She hears the whistling air against her ears as the cold stings the exposed parts of her face, despite wearing thick matching grey sweater and sweatpants with a heavy navy coat on top, black beanie and gloves the air still chills her body.  It was her turn to grab some dinner for her and Chaeyoung and Chaeyoung just had to choose someplace that currently wasn’t delivering.Finally she reaches the glass doors of her building, giving a quick bow to the security guard as she makes her way to the elevator. She rubs her hands up and down her arms careful to not spill the contents of the take out bag. Once she reaches her floor, she steps out and walks through the back hallway until she reaches Chaeyoung’s office door.After the group disbanded a couple years back, they had all parted ways with enough cash to keep pursuing their interest and goals. They had all done their best to keep in contact with each other, but as their schedules and lives no longer including all nine of them working together they would see and hang out as time and geography would allow them. Those that did live close enough stayed in closer contact but as the time passed these visits were spread out more and more.  Jeongyeon had opened up a restaurant with her father that had been seeing increasing success, the rush and distraction it gave her from her personal life made her agree to another partnership. A few months ago Chaeyoung had convinced her to start a production company, YooSon Studios which included photography and video media. She opens the door, facing Chaeyoung, who is sitting behind her glass desk; head behind her computer monitor scrolling and clicking away at the screen. ‘Hopefully finishing the editing on the music video we’ve been working on’ she thought.“Sweet! I needed a break” Chaeyoung cheers upon seeing the take out bag.Jeongyeon scoffs, “Needed a break?… you got here an hour ago after I spent the good part of the day editing the video for our client and then you started whining that you needed food to fuel your ‘creative juices’.”  She walks around the desk and gets a glimpse of the screen as Chaeyoung quickly exits out of the window as she places the food on the desk.JY: “Are you seriously using this time to cyber stalk Mina?!”CY: “No! I was just quickly checking to see how things are going with her.”JY: “Funny, usually people see how things are going with someone by asking them through a phone call or maybe a text, not look through their page and photo albums…I don’t know, seems less creepy that way, just my opinion.”CY: “What are you talking about? That is how people know what others are up to nowadays…Anyways I just don’t want to bother her; she’s probably busy with her life, work… (whispering) husband..”Jeongyeon looks over at Chaeyoung slightly surprised, seeing her sulking at her desk.  She knew Chaeyoung and Mina had their own special relationship and unresolved feelings still lingered but Chaeyoung was never lacking in the romance department, Jeongyeon rarely being able to keep up with who she was currently dating. Despite that fact she walks behind her chair and wraps her arms around her, hugging her from behind. She knew from experience how crappy it felt to want something (someone) so bad and not being able to have it, but as she was not the best at expressing feelings, this hug would have to do.CY: “Thanks bro... Now get off me, you’re making me get behind on my work.”Jeongyeon laughs as she releases the cub. At that moment she briefly drifted into her own reflections of her similar situation but shook her head of the image of the person that had starting creeping into her thoughts. She walks around the desk and pulls a chair over and sits next to Chaeyoung. After a few moments of eating their meal…JY: “I thought you were seeing someone?”CY: “Do you mean like a hallucination..therapist..?Jeongyeon rolls her eyes  “Come on you know what I mean. What happened to…what’s her name…um..Rin?”CY: “Rei. We meet up from time to time.”JY: “Yes Rei! She’s nice. You should give her a chance; try to have a deeper connection with each other. Invite her out somewhere, even if it’s a group thing. Her floor-mate was still on vacation with her boyfriend and she would use this opportunity of have the whole living space for herself to invite her foreign boyfriend over after a romantic night out on the town.  She slips the red lace set on and looks herself over in the mirror. ‘Who knew I would look this HOT..oh yea, ME!’ she thinks and smirks to herself, Jean-Paul was in for a treat tonight.
