Chapter 7 (1/2)

"Sunggyu."

"Woohyun?" he grumbled.

"You have to wake up."

Sunggyu slowly pulled himself up and immediately swore, having forgotten his injuries. He sat up, and looked at Woohyun who's eyes were filled with concern. He grabbed Sunggyu's face.

"What the hell happened to you?"

"It doesn't look that bad does it?" Sunggyu asked, gently moving Woohyun's hands away.

"Did Tae Mu do this?! I knew there was something wrong with him. Ever since the day you told me about him."

Sunggyu, feeling annoyed that Woohyun had assumed it was Tae Mu's fault right away, that Woohyun didn't have any faith at all in his relationship, lied right away, finding it extremely easy to do.

"I don't know who did actually. This drunk guy was hitting on me and Tae Mu got in a fight with him. I was trying to stop them both and you know, their arms were flinging everywhere, one of them accidently elbowed me in the face."

Woohyun paused, not knowing how to react. He couldn't tell if Sunggyu was lying or not. He had been shocked when he walked over to Sunggyu to wake him up, finding Sunggyu sporting a black eye. He had thought it was Tae Mu and had been hoping that Sunggyu would tell him that he broke up with him. Then Woohyun was hoping he would get the chance to storm over to Tae Mu's office and beat the crap out of him.

"Oh."

"Yeah."

Sunggyu stood up, trying to ignore the pain and slowly walked into the kitchen to find everyone up and about. Sunjong, L, Dongwoo, and Hoya turned when he walked in and their faces broke into shocked looks of surprise.

"Sunggyu Hyung! What happened!?" Dongwoo asked.

Sunggyu sat down and explained. He felt a little bad for not telling them the truth but he knew they would overreact. Sunggyu wasn't exactly okay with Tae Mu punching him but he was beginning to understand that it was an accident. No one else would though. Hoya came over with some ice and held it on his face.

"Is it just the face? You seemed to be walking odd too."

"Yeah I fell down when I got hit. My back hit the floor pretty hard."

As they continued to talk to Sunggyu, Woohyun stood leaning against the wall, staring at Sunggyu suspiciously. He got the feeling that Sunggyu seemed to be lying about something. Sunggyu looked up and met Woohyun's eyes. He dared not flinch, because he knew Woohyun was questioning his story, and Woohyun walked away, still not knowing what to believe.

The day went by with most of the members worrying over him. Sunggyu had gotten sick of it and he was almost happy when he had to leave with Woohyun to record some new songs. Almost. He had been avoiding Woohyun all day and Woohyun seemed to be doing the same. They awkwardly arrived to the recording room and tried their best to sing the songs together. After a couple hours, they were done and they started to walk out into the hallway. Sunggyu's cellphone rang and he looked at it, seeing Tae Mu's name on it and ignoring the call.

"Somebody seems to be calling you a lot today. What is that, like, the 21st call?"

Sunggyu turned to Woohyun, glaring, "It's none of your business."

"You know, I think it's your boyfriend, and I think you're ignoring him because he hurt you."

"What?"

"You know, the black eye?"

"I don't know who it was. I told you."

"Yeah I'm sure it was all a big accident."

Sunggyu stopped, "What are you trying to say?"

Woohyun stopped as well, "I'm saying that I think you're lying. I think Tae Mu punched you, and it wasn't because you were trying to break up a fight."

"Why do you keep trying to find something wrong with Tae Mu?"

"Well, is it true?"

"NO! And I shouldn't have to keep telling you that."

"I still don't believe you."

"WHY!?"

"BECAUSE! I know you Sunggyu!"

"No, you thought you did!"

"Just tell me the truth!"

"There's nothing to tell!" Sunggyu stormed off and Woohyun rushed after him.

"Where are you going?"

"Out."

"Oh great, so now you're gonna go off again without telling anyone where you are?"

"I'll be with Tae Mu. My phone's on and fully charged, and it'll stay that way."

"Great, have fun throwing yourself at him!"

"Shut up Woohyun."

"Maybe you can get drunk again too! I'm sure Tae Mu would love that!"

Sunggyu, pissed off, turned and walked away, down the street and around the corner. He walked until he got to a little smoothie shop called "Health Kick" and stopped at the door, calling Tae Mu.

"Sunggyu?"

"You know that smoothie shop called Health Kick?"

"Yes."

"Meet me there."

Sunggyu hung up, walking inside to get a smoothie and sit down in a far corner. He wondered what Woohyun was doing.

Woohyun, pissed as well, went straight home and locked himself in his room with some noodles. He wouldn't let anyone know where Sunggyu was. Like he even knew himself.

Tae Mu walked up to Sunggyu slowly, looking unsure. Sunggyu, on his second smoothie, stared up at Tae Mu and said, "Sit."
