boy already, you can’t cry like a baby anymore okay? Come on, I will help you find you umma but you must first stop crying”Finally after a minute or so, he stopped crying a little. “Will you help me find her?” He sniffled and asked.“Yes I will, but first, may I know your name and how old are you??” I smiled and asked him.“Kim Dongmin. I am 6 years old this year.”“Ah, Dongmin is it? Come, why don’t I bring you over to the service counter? The people there will help you find your mother” I held his hand as I brought him over to the information counter, kinda forgetting that Taemin was still with me.“Excuse me, I am here to report a lost child.”xxxxxxxxx“Will the parents of Kim Dongmin, age 6, please report to the information counter? Thank you”After around 10minutes or so while waiting at the information counter, Kim Dongmin’s parents were still not in sight.Damn, what parents would just forget about their child like that?? Have they even noticed that their child is missing?! And Dongmin looks like he was about to cry again. Just then, I had an idea. After all this is an amusement park right? Why not I will bring this child around and at least let him have fun while waiting for his parents? I smiled.“Excuse me, is it okay to bring this child around for a walk first since his parents isn’t coming? I will leave my contact here so you can contact me when they come back.” I asked the counter lady.She looked at me for a moment, seemingly having a deep thought. “Arasso, just leave your number here and we will contact you when we found his parents.” She nodded her head.I smiled and look at Dongmin, “Dongmin ah, why don’t we go buy some candy floss?”“Yayyy!!!” He jumped in delight as I laugh and held his hands.“AHEM” Suddenly someone cleared his throat behind me. Ah! After this small commotion I forgot about Lee Taemin!!!I turned and smile at him. “Taemin oppa, lets do some baby sitting!”“…I’m not good with children” He said.I burst out laughing. “Really Lee Taemin?? Sooo, what else can’t you do aside from not having a girlfriend before and not being good with kids??”“Oh shut up!” He glared at me.“Ahhh what can this harmless child do to you! Come, you take his other hand and lets go buy some cotton candy! Dongmin ah, this is Taemin hyung, come, hold his other hand and lets go!” I ignore Taemin’s glare and gave the other side of Dongmin’s hand to Taemin. “Aniyo! I only want noona!” Dongmin refuses to let Taemin hold his hand and hugged me.“Well… I guess it can’t be helped? You are not popular with kids after all.” I grinned and said.“Yah Park Eunmi!!” Taemin must have felt rejected as he pouted.I laughed and held Dongmin’s hands, ignoring Taemin. “Come on! Lets go get some fluffy cotton candy!”xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFor the next half an hour, we took Dongmin on the different kind of rides suitable for children. And all this while, Taemin was just silently walking with us as Dongmin and I were running around playing all the different rides.“Wahhh noona! We are spinspinning! This is so much fun!!” Dongmin laughed and clapped as he was taking the spinning cup ride. I laughed along beside him as we continued spinning round and round.“Pheew, noona is getting dizzy. Is Dongmin’s head spinning around and around as well?” I asked him as we got down the ride and went to meet Taemin who was waiting for us.“Aniyo! Dongmin can take more spins!” He said laughing. I smiled. Such a cute little child. “Just now when you were playing, Dongmin’s parents called. They said they were coming to find him here.”“Ohh they are here already? Dongmin ah! Your parents are coming to find you” I told Dongmin as he cheered. But come to think of it, how did his parents contact Taemin when I am the only one who left my phone number at the counter?!“If you were wondering, I left my phone number at the counter as well. Figured you wouldn’t answer your phone, as typical Eunmi.” Taemin seemed to read my thoughts and said.“….Yah, are you a psychic or something??”“Huh?”“Nevermindddd~”“Dongmin ah!!” We suddenly heard a shout from behind.“Umma! Appa!” Dongmin spotted them, smiled and ran over to hug them.“Thank you so much for taking care of Dongmin. We were worried sick and went all around looking for him. And we didn’t manage to catch the announcement at all. And we realised there was actually an announcement made after we went over to the information counter. Did he give you a lot of trouble?” Dongmin’s mother asks.“No not at all, Dongmin is a delightful child to be with” I smiled and said.“Kamsahamida. I still need to thank you a lot” Dongmin’s father came over and said.“Dongmin ah, go say good bye to noona and hyung” his mother said.Dongmin ran over to me and Taemin and hugged me. “Byebye noona! I hope to see you again!!” He smiled and waved at me then turn to Taemin.“Hyung, Bend down, I want to say something!” Dongmin pulled Taemin’s shirt and said. Taemin bend down as Dongmin whispered into his ear. Suddenly, Taemin let out a chuckle. “Ne, I promise you” He ruffled Dongmin’s hair and said. I wonder what did he tell Taemin?“Okay! It’s a promise! Bye hyung!! Bye noona!!” Dongmin smiled and waved at us one last time before running back to his parents.“Bye Dongmin!” I waved until they were out of sight.I turned to Taemin.“What did Dongmin said to you??” I asked him.“Why would you want to know? Its between us guys. Secret.” Taemin just shrugged and said.“Yahhhh tell me!!!”“No way! I promised Dongmin I wouldn’t say anything about it!!”“Lee Taemin!”“What! Park Eunmi!! I’m hungry, lets go eat.” Taemin suddenly changed the topic.“We are not eating until you tell me!” I said stubbornly.“Then.. I shall go eat myself.” Taemin started walking.“YAH Lee Taemin!!!!” I ran after him. I will get it out of him one day!!xxxxxxxxxxxx-Taemin’s POV-“Hyung, bend down, I want to say something!” Dongmin suddenly tugged on my shirt and said.Weird, I thought he didn’t liked me? I wondered. But I bend down anyway.“Eunmi noona is a very nice noona. Hyung, you like noona right?? You must take care of her properly okay? You must marry her and let her be your wife, she will be a good umma like my umma. Promise?” Dongmin whispered into my ear.I chuckled as I heard his words. This child is really unique. I agreed anyway.“Ne, I promise you” I ruffled Dongmin’s hair and said.“Okay! It’s a promise! Bye hyung!! Bye noona!!” Dongmin smiled and waved at us and ran back to his parents.“What did Dongmin said to you??” Eunmi asked. I knew she would ask!“Why would you want to know? Its between us guys. Secret.” I shrugged and said. Like I would ever let her know! After all, this entire dating thing is just a game… right? I think I am beginning to doubt myself even.
