The girls all settled into their pajamas and by the time they were all ready for bed, it was midnight. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” All the girls exclaimed. “Thanks you guys.” Kyleah replied, giving each of them a hug.They were all jumping around in excitment until Kyleah’s phone rang.“Bueno?” Kyleah answered.There was no response for a few seconds then she heard singing.“Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear Kyleah happy birthday to you.”“thank you! Wait who’s this?!” “Big Bang!” “OMG thanks so much guys!” “No problem, any plans for your birthday?” G dragon asked. “Nothing yet, I guess i’ll wait until the morning and see what my mom has planned for me.” she explained. “oh okay, well we just wanted to wish you a happy birthday.” Taeyang said. “well thank you, we’re gonna go to sleep now, I’ll call you guys later on, okay?” “okay, goodnight!”After the phone conversation ended, the girls all fell asleep in Kyleah’s bed. Good thing she had a big bed.The next morning …..“cumpleaños feliz me deseo a ti, cumpleaños feliz, cumpleaños feliz.”Kyleah woke up to the sound of her mom singing happy birthday.“feliz cumpleaños nena” her mom whispered into her daughter’s ear. “gracias mami.” Kyleah replied as she sat up. “I’m gonna go make breakfast for all of you girls, okay?” Carmen said. “Okay!” all of the girls replied. Carmen left the room and went down to the kitchen.“Wow, I’m finally 20 years old!” Kyleah exclaimed. “Yup, now we’re all the same age!” Leilani added.The girls always teased Kyleah for being the youngest out of their group.“I wonder what my mom has planned for me today.” Kyleah said outloud. “whatever it is I’m sure it’ll be great.” Aria said. “thanks.”The girls quickly got dressed and headed downstairs for breakfast.“Buenos días señoritas!” Carmen greeted the girls as they came in. “good morning!” the girls all exclaimed.They all sat down and ate breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes and toast with nutella.After breakfast the girls all helped clean the kitchen, then Leilani, Aria, Kai and Anna left.Kyleah went up to her room and layed down to think. She thought about Taeyang and how much she likes him and how badly she wants to go to Seoul. She also thought about her dad and how much she misses him.Kyleah was still in her thoughts when she heard a knock on her door.“Nena, puedes entrar por favor?” her mom asked. “Si mama.” she replied sitting up on her bed.Carmen came into the room with a gift box and sat next to Kyleah on the bed. She put the box on the bed.“Open it.” her mom said.Immediately Kyleah took off the top of the box, revealing what was inside. Inside the box she found a letter and a lot of money.“Mom, what’s this?” “just read the letter, it’s all explained in there.”With that said, Carmen left the room and Kyleah started reading the letter.“Dear Kyleah,I can't believe that you are 20 years old today. This means no more presents from me but I'm sure you'll love this one. Enclosed in this box is $5,000. I want you to take this money and take a trip somewhere, anywhere you want just make sure it's okay with your mother. I know you want to go outside of the country and traveled, you've always talked about going to Seoul so I'm sure that's where you'll go. There is enough money for you to get a plane ticket and a hotel room and for whatever else you want to use it on. Be careful when you go, please. I really don't want anything bad happening to you. I miss you so much nena, but one day we will be together again. Then suddenly, her phone rang.“bueno?” “uh hello? It’s Taeyang.” “oh right, hey.” “are you okay?” “uh yeah, I was just reading something.” “oh okay.” “good news, I can go to seoul!” “really? that’s great! How long are you going to stay?” “uhm I’m not sure yet, i don’t even know where I’m gonna stay yet.” “well you can stay with us if you want, we have an extra room.” “really? I’d love that! Thanks so much!” “you’re welcome. We leave tomorrow, I’ll give you all th details later on, will you be ready by then?” “definitely, I’ll call you later on today, okay?” “okay bye!”Kyleah hung up the phone and went straight to her mom’s room to tell her everything. They then headed to the store to get things for the trip. Once they were done at the store, they went to get Kyleah a passport. It was a long day but Kylrah wad happy that she was leaving the country. Once they got everything Kyleah needed for the trip, they went home. Kyleah packed everything and then called Taeyang.“Yoboseyo?” “Hey, Taeyang?” “Yeah?” “It’s Kyleah.” “Oh hey!” “I’m all packed and ready to go for tomorrow!” “Okay good. Do you want us to pick you up or do you just want to meet at the airport?” “I’ll meet you guys there, my mom will bring me to th airport.” “Okay that’s fine. The plane leaves at noon so you should get to the airport around 10.
