IMPLODE (1/1)

From a distance he watched her and thought back to the times that they could no longer go back to. The feeling that he had – still have for her – was something that he couldn't even hold in his hands. It felt like those feelings slipped through the cracks between his fingers like the tears that constantly flowed when she walked away from him. Why couldn’t he say it?“Don’t leave me.”Why were those words so hard for him to say back then?“Stay next to me.”Those were the words he couldn’t utter from his lips as he watched her back receded from his blurred sight. This yearning in his heart had a hold so tight on him that no matter how much he tried it was no use. It was like living in a lie. He pretended like nothing happened, but how could he do that when he couldn’t let the memories they had shared with each other go.Her scent and her touch still lingered on his skin. It’s so hard for him to let her go.She was standing right there and all he had to do was reached out to her and asked her to stay with him. But he didn’t and now it’s too late. The relationship that they had built imploded before his eyes and he allowed it.
