I slowly opened my eyes to find… A dusty old basement….? I looked over and saw Chanyeol smiling proudly. He looked over at me and I gave him a confused stare. “What do think?” “Ummm, it’s… nice?” “Ohh good! I knew you’d love it. Why don’t you look around?” He said happily. “Sure…” I said in an awkward tone. I slowly walked over to the small clump of furniture pushed against the wall. There were 3 faded, old couches that looked like they belonged in my grandma’s house. There also was a small wooden coffee table. “Why don’t you sit down?” He said pointing towards the couch. Without saying another word, I sat down on the couch nearest to me, tired from all that walking. But, instead of sitting on the couch across from me, where I expected him to go, he walked towards me and sat down beside me. Suddenly feeling awkward, I moved over to the other side of the couch. “So do you w--” He was about to ask me something when I felt something drop on my hand. I slowly looked down to see a gigantic, black spider staring at me! Unconsciously, I gave a great big screech and jumped up, shaking my hand like mad, screaming, “get it off! Get it off! Get it off!!!!” Chanyeol rushed over and without me realizing I smacked him really hard in the face. After stumbling back, he approached me once more.“Shhh...Calm down,” he said hugging me. “Its off, don’t worry.” Suddenly I heard whistling and an unfamiliar voice saying, “woah Chanyeol, I never knew you had a girlfriend, weren’t we best friends? You’re not supposed to keep secrets from us.”We quickly pushed each other away and we shook our heads ferociously. “We’re not--” I started to say“It’s okay, we’ll just leave you two alone, take your time,” one of the 5 boys said. We both turned to glare at him but the boys had already started to leave. A couple seconds after they left us...alone...we turned to each other. An awkward silence… “So, uh… hi…” Chanyeol said. “yeah.. uh hi…” I said back with an awkward chuckle. “What now?”“We should probably tell them that we aren’t...uhm.. you know...”“Yeah…so...do you want to go or....?”“Yeah let’s go…” Chanyeol agreed and we awkwardly went upstairs. But when we pushed open the door, the 5 boys stumbled backwards some landing on their butts.“Oh you’re done? Can we go down now?” The one with the rainbow coloured hair asked.We both glared again and he took a step back with his hands in the air. “Ok ok, you’re done, no need to get all mad because we walked in on you.”“We're not dating!” Chanyeol and I said at the same time. We looked at each other and quickly turned away.“Ok..so not a very good first impression but yeah, these are my friends…” Chanyeol said.“I’m Sehun!!” The one who spoke before said.“I’m Kyungsoo but call me D.O,” the one with big eyes said.“Baekhyun.” “Joonmyeon, but call me Suho.” “Jongin, but I prefer to be called Kai,”“Oh cool names, mines Chaerin,” I said.Just then the bell rang signalling that lunch was over! Finally! “Should we get going?” I asked.“Yeah we should,” D.O answered. We hurried back to our classes. Sadly, Chanyeol wasn’t in my history class but D.O and Baekhyun were which made it even more awkward. During class, Baekhyun kept on teasing me about the hug with Chanyeol and kept asking me questions on how it happened. “OK! Shut up you stupid bacon!” I screamed. Suddenly, the teacher stopped talking and everyone turned back and stared at me. “Excuse me? What did you just say?” The teacher asked me. “Uhm...shut up you stupid bacon…?” “No, I mean excuse me? Did you say that to me?” “No no no. I.. I was saying it to-- uhmm…” “Go to the office.” The teacher said sternly. I glared at D.O and Baekhyun and left the room. “Stupid little piece bacon….” I grumbled. “What’d you say to me?” A male figure said coldly. “What makes you think you can talk to me?”“Uhm..I wasn’t--”He gave me a ‘why are you talking face’ and started to walk away.“Wait! What’s your name?” I asked. He didn’t bother to turn around but answered one letter.
