"Wake up Park!"  I roll over and over my ears from the firm voice of the guard. "11:57 am. Park! You slept through breakfast and it is currently break time." I swing my legs off the bed and rub my eyes. "You have a visitor." I heard the guards heavy footsteps leave my cell. I take a moment wake up and clear my throat. Who would want to see me? I ask myself. It might be Youngnam but, yet again, why would he want to see me? I take my time climbing down the ladder of the bunk beds.  "Quickly Park! You don't have all day." I walk with a faster pace and follow the guard down the dark, gloomy halls. "So who is here to see me?" I ask trying to break the silence. "You will see." He answers back blankly. The anticipation kills me. I'm so eager to find out who will be scolding me today. "Okay, Park." The guard signaled the seat in front of the glass window. I sat down and didn't even look to see who it was.  A knock rose from the silence.  My head jerked up from shock and my jaw dropped. "Baekhyun? Wh-wha-what are you doing here?" "I'm here to bail you out." Baekhyun said with his teeth twinkling from his smile. "Where will you find the money?" "Don't worry about that. Your family feels burdened, they told me that they never wanted to see you again. Youngnam said that you should never leave this jail because you cheated on him." "I know all of this already. Baekhyun, don't bail me out. Youngnam will kill you and then send me back here again." "Eunjoo, promise me that you will never talk to Youngnam again! I forbid you to even think of him! When we leave tonight, you will be coming home with me." These words reminded me of my cell mate, Soohwa. She didn't want me to see Youngnam again. "I love him." "Eunjoo, how can you say that? After all he has done to you!" "I can't explain how I feel. It sounds stupid, I know." "Listen, I talked to the judge and he said $3,800 is the bail. I paid it already. Lets go home." "What?! I told you, I'm not leaving!" "Eunjoo, you are breaking my heart with every word you are saying. Why would you want to stay in a place like this?" "Because I deserve to be here." "Stop, with the nonsense. The guard will take you back to your cell to say your farewells." I watched as Baekhyun stood up to write the bail paperwork. The guard took my arm and guided me back to my cell. I was in shock and by the time we reached my cell, it looked like Soohwa already found out I was leaving. "Eunjoo, it was nice knowing you for about 3 days. Please stay with Baekhyun, he seems like he loves you and do not go near Youngnam!" "Thanks for the advice. I will try my best. Thanks for showing me the ropes for the past couple of days." "Aye, if you ever need any jail help, I'm here." We laugh while I reach out for one last hug. "Lets go." The guard said with a strong voice. We walk to the waiting room to find a lonely Baekhyun writing out the bail form. "Sign here and here." Baekhyun directs me with the pen. "Alrighty, Park Eunjoo you are free to go." The officer said. "Thanks." I slightly grin. I really don't want to leave I have so many friends here, once I'm out, the only person I will have is Baekhyun. "Hey, Park. You don't really seem like a criminal, if you were framed, you could tell us and we will find that person right away." The officer said again. "No, I killed Kim Yoonsoo. It was me. I was not framed. I know that I don't look like a criminal but-" "Thank you so much. We will be leaving now." Baekhyun said pulling me away. The brightness of the sun blinded me for a few seconds. Baekhyun walked me to his car and like a gentlemen, opened the door for me. He walked around the front of the car and I watched his perfect hair blow in the wind. He opened his door and the car shook from him flopping his butt down on the seat. "Do you always talk like that?" Baekhyun asks. "Like what?" I'm so confused by his sudden words. "I am a criminal." "Baekhyun, I-" "Don't explain, it's fine. You just are uneasy from shock right now. You will get better." "Thank you for bailing me out. I wasn't thankful of it before because I was scared about what Youngnam would do if he found out." "Don't worry about that piece of scum! Lets go home now. I will treat you to a nice day in town!" Baekhyun's eyes twinkle and the day played out wonderfully. Sorry for the short chapter. I wanted to update today but I didn't have a lot of time to write.
