Goodbye (1/1)

www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzd9aMvwz4c *************You sat on the ledge, at the edge of your balcony. It was quite cold, so you had taken out a sweater from the wardrobe. You that you were so high up and that one move could cause you to fall to your death, but that didn't matter to you at the moment. You were too deep in thought.Your little bird sat next to you calmly. It was a strange bird, it didn't fly away at first chance, even though it had now grown up a little bit.You stretched out your hand and passed your fingers through the clouds. When you pulled it back, it was damp. Teardrops fell onto your already wet palm as you caught your tears. With your other hand, you touched your face where Eli had hit you. Without knowing, you had slowly become slightly attached to the princes, the brothers. They were so nice to you, most of the time. Eli was the worst.*Perhaps it's time I step out of this fantasy,* you thought.*They're nice, and they're amazingly beautiful, but what did I ever think would come out of this? I'm a human, and they're fairies. Did I expect to stay in this world forever with these boys? Imagining a future with one of them is almost impossible. Kiseop, he's so sweet, but do I like him? Kevin, he can be mean at times, but he's mostly kind to me. I'm unimportant to him, though. If we ever had a chance, could he make me happy?*You picked up your bird in your palms and placed it on your lap, where it sat in the warmth of your sweater. You looked at the bird."Should I leave? It's about time, I should be getting back to Hwa Young, shouldn't I? Is it really wrong for me to think I could be happy here? Is it wrong to like being here?"The bird just looked at you. You sighed. "What Eli said hurt, but he's right. I'm weak, and I'm unimportant to them. I've never tried leaving, it might just work. Going back to my own world, reality. It's safer, and better. I can just forget them, forget this place."You got up and walked back into your room, gently placing the bird back into its cage. *I didn't even get to name you,* you thought sadly. With a determined mindset, you opened your wardrobe and found a backpack in it, which had not been there before. *It really does provide everything.*You took out several sets of clothes, no dresses, but a warm cloak, shirt, pants, boots, and a cap. Putting these clothing on, you stuffed a blanket it the backpack and ran out the room.*Need to find the entrance. Need to find the entrace,* you thought desparately in your head. You knew that the boys would eventually find out you were gone, and you needed time to get as far away as possible. You remembered how to get to the courtyard, but you didn't dare go there for fear of running into Dong Ho and Kibum, who would ask where you were going in this clothing. Finally after a lot of effort, you managed to locate the front door.*Thank God,* you thought, relieved. You ran out, it was already evening and the sun was setting. Half an hour after leaving the castle grounds, all you saw before you were grass plains. The last of the sun's rays shone over them, making them an enchanting sight to see as night set. Wind blew in your hair and you pushed it back. You looked back at the castle, which was now in the distance. It towered, its white walls tall and strong.*How long has it since I've been here? Not long, only a month. But it's grown on me,* you thought, smiling."Goodbye Dong Ho, Kibum, Soohyun, Alexander, Eli, Kiseop... Kevin." you whispered. "It was nice to meet you, even if it has only been a short while.""Even though I'm not sure how to get back, I have to try. I'm going home to Hwa Young, she needs me." Please check out my blog!
