"Sera-ssi, anything wrong?" Jaehyun asked, tearing his gaze away from the television screen with his phone pressed onto his ear. "Umm, not really." Came her reply. Jeahyun already had that annoyed look on his face hearing that line. "I was just bored and was wondering what you were doing." "As far as I know, what I'm doing is none of your concern." "Aish," she mumbled. "Do you have to be so... unapproachable all the time, Jaehyun?" "That's just how I am and you are no one to complain, Sera-ssi." He replied, falling onto his bed as he switched his television off. "And, I obviously do not know how to make you feel 'not bored' so, I'm hanging up." "Wait, no!" He heard her exclaim from the other side and arched his brows in response. "We could just talk." "Okay, let me clear this," he coughed. "We're not friends. Just, mere acquintances. I don't like to keep friends," his voice sharply cut through the air. "You mean you don't have friends or something?" "That's not what I mean. I do have friends." He muttered. "I think I know where this conversation is going. First of all, when you asked me why we can't finish what we started that night in the club, I just got to know what type of a girl you were. You were doing all those because your sister stole the man you love but then you come and asked me that. I'm just his twin and not him. Trust me, this might be a blow to your pretty face but I don't like anything about you. Now, tell me how can we ever be friends?" "That's like...the most number of words you have ever spoken to me," Jaehyun's eyebrows rose higher when she gave him that reply. "Now I really know why Sehun didn't choose you and went for your younger sister. You know, I was really hesitant when I went into that room and acted as if I were Sehun, telling her it's over. I had to lie to her." "Why is it that everyone just chooses my sister over me?" Sera sounded irritated. "So what you lied to her? She isn't anyone to you, Jaehyun." "Neither are you, Sera-ssi. I'd be leaving Seoul in a week since my work here is kinda done. I might not ever return so thanks for helping me. I hope this will be our last conversation. I'll be with my blonde hair so if you ever encounter me just ignore my presence just like I'd ignore yours." Jaehyun chuckled, pulling the phone away from his ears. "Good night, Sera-ssi." "Jae." Irene turned around to look at the one who called out her friend's name, tearing her gaze from her phone's screen. Sehun was standing there holding the door with one of his hands while his head was into the room. He was staring back at her with two arched brows. She was really used to seeing him everyday, just that he was in his blonde hair. "H-hi," she stuttered, blinking. "Do you know where Jae Noona is?" He asked back, not caring to greet her. Irene understood his situation very well; it was normal for him to not greet people back in this kind of a condition when his fiancée was slipping through the gaps of his fingers. "She went downstairs to get something," She replied and saw him nod. She called out to him when he shifted himself away from the door, probably wanting to go back to his room. He popped his head in once again with an arched brow. "I was the one who wanted to talk to you." "Um, why?" He asked. Irene had always known th
