On the next day, Sunggyu sits down alone in the lounge working on another task using his notebook when someone casually slides down in front of him. He glances up and saw Jung Eunji with a pouty face. He furrows his eyebrows then looks around to locate her brother or her friends, but no one around. She’s all alone. “What?” she grumbles with a sigh of irritation when his gaze met with hers. “Bad day huh?” he guessed in a sneering tone. Anyone could tell she is in a bad mood just by looking at her expression.“I hate Jung Hae In...” she fumed while grabbing his ice Americano. He watches her in amusement. “Ugh, why is this so bitter??” he laughs at her reaction after drinking his coffee. She glares at him. “Well...it called coffee for a reason...” He mutters back between his laugh. She scowled. “You don’t have class?” he asks her afterward. “No...” she grumbles. “So, why are you still here? Waiting for your brother again?” he asks her again. She groans. Ups, he pokes that nerve again.“Why in hell I have to wait for him every single day?” She whines at him. He shrugged. “I don’t know, maybe because you can’t drive...” He replies to her half joking. She heaves a long sigh and points her palm on the chest proudly then said, “Noona probably drive better than you...” Sunggyu scoffs when she called herself Noona. “Noona? Sure...” He mimicked the way she said ‘Noona’ then laugh while shaking his head. She ignored him.“I’m hungry...” she mutters all of sudden.“Go order some food then...” He suggests to her before back to his task. “Gyu...” he just hummed without looking at her. “Sunggyu...” she pokes his left arm repeatedly. He looks up but found her analyzing her pinky finger. He sighs and back to his notebook again. “Gyu...” she starts again. He ignored her. “Yah!!!” she hits him now. He glances up. “What now? What do you want?” he mutters in an irritated tone because she keeps distracting him. She pouted at him with cross arms, sulking. He sighs again. Here we go again, he thought, “Are you going to keep sulking and bothering me until I get you something?” she nodded firmly. “God, what did I do in my previous life?” Sunggyu groans while rubbing his face and gets up afterward. She loosens out her arms and smirks at his frustrated murmur. ***Sunggyu comebacks with a lunch box and a bottle of strawberry lemonade. Eunji grins widely as she follows his movement when he puts down everything in front of her. He looks annoyed but cute at the same time. For some unknown reason, she always feels him comforting. Maybe that’s why she comfortable around him. He makes her forget about things she rather forgets, such as her last night row with her brother. “Wow it looks delicious...” she mutters excitedly before sipping her drink. He sighed, then pleaded, “Just eat and let me working on my task in peace...” “I love you Gyu...” she winks at him before digging her lunch.
