Meeting You Again (1/1)
www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQm5Et2bFO4(This song is sweetest when he sings it, his voice is amazing!) *************You woke up suddenly, sweat rolling down your face. Slowly, you looked around and found yourself in your apartment again. *Strange, I can't remember what I dreamed of,* you thought, confused. But you didn't really want to, you had a suspicion that it wasn't a happy dream. You shook your head and forgot about it.Getting up, you checked your clock and saw that it was still 5 am in the morning. Feeling that it would be better to get more rest, you pulled the covers over your head, you tried to go back to sleep. But no amount of tossing and turning around in your bed did any good.Frustrated, you jumped out of bed. *A quick walk would be refreshing,* you decided. Putting on a warm coat, you headed out the door and into the cold night. Walking through the streets of Seoul, it was still very early, though some people were already awake and getting ready for the new day. You headed to the Han River to get some fresh air, there were very few people around. Sitting down on a bench, you looked at the scenery with content. *It's not often I get to come here and relax,* you thought, happily swinging your legs."Hello, is if okay if I sit here?" you heard a voice ask. You turned and held your breath in surprise.Sitting next to you was an exrtremely good looking boy. He looked around your age, and had stylish, brown hair. He had very alluring eyes. Somehow, you felt that he looked slightly familiar."Yeah, sure," you said shyly. "Do I know you?" The boy sighed, annoyed. It was troubling for him to deal with humans. They were much too forgetful. Still he decided to be patient with you. "No, but I feel like i've seen you from somewhere. Have we met before?"You shook your head. "No, what's your name?" "Kevin," he answered, flashing you a smile. He wasn't focused on the conversation, he only had one goal to accomplish, and he intended to suceed."Nice to meet you, I'm _____," you nodded, trying to keep calm. He was much too good-looking for your taste. The two of you looked out to the river. You didn't see him smirking to himself.*It would definitely be embarassing if I still didn't know your name by now, _____-ah.* "If you don't mind me asking, why you're out so early in the morning?" Kevin asked casually, standing up and leaning against a tree next to the bench. You looked at him and said, "I couldn't sleep. But I have to go to work in a couple of hours, so it's okay." You gave him a small smile. Kevin raised an eyebrow. "Someone as pretty as you shouldn't be working so hard," he commented. You blushed, unsure of what to do. "Only hard work can achieve success in this world," you told him practically. Kevin shook his head, "I've never worked a day in my life, and I've never been happier." You wondered for a second whether he was boasting, but dismissed the thought. The way he said those words made you feel that he was merely stating a fact. "Well, you're very lucky to have such a good life," you said sincerely. He looked at you with a curious expression. "Do you wish to have that sort of life too?" Kevin asked. He silently waited for your answer. If you said yes, it would make things so much easier for him. But he felt wary. Knowing you for so long and being familiar with your personality, he had a suspicion of what you would say.You paused and considered. "Well, to have a perfect life without problems would be great, but I think that slowly being able to face hardships, even though you live a tough life, feels more worthwhile to me." you reasoned. "Not that having a perfect life isn't a good thing," you corrected quickly. Kevin's shoulders sank in disappointment. Your reply was exactly what he had expected from you, you were always logical and positive, even during tough times. You never liked taking the easy way out. Still, being the stubborn person that he was, he absolutely refused to give up. "_____-ah," he said slowly, moving down so that your faces were closer. "Would you like to come with me?"
