"How do I look like?"Baekhyun turned around to look at his dress in front of the mirror. He was wearing an A-line strapless short dress with a coat covering his shoulders and a simple legging to cover his legs."Wow! Wow this is . . . You know what? You should go to modeling path!" Chanyeol gave a thumbs-up with a cheesy wink, trying to fix the coat."You think so?" Baekhyun smirked at himself. "But I don't like the dress much! Too much cleavege is shown!" He rolled his eyes."That's it! This is why I chose this dress to begin with!" Chanyeol's laugh didn't last for a second before he was hit in the arm for the n*th times that day."Why do you feel shy all of sudden? You need to seduce Joonmyeon!""And why do I?""This is only the beginning Baekhyun! You don't think getting access to that sample is enough, do you?""Come on! We didn't agree with that part, did we?""The moment you gave the "okay" you said you will agree with everything I say!""Yeah! I did but-"Why are we even having an argument over this? This is a part of the plan and I don't see why you can't do it?""Joonmyeon had a break-up and-"And??? What's that with you?""I mean we shouldn't go that far!""Why? Why do you even care whether he has broken up or not?" Chanyeol was right. There was literally nothing that Baekhyun should have cared. He wasn't there to care about anything let alone Joonmyeon's personal life.He was not attracted to Joonmyeon. However, he believed personal life must be separated from the business life. He couldn't care less if Joonmyeon gets devastated busniess wise but to go that far to hurt him emotionally specially at such moment . . .  Oh wait, he was going to hurt Joonmyeon anyway! "You are right!" Baekhyun finally said, taking a deep breath."That's my man!" Chanyeol massaged Baekhyun's shoulders lightly, sitting back on the bed smiling."You need to make sure to attract Joonmyeon as much and as far as possible! This is a good opportunity to get close to him and even get to know him more!" He laughed."Alright! I will do my best." Baekhyun sighed. "I need to apply my make-up and-"I'll do it for you!" Chanyeol stood up then. "I have an idea! Let me do it." Baekhyun gave him a skeptical look before sitting down on the edge of the bed, waiting for Chanyeol to start whatever idea he had prepared on mind. His own mind was occupied with the event. His insecurity was getting into him the minute he thought about the possible screw up. "Why are you nervous?"Baekhyun snapped out of his thought. He looked up at Chanyeol with his puppy eyes. "Do I really need to attend this?""Yes! You need to and I'm sure you will do well!" Chanyeol then slapped some powder on Baekhyun face, earning a small "ah" from him. Baekhyun closed his eyes for Chanyeol to apply dark shadow on his eye-lids. The light from outside of window gave a very nice view on his face that made Chanyeol stare at him for a moment. Baekhyun looked very cute when he was bare face but the moment he would apply some eye make-up, he would turn into a beautiful lady in Chanyeol's eyes. Chanyeol sighed, continuing to do what he was supposed to do. Baekhyun had a small frown on his face that made Chanyeol smile without him noticing."Ok! Done. Open your eyes." Chanyeol sat a bit further to take a good measurement.He gave Baekhyun a small circle shaped mirror to check himself. "That's .... That's like that idol Suzy's eye make-up dude!""And you look good with it anyway!" Chanyeol laughed. "It's a trend!""I see! A trend!" He took the red lipstick away from Chanyeol's hand, earning a look from him. "I will do my lips!""Alright!" Chanyeol rolled his eyes, noticing his phone then. "I will make a call now. Be right back." He left the room shortly after. Baekhyun's attention then went on his nails. He had nice nails he thought. He smirked at himself, looking through the makeup bag and he then found two nail polishes. One was red and the other one was black. He chose red, eagerly trying to test it on his nails. "Hohoh!" He laughed once he did his left fingers, holding them on air for a momet. "Why I never did such a thing!" He waited for them to get dry."What are you doing?" Chanyeol said as he entered the room."I'm doing my nails!" Baekhyun laughed again."I see that you have had some improvement! Nice." Chanyeol grabbed his other hand, putting it on his knee. "Let me do the other hand. My sister always has difficulties to do her right hand!"Baekhyun nodded, patiently waiting for Chanyeol to finish doing his nails."Remember that time at high-school . . ."Don't! Don't remind me of that mess!" Baekhyun whined suddenly."Why tho? We both won the title.""No! I won the sexy girl section while you won the cute girl section!""If you say so!" Chanyeol laughed. "Finish!" He let Baekhyun take a look at his fingers."We are done I think."Baekhyun nodded, fixing his lipstick for the third time."I will drive.""Ok. Let me wear my heels and we will be ready to go."Chanyeol smiled, grabbing his phone and car keys. "I'll be out, come quickly." It was 6PM and the event would start at 7PM as Baekhyun was told. He applied some perfume before checking himself again. He was both excited and nervous. Last checking and he was already out of the apartment. On the way, Chanyeol tried to crack some jokes to ease the nervousness which was visible on Baekhyun's face. Baekhyun imitated some of the staff's voice too leading both of them to crack up."Don't forget to keep your cool and don't drink much!" Chanyeol moved forward to say this when Baekhyun got out of the car. "Call me if anything happened. Ok?"Baekhyun nodded several times, turning around to face the villa. He saw a few familiar face entering the place. "You are here!"It was Soojung. Baekhyun forced a smile, trying to hide his nervousness."Hey there." Baekhyun shook hands with Soojung then."You look stunning, girl! I absolutely love your dress." Soojung smiled widely."Thank you! You look nice yourself." Baekhyun nodded at her."Let's go inside." Soojung grabbed Baekhyun's hand immediately, heading towards the opening door. It was crowded as people have yet to sit on their seats. Some were greeting and some just talking. Waiters were serving drinking already. Baekhyun swallowed, eyes searching for a familiar face. "Champagne or Mojito?" A waiter asked politely."I will have a mojito!" Soojung nodded, grabbing two glasses. She gave Bakhyun one before drinking her own glass. "You came!" Baekhyun immediately greeted Mr. Kang. The middle-aged man looked at Baekhyun from head to toe, having a satisfing look while nodding."Natural beauties are not that boring afterall!""Excuse me!?" Said Soojung, raising an eye-brow."I am just kidding." Mr. Kang coughed when Soojung hit him on the arm jokingly. Baekhyun smiled along. It seemed like the two were not that formal judging by the way Soojung was behaving. The two sat somewhere a bit far from the main hall, enjoying their drink. "I don't see Joonmyeon!" Said Soojung suddenly. Baekhyun stopped drinking right away, looking at her."What? Uhh, we are not at office! And it's just the two of us." She laughed, not caring the way Baekhyun was looking at her."Well . . . Is he even coming?""He will probably come and greet people for about fifteen minutes before going back to his office, working on some stuff! Mark my words.""I see!" Baekhyun looked at the glass."I hope I won't see that slut tonight!" Soojung narrowed her eyes, looking annoyed."Who?""The one who is whoring herself into our CEO! I hate her guts. shameless bitch!" Baekhyun blinked several times, not knowing what Soojung was talking about. "I bet she was the reason why he broke up with Joonmyeon!" Soojung sighed."Ok tell me names, I don't know who you are talking about!" Baekhyun looked dumbfounded."Daughter of Hyundai CEO. Hyorin! She was up to ruinning Joonmyeon's relationship even when he rejected her for the n*th times. She doesn't even love Joonmyeon!" Soojung grabbed a glass of champagne this time, looking bitter and irratated fixing a part of her hair."So ... what is up with her lately?""I've not seen her around for months, probably in Europe or somewhere whoring herself into other guys. Last time she was in Hong Kong and paparazzis found her and her friend in an alley, trying to run away from a club! Shady bitch came and denied everything! She is a sex addict! EW!" Baekhyun smirked secretly. The idea of such a girl getting close to Joonmyeon looked rather interesting to him. "She stooped too low! I mean Joonmyeon never showed any interest to her no matter how hard she tried! Why was she up to ruining his relationship with someone else is beyond me!"She shook her head in disgust, continuing to drink. Just then the two looked at front, seeing Joonmyeon in all black suit and looking handsome as always. Soojung stood up, simply admiring Joonmyeon in front of Baekhyun, heading both of them towards him.Joonmyeon was greeting the guests one by one politely until his eyes noticed the two.Soojung greeted the CEO first, shaking hands with him immediately while Baekhyun only uttered a shy "hello" to him.Soojung realized the awkwardness so she excused herself only to leave the two alone."I'm glad you came!" Joonmyeon said. "You look gorgeous tonight!"Baekhyun felt embarrassed all of sudden, cheeks turning red. "Thank you!""Have you drunk something already?""Umm... Yes I have." Joonmyeon nodded lightly."I don't really like crowded places." He hesitated. "Can we go outside? I have something to tell you." Once Baekhyun realized, he was following Joonmyeon, leaving the hall with curious eyes all over her.
