The one week Elizabeth gave the group is about to end. One afternoon at the boys’ dormitory, “This is the last day. Still no answer from others?” Alice asked her boyfriend. Eli shook his head. “So, the one whose going are” Alice started to count by her hands. “Me, you, Kevin and Kibum. Am I correct?” Eli nodded. “Others are full for the coming weeks.” He told her. “Didn’t eonni talk to the boss?” “I don’t know” he answered. “Alice, I’m hungry. Cook for me.” “Wait here.” Alice stood up and went to the kitchen to cook. Few seconds later, Alice’s phone rang. Eli picked it up and answered it. “Yeoboseyo?” “Omo, Eli-san?” a female voice replied. “Ne, who is it?” Eli answered without second thought. “Eli-san, please do tell to Ah-chan to go online. The plane tickets that Elizabeth-sama bought are already sent to her e-mail.” The lady behind the phone told Eli. “Okay. Wait. Who’s this?” “Omo, didn’t Ah-chan save my number?” the lady’s voice suddenly became low. “I’m Han Kumiko.” She answered. “Oh by the way! Please do say my regards to Bummie-Kun, Ke-chan and Ri-chan. Thanks Eli-san~” “Okay. Okay” and so, Eli hang up the phone. “Alice, someone called you.” “Who is it?” Alice came closer to Eli with the cooked food. She sat on the floor and placed the food on the table. Eli sat beside her. “She said she’s Han Kumiko.” He started to eat. “Eh? Kumiko-san?” “Are you sure you cooked this?" Eli looked at Alice and then, she nodded innocently. “What’s the problem?” she asked as her eyes blinked twice. “Taste it.” Alice tasted it. After that, her face became awful. “Do you know how to cook this?” Alice shook her head embarrassedly. Eli sighed. “Stand up. I’m going to teach you.” Eli said. Alice did what Eli said. She was followed by him with the dish in the kitchen. xXxXx
The day of their departure has already come. “Sorry we’re not able to come with you, guys.” Soohyun said to Alice, Eli, Kevin and Kibum. “No, we understand.” Alice replied with a sweet smile. “Please do take care.” Alexander told them. “Bring Claire back here!” Kiseop added. “Alice-noona~, chocolates~.” And then, Dongho did his ‘aegyo’. Soohyun hit the maknae making him groan, but it was not that painful. In addition to that, it made the atmosphere a little bit lighter. “So, we’re leaving then.” Eli said. He, Alice, Kevin and Kibum started to leave while the others waited them to go inside the departure area. “I hope they’ll be able to get Claire-noona back.” The maknae said. “No need to worry, Dongho. I’m sure they will.” Kiseop told him. xXxXx
Many hours had passed before Alice, Eli, Kibum and Kevin reached France. When they landed in France, they immediately looked for Alice’s younger sister. After a few moments of searching, they found her standing near the exit. “Eonni!” Alice’s younger sister called her. They went to her and left the airport. On the way to Alice’s home in France, “So, this is France.” Kibum was looking outside the car’s window. Same as Eli, but he was looking on the opposite window. “Wow~ I can’t believe how beautiful it is here.” Kevin said. “Sœur aînée, qui sont-ils? (Older sister, who are they?)” Alice’s younger sister whispered to Alice’s ear. “Omo, Ils U-KISS. Celui que je vous l'ai dit dans mon e-mail. (Omo, they're U-KISS. The one I told you in my e-mail)” Alice answered to her. “Vous avez dit qu'ils sont de sept ans. Pourquoi sont-ils seulement trois ici? (You said they're seven. Why are they only three?)” She asked again. “What’s the problem?” Eli asked Alice “Oh, nothing oppa.” Alice’s younger sister suddenly spoke in Hangul. “Omo, I thought she doesn’t know how to speak Hangul.” Kibum reacted. “Well, she’s not confident with it.” Alice explained. “Introduce yourself.” “I’m Natalia Johhane Celine Veolia, nice to meet you.” And then Natalia gave them an innocent smile. “She’s pretty.” Kevin complimented to her. “And looks like she’s very innocent.” Kibum added. “Thank you for the compliments, Kibum-oppa, Kevin-oppa.” She replied. “She knows us?” Eli asked Alice. Alice nodded to him. “She knew a little information about U-KISS.” Alice told him. “BUT, she’s not a fan.” She emphasized. “Mean” Kibum and Kevin thought about Alice. “Mesdemoiselles, nous sommes déjà là. (Mademoiselles, we’re already here)” The driver said to Alice and Natalia. “We’re already here.” Alice announced. “Je vous remercie pour votre travail acharné, le pilote mister (Thank you for your hard work, mister driver)” Natalia said to the driver with a sweet smile. “Pas de problème, mademoiselle (No problem, mademoiselle)” the driver replied and then he smiled back to her. xXxXx
As they set feet into the mansion of the Veolia clan, Kibum, Kevin and Eli can’t help but be amazed of the mansion. “I never thought your home is this big.” Kibum told Alice. “Capulet’s mansions are bigger than ours.” Alice told them. “What do you mean by ‘are’?” Eli asked. “As you can see, Capulets have the biggest count of royals here in France. So, expect big mansions from that clan.” Alice explained. “And, the biggest one is the heir’s mansion, the one where Claire lives.” She added. “So, it would be hard for us for look at her in THAT mansion.” Eli said. Alice shook her head. “I know some secret passages in that mansion. Claire loves to play hide and seek with her twin older sisters.” And then, Alice chuckled. “So, the maids will lead you to your rooms. Tomorrow, we’ll go to the heir’s mansion.” Alice told them. “You’re going to meet Claire’s cruel family, be prepared for a little trouble.” She added.
