As they both stepped out of the karaoke bar, Taeyang took a step to his right whereas Tiffany took a step to her left. They both turned around and Tiffany asked, “Where are you going? Your apartments this way.”“I know. But I should walk you to your dorm first.” Taeyang said as he thought it would be dangerous if he made Tiffany walk from his apartment to their dorm. He also thought that it was inappropriate for her to send him home and not the other way around. He continued, “You can’t use the excuse that I don’t know my way back home. I’ve walked Taeyeon to the dorm many times before. And plus, the night is almost over, you’ve got things to do tomorrow, you will be home very late and I should be the one to walk you home since I am the guy.”“Haha… because you’re the guy,” Tiffany paused. “Alright, alright.” She finally surrendered almost sounding as if she were annoyed knowing that Taeyang was right. Tiffany followed and as she caught up to Taeyang. Taeyang had stuck his tongue out “Mereong.”“Yah! Seriously?” Tiffany said. Taeyang had chuckled and continued walking.They mostly walked because they had both become tired. However, Tiffany broke the silence by asking Taeyang, “So… have you given any thought about Taeyeon and what’s going to happen?”Taeyang let out a sigh, “I’m not sure. I don’t know what to do or how I feel or even if I can forgive her easily.”“What?” She became worried. “Are you saying that you don’t like Taeyeon now because she’s got a boyfriend?”“-Of course not!” Taeyang replied. “I just can’t stop liking someone I’ve liked for months… I also can’t ask someone to like me when she’s already given her heart to someone else… Even though I like her… I am not a fan of betraying or cheating on a loved one…” Tiffany became envious of Taeyeon when she heard Taeyang say those words. He continued, “I guess that’s why I’m angry at her too… is that I was a fool and lead her on…. And also that she didn’t tell me about Junsu… But then again… I can’t be angry at her. Aish! He must be a lucky guy.” Taeyang said as he kicked a rock along the ground, then looking up into the sky.[Flashback]“Taengoo-ah!” Sunny said as Tiffany and her sat down on either side of her. “What’s wrong?”“You seem a bit sad today. Is it your headache?” Tiffany said with concern.“No… it’s not that.” Taeyeon replied. “Did something happen with Junsu?” Tiffany asked.“Sort of… but not so much with Junsu-““Is it something to do with Taeyang?” Sunny blurted out.“Yes.” Taeyeon answered.“What?” Sunny said.Taeyeon let out a sigh before she continued. “I’m confused.”“What?” Tiffany said with a puzzled look. “What do you mean?”“My feelings towards Taeyang…” Taeyeon paused.“Why? How do you feel towards him?” Sunny asked.“I think I’m starting to like him… but I can’t understand why… I’m dating Junsu…” Taeyeon answered.“What makes you think you like him?” Tiffany asked.“… Well… every time I spend time with him I feel nervous and when we get really close to each other my heart starts to beat really fast.” Taeyeon continued, “Aigoo! I don’t know what to do. It’s frustrating me…. I have to think about Junsu too… I still have some feelings for him too… what do I do?”[End of flashback]“But I can’t force Taeyeon to cheat… It’s not right. I’d rather her be happy with Junsu rather than just confuse her…” Taeyang told Tiffany.“It’s too late!” Tiffany explained. “Why do you think she couldn’t tell you she had a boyfriend. Isn’t it noticeable that she does have feelings for you! Have you even thought that she might want to be with you instead of Junsu!”By now they had reached their dorm. Barely whispering out her name, Taeyang said, “Tiffany… what do I do? I know I don’t want to talk to her just yet. Yet I can’t let her go. But I cannot also let her cheat… what do I do?”“Do you like her that much?” Tiffany asked.“Yeah… more than anything.”“Then wait for her is all I can really say,” Tiffany exclaimed as she turned her back towards the dorm to go in. “Thank you.” Tiffany heard from behind. “Thank you for the night and thank you for listening.”
