Birthday (1/1)

The next morning, you wake up to the sound of a faint snore, and open your eyes to see that it's coming from Sunny. You giggle softly, and go to get out of bed, but the tight hold of her grasp keeps you in bed. You sigh, smiling at her cuteness, and try to figure out a way to get up without waking her. You manage to replace your spot with a pillow she got for you after about 30 minutes of work, then head to the kitchen. You make sure to close your bedroom door and the kitchen door, because if both are closed you can't hear anything. You take out a pan, a bowl, and some pancake mix, and get to work making breakfast. You grab a remote that's sitting on your counter and press the play button on it, and MoMoMo by WJSN comes on. You smile brightly as you start making the pancakes, dancing and singing along to it. You start cooking them on a pan, trying your best to make them heart shaped. You head to the fridge as they cook, reaching for the strawberries and honey. You flip the pancakes, and start cutting up the strawberries. Thanks to your mom, you know some tricks in the kitchen, like how to make a rose out of a strawberry. You smile brightly as you decorate the plate with them, putting the pancakes in the middle. You drizzle the honey on top, and admire your work before grabbing a tray from the cabinet and decorating it with a doily and some pretty cutlery. You then turn off the music and walk quietly back to your room, tray in your hands.

"Sunshine...wake up..." You whisper, shaking her arm a bit. You see her stir, and sniff the air, before bolting awake.

"I smell pancakes!!!" She says excitedly, looking around.

"I made my birthday princess breakfast in bed." You say, smiling brightly and placing the tray on her lap. She smiles back, love in her eyes.

"You're amazing, did you know that?" She asks, and you shrug.

"Yeah...kinda." You say, and she giggles.

"Come sit with me and enjoy this yummy food!" She says, patting the space next to her in the bed. You sit down, and she hugs your waist.

"Happy birthday, Sunny." You say, caressing her cheek. She smiles warmly at you, gazing into your eyes.

"Thank you sweetheart." She says, leaning in and kissing your lips softly. You kiss her back, smiling into the
