“So you two have met?” Jackson asked. “Wait Jackson you know this guy?” I replied, “of course I do he’s the newest member of our band and he’s also my cousin, he moved back here just recently but how exactly do you know him Beauty?” he asked quizzically. “He’s the weird guy I bumped into! I’ve met your cousins this is my first time meeting him…” I was in disbelief this weird guy and Jackson could actually be related “Well that weird guy moved back from America so that’s why you’ve never met him” Jackson laughed. “You know the weird guy can hear you! My names Jae-bum but I’d rather you called me JB” he looked at me with an intense gaze it made me want to cower in fear. I stared into his eyes trying to hide my fear. “So JB… what’s this I hear from Bee that you wouldn’t take her apology?” Jackson questioned.“I would have taken the apology if she had just been more polite and apologised properly, we wouldn’t be having this conversation, who is she anyways Jackson? Is she your girlfriend? You never mentioned a girl to me” JB said furrowing his brows. Well damn that hurt, was he holding an invisible knife because I swear I could feel someone stab me in the heart. Really?!? How has Jackson not mentioned me to him we’ve been friends for years…. I stand up from my seat, I struggle to stand properly and hold onto the lunch table for support ”Look I apologised already for bumping into you, why don’t we start on a clean slate I’m Areum” I said holding my hand out for him to shake. He stares at my hand as if it was some creature from another world. He grabs my hand hesitantly and shakes it “Fine. But next time you bump into someone don’t walk away without giving a proper apology”Jackson clears his throat “Well I’m glad this is sorted out I wouldn’t want my best friend and cousin not to get along” He smiles at both of us. Jackson helps me back into my seat, and he takes the set next to mine. JB takes the seat directly infront of me, his piercing gaze leaving holes in my skull. Was he always this intense? Jackson turns to me and asks “Bee are you not going to finish your lunch”“No I’m fine you can have the rest if you want…” I put a fake smile on my face. JB’s comment still bothered me, I guess I’m not as important to him then I had expected. I find myself staring directly at JB lost in my thoughts! We’re both staring at each other! “Are you two okay?” Junior asks. “Yeah just fine” I reply. The bell rings signalling the end of lunch.“I’ll see you guys later, I’m just going to head to the nurse’s office to get my ankle treated” I grab my bag and lunch tray, I start limping towards the bin. When I feel someone grab my wrist sparks course through my body. I turn around and Jackson looks at me with a smile, “I’ll come with you!” he grabs the tray and puts it away, he takes my bag and puts it on the front of his body and crouches down. “Come on Beauty get on my back” Jackson said“Jackson! What are you doing? A piggy back? Are you serious?” despite having these questions I was feeling giddy inside at the thought of being so close to him. “Yes Beauty! Come on I don’t want you making your injury worse, especially since you’re so clumsy” He teased. “Oh shut up Ka Yee” I say laughing at him. I jump onto his back “Damn Bee you’re heavy” he joked.I hit him on the head, “I’m joking, I’m joking you’re super light you need to eat more no wonder you got knocked down” I like it when we bicker it makes us sound like we’re a couple but I guess that’s just a dream…“I guess we’ll be going to class now” JB said. The rest of Got7 followed him all of them warning me to say safe, they’re all so sweet. Amber approaches us “Wang you better take care of her, or you’ll be getting a piece of me” she says and slaps his arm. “Careful there llama at this rate you’ll be the one injuring Bee” he jokes, Amber rolls her eyes and calls on Youngji “Come on Youngji or we’ll be late for class” Amber turns to us “I’ll take her to class so just focus on taking care of Areum”Youngji approaches us “I hope you get better Areum” she looks at us uncomfortably and walks away with Amber, that look is all too familiar to me, it’s the look I have when a girl comes to talk to Jackson confessing their love. I feel sympathy for Youngji but for once I want to be selfish and I want to cherish this moment with Jackson.Jackson and I proceed to the nurse’s office. I enjoyed this moment with him even though we’re not speaking, I just enjoy his presence. We walk past the windows and I feel the breeze brush against my face, I close my eyes and rest my head on Jackson’s back, if only this moment could last forever. Jackson was so strong and well-built despite always being so energetic and sporty he always smelt nice. It may sound weird but I found it comforting.Every time we touched I could feel tingles all round my body, there’s a part of me that wonders if he feels it to… but I guess not. What we have was a once sided love my heart ached for him but his didn’t.My body longed for him but he was always so unattainable.Sadness filled me within as these thoughts attacked my mind.We reached the nurse’s office. Jackson placed me down onto the ground and handed me my bag. “Thanks for the piggy back ride Jackson” I give him a fake smile and turn to open the door to the office.“You know you shouldn’t listen to what he said” I turn back around and stare at him. “I mean JB… don’t listen to him… I mean yes I never mentioned you to him but that’s all because if I did I wouldn’t have stopped you’re my best friend Bee and I feel like if he found out how amazing you were he’d take you. I know its childish, I hope you can forgive me, but You’re my best friend Bee. Forgive me for updating so late I hope everyone continues to read the story sorry for any spelling mistakes or plot mistakes I will edit all chapters when the story finishes so bear with me please. I've been focusing on my studies and work right now so updates wont be very frequent but i will try my best!!!
