[M] Chapter Four (Hybrid) (1/1)
A/N: half-edited~ 時間がほしい~ xD As usual, if you see an error, please let me know!I walk with Donghae along his hallway somewhat apprehensively. His brother’s come back to visit for the weekend, and even though his parents are home I can’t help but feel nervous. If Donghae is weird, Donghwa is on a whole other level.“あに!” Donghae excitedly runs ahead of me to greet the man I was hoping to avoid.I grimace while Donghwa accepts the tackle and spins him around, screaming, “おとうと,” in return. I resist the urge to palm my face as the unpleasant situation continues. Donghwa finally sets him down and jerks a thumb towards me, smirking. “おくさん?”The punch Donghae gives him is extremely satisfying even though him fighting for me doesn’t exactly preserve my masculinity.I roll my eyes at him when he sends a pout my way. “What’s wrong this time?” It’s hard not to indulge the weirdness of Donghae’s family.“バレンタインデーに一個チョコレートをもらった。大家さん(おおやさん)から。さびしい.” His pout deepens and I resist the urge to kick his teeth in. Valentine’s Day was ages ago, and he’s still sad about this?I’m happy to say that Donghae kicked him for me. Only in the shin, but it’ll do.“あ、どんへー,” he turns to Donghae, “明日、おばさんとおじさんはここに来る.”Donghae looks as confused as I am. “なんで?”“クリスマス.”That’s it. Christmas is months away, and I’m beating him up now. I glance around, spotting a stray glass cup on the display cabinet, and hit him on the shoulder with it. He cries out as I place it back on the cabinet, relieved that it hadn’t been damaged in my attack, and I open the cabinet to pull out a plate. I hold it menacingly as I glare at him, and he backs away towards Donghae.“グラス。。。さら。。。ごしゅじんはクレージー!”It might just be me, but I’m pretty sure Donghae’s smirk looks proud. The crazy must be contagious. Donghae tosses me a Kinder Surprise from one of the mystery fish tanks in his room while he rummages around his room. I catch it easily, feeling happier about this type of chocolate than I should be. “What’s this for?”“おかえし.” He glances at me with a smile. “あにを脅かし(おどかし)用(よう).”I can’t help but smirk at the memory of his terrified face. “Any time.”Donghae joins me on the bed and hands me a slip of paper. I frown in confusion and he grins, poking my cheek. “別(べつ)おかえし。コンサートのチケットだ.”I hug him closely and peck him on the cheek. “Another return gift? Haven’t you given me enough? I mean, all I really need is you.”He smiles brilliantly and tackles me, giving me more yet again. While I appreciate Donghae’s generosity, I can’t help but feel the need to return it. I stand in front of his house, stopping by to give him a present before I go home. He answers the door, and I grin somewhat bashfully as I push a bag into his arms. “プレゼントをどうぞ.”He opens it with all of the eagerness of a child on Christmas day. Actually, there’s no difference. He is a child. “トレーナー!” See. While I meant for the gift to be a sweet gesture – Donghae loves those sweatshirt jumper things – it turned into a competition.I stare at the necktie tied to my front doorknob and shake my head. My phone buzzes with a text, and I briefly contemplate that it is mildly creepy that Donghae knows what time I’d get home. I open it, smiling when I see his text. ‘ネクタイが好きだ?’I unlace the smooth, silky black tie and rub it between my fingers as I reply with my other hand. ‘Yes. We’re using it in the next roleplay.’ Changmin, Kyuhyun and I are studying in the library when I get the phone call. I eye the caller ID apprehensively while Kyuhyun snickers and explains my hesitation to Changmin. I accept the call, hoping that Donghae won’t be too loud.“ぬいぐるみ~!” I swear; everyone on this floor heard that scream.I shake my head and smile, listening to Donghae excitedly talk about the plush shark I’d left in his room. Late starts are useful for sneaking gifts into your boyfriend’s room. What I hear next freezes the blood in my veins and arteries.“ドンへーとヒャクジェーはふうふだね,” Kyuhyun says, smirking to Changmin.“そうだね。いつヒャクジェーはドンへーにプロポーズすると思う?” Changmin replies with an equally worrisome smirk. And so it begins. Fucking geniuses. I wasn’t aware that my mailbox had turned into a portal to heaven.I stare at the carefully wrapped comic book, cheerfully decorated with a note saying, ‘まんがをどうぞ~’I swear; I have the best boyfriend ever. I finish early today whilst Donghae has a full day, so I decided to visit him at his campus. I sneak up on him, quickly wrapping a thick, pale blue scarf around his neck. He gasps and spins around – his shoulders tense with the obvious intent to attack whoever was suddenly jumping him – and then relaxes with a sigh when he realises it’s just me.“ヒャッキ,” he complains before he notices what’s loosely tied around his neck. He fingers the soft material with an even softer smile and mutters, “マフラー.”Okay, I must be more perverted than I’d thought because the first thing that comes to mind is a muffler – and not the innocent kind. The next gift comes two weeks later, and is much more elaborate than the previous ones. Donghae’s used toothpicks and paper to make models of a multiple story apartment building – or a condominium, I’m not really sure – inside a box. I’m surprised that he had the patience to make something like this, but the mandarin he’s taped to the side does scream Donghae. I run my finger across the title he’s written carefully in large characters on the front of the box. ‘マンジョン.’Donghae has an interesting sense of humour. I walk along the shopping strip, trying to decide what to get Donghae. I pause briefly in front of the electronics shop, seeing what they have on display. I smile when I look at the radios and ラジオ immediately comes to mind.I finally decide on a middle class jewellery store. I browse through the rings on display and settle on two simple silver rings. They’re thick enough to be masculine, and classy enough to be admirable. Donghae and I are lounging on his bed while we watch a movie. It’s Friday night, and after a week of uni we’re both just glad to have a break. I turn my face into his neck and play with his right hand. He uses his left to masturbate, so I should probably put the ring on his right. He doesn’t pay much attention to my actions, absorbed in the movie yet still remembering to peck my hair occasionally, so I easily slip the rings out of my pocket. I slide one onto his ring finger quickly before I do the same to my left. He looks down at the sudden change in pressure on his finger and gasps when he sees the light of the TV screen reflect off of the silver in the dark room. “ゆびわ…” He sounds shocked, and when he looks up from our clasped hands his eyes are shimmering. He abruptly pulls me into a kiss, surprising me into a moan as he clasps onto my scapula and hip possessively. He regretfully pulls away when we hear knocking on the door as his parents pass by.“Be safe, kids!” His father teases. His mother quickly retaliates, “Watch what you’re saying! Don’t give them any ideas.”I snicker into Donghae’s shoulder while he glares at the closed door. “りょうしん,” he growls. The deep tone of his voice has me sucking on his neck eagerly, and he quickly forgets about being annoyed. When I pull out my old camera, saying suggestively, “ビデオカメラ?” Donghae forgets about everything else. The next morning, Donghae sets me down in front of his laptop. “りれきしょを書いて.”I groan and roll on the bed to move further from the laptop. “I don’t want to.”There are times when Donghae has to be patient with me too. “アルバイトがほしがっているね?” I nod into the duvet. “じゃ、書いて.” Leaving Donghae’s house is like an obstacle course when Donghwa’s around. “ヒャクジェー、ホワイトデーを忘れた!”I sprint to escape. Kyuhyun and Changmin drag me out for lunch, and I’m not surprised when they try to get me to pay for their meal. “No,” I say firmly to their mildly creepy pouts.Kyuhyun nudges Changmin and glares at me. “ けちな友だち.”I look up the word when they’re not looking, and suddenly the cries of けち in anime make sense. Changmin later pokes me while we walk to get some bubble tea. “ね、ヒャクジェー,” he starts, “僕はキュヒョンに手紙をおくった.”Sometimes these idiot geniuses make me want to rip my hair out. “Good for you,” I say instead.“ね、ヒャクジェー,” Kyuhyun says, and I’m quickly starting to associate this phrase with nothing good. “みどりがにあう.”This is the only warning I get before he dumps his remaining bubble tea over my head.“Oh, I’m going to kill you, mother fucker!” Saturday night finds me in my room studying while Donghae reads a book on my bed. I stare at the list of substrates that the lecturers want us to magically turn into a practical and shake my head. “しゅくだいをあきらめる.” I close the book and shake my head, walking over to Donghae. He glances up at me and smiles. “ヒャッキは僕にこの本をくれた.”I smile back and sit down next to him, tugging lightly on his scarf. “僕はドンへーにマフラーをあげた.” He grins at me while I pull the collar of my dress shirt down, revealing the necktie. “ドンへーは僕にネクタイをくれた.” His eyes immediately darken and I smirk playfully. “ネクタイはきめでできた、ね.”He smirks back. “そうだね。てん員にそうだんした.”“Is that so?” I hook my arms behind his neck and kiss the corner of his lips. “We better admire the craftsmanship, then.”He kisses me while his fingers brush the black silk gently. “ちょうど.” He trails his kisses until he’s sucking both my skin and the material. “こんなかんしょう?”“Yeah,” I gasp, “This kind is good.” Donghae rushes around my room, grasping onto things for me to assign counters for. He holds up a small keychain, and I say, “個(こ).”He nods enthusiastically and picks up a heavy book. He brings it over to me, running his hand along the thick binding. “さつ,” I say, and he rewards me with a kiss on the forehead. He moves away to pick up a skipping rope, and then quickly abandons it in favour of a soccer ball. I laugh as he tosses it away to pick up a basketball instead. “だい,” I say after watching him switch between different sports equipment. He drops the various balls to the floor and picks up a small bird figurine. “ひき,” I say even though Carue is by no means a small animal. Finally, Donghae approaches me with a devious smile. He pushes me down against the bed and slips his hand down my pants, bypassing the underwear to wrap his hand around my suddenly interested penis. “ほん,” he says, and I don’t know whether to be flattered or amused.“You know,” I say instead, “ほん is used as the counter for bottles of beer, too. Glasses are はい.” He rolls his eyes at me and squeezes his hand until I stop rattling off facts to him.
