[M] Doctors / Patients / Diso (1/2)
Doctors:
Doctors have complete control over the patients. Think of them as their masters in a way. They can give counselling and treatments to any patient, and can have sex with them, if it’s consensual if course.
If a doctor and patient fall in love the doctor can choose to ask if the patient would like to be his ‘personal patient’. That means other doctors would no longer have control or would have sex with that patient, as they belong to a doctor. Having a personal patient is the equivalent to being in a relationship.
Also, a doctor can choose to have a mental illness if they wish, this does not make them a patient at the institute; they still keep their status as doctor and can treat the patients like anyone else.
A doctor is allowed to room with one other doctor or their personal patient. Patients:
They are controlled by the doctors, what they say goes. Failure to listen to doctors’ orders will result in severe punishment, so just don’t disobey them.
Patients can choose to have 1-2 mental illnesses. They will start out in their own cell (which they can leave at any time) and then can choose to room with another patient or their personal doctor if they would like.
Patients are allowed to roam freely though the institute at any time, but they cannot leave the grounds. Also with this freedom it means that patients can have sex with other patients (and also of course the doctors)
Under special request two patients may be granted to be in a relationship. This means that the doctors can’t have sex with them, but can still order them around for anything else. If two patients are in a relationship this means they can’t have a personal doctor.
