SM in late 2007….--Kai’s POV--“Jongin-ah!” I heard Taemin calling me. I turned around to find him waving at me and running towards me. I smiled and waved back to him.“I have a big big news!” Taemin said totally excited. What big news could it be? “I’m debuting next year!”I widened my eyes. Debuting? Taemin? Next year?I stayed speechless because I don’t know what to say. Part of me wanted to congratulate him, but another part of me feels something else.“Jonginnie?” Taemin called out again. I came back to my senses and looked at him.I forced a smile for him.

“Congratulations! I’m happy for you,” I said. He smiled brightly again and hugged me.

“Thank you!” Taemin said. I smiled bitterly, but I hid it from him.
