Changes in Plans (1/2)

**JANG GEUN SEUK’S POV**We we’re talking at the living room of the Park’s Mansion when someone came in and greeted “I am home”. I stared at him. “Wa~ this guy’s handsome. But why is his voice like a girl’s?” I asked myself. He was staring at me and I stared back. He sat beside Mr. and Mrs Park smiled at me and started talking. “Ahh…Geun Seuk-sshi, this is my younger daughter, Park ______” I smiled.

“Daughter? This guy’s a girl?!” I said to myself. Surprised. Ah… I did not notice the school uniform. I smiled at them. She continues to stare at me and we’re staring at each for sometime when she turn away and looked on me again.

“Ok. Got to change…”, she said with full of energy. She stood up walked away but then, she stopped and faced me. “Nice to meet you” she said and smiled weirdly towards me. She bowed and ran through the stairs and heard her room’s door shut.

“God… how can a girl be so handsome” I continued to be shocked with that revelation.

“Geun Seuk-sshi, I’ll show you to your room.” Mrs. Park told me, smiling. I nod and we went upstairs with Mr. and Mrs. Park. We entered the room just in front the room on the right. The door on the right has something posted in it. It reads: “Knock first before entering or else I’ll knock you down myself”. I looked at the post strangely. “A guy’s room maybe” I told myself. “After all, Mr. Park told me that he has an older son. Must be his.” I continue to stare at the door. Mrs. Park noticed. She laughed.

“Weird huh… This is _______ Room” I turned to them. Again, surprised.

“Your daughter?” they both nod.

“Anyways, this is your room.” Mrs. Park opened the door for me. It was a big room. The bed is on the center. A flat screen on the wall just in front of the bed, beside the door. A cd player on the left side of the bed and a table lamp on the right. The rest room is when you turned left from the door. Then, there’s a hallway on the right when you enter the room, it was leading to the library where the study table is. The table is on your left when you enter the library just in front of the window where the sun light really lights the view.

“Do you like it?” Mrs. Park smiled at me and I nod as I continue to roll my eyes around my surrounding, amazed. “Anyways, I have to do something back on the Company and Dong Sun needs to do something at the Agency, too. Do whatever you want. The maids are free to help you.” She told me. I nod and thanked them and they went on. Closed the door on my room.**_________’S POV**I got up and yawned. I looked at myself as I stood in front of my bed. I dozed off after I lied down on my bed. I was still on my uniform. I entered my bath room and took a bath. It was already night when I woke up. I exited the bath room and changed to my pajamas. I went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen to look for something to eat. I opened the refrigerator and saw my favorite! “C~caramel covered Apple!” I saw myself looking like a mesmerized human being. “But why is here?” My mom and dad don’t want me to eat caramel covered apple after what I have done after I ate lots of it 1 year ago. I was talking to my imaginary boyfriend and my mom got worried that she forbids me to eat any caramel. I became hyper after I tasted that heavenly sweetness of the caramel. I sat on the barstool by the sink just across the refrigerator. I took a bite from the apple while I hold it on its stick. “yum!” my lips smiled on its own as I finished all.

“MY CARAMEL APPLE!” I heard someone from behind me shouted. The voice was big and strong. I looked at my behind slowly. I smiled. I am still in heaven. It was that Jang Geun Seuk.

“You!” he boomed. But I remained smiling. I cannot control myself. I am being weird again. “Hello…” I said cutely. “This is Sung Ho… my boyfriend… Sung Ho… this is Mr. Idol…” I said to someone beside me. I could see Geun Seuk’s face being so irritated. Then, I walk towards him and got my face nearer to his. “Caramel covered apple…” I said. Smirking at him. “Yah!” He pushed me and I fell on the ground. I was so happy that I lied down on the floor and closed my eyes. My lip was stuck on smiling. And then, I slowly fell asleep [Morning]I opened my eyes and stared at the white ceiling of my room. I stood up and felt like I did not fell asleep here last night. But why am I here? I fell asleep somewhere but I could not remember where. I’m sure it’s not on my bed. I sat up and tried to think straight, then, a knocked on my door came. “Come in” I said and yawned as my blanket still covered my legs. It was our maid. “______-sshi, your mom and dad wants to talk to you.” She said to me, smiling. “Okee doeki! I’ll just get ready!” I jumped out of my bed and went straight in to the bathroom, the maid left my room.I descended the stairs saw my mom, dad, older brother and Jang Geun Seuk in the living room. I went to them, wondering. Then, my dad, who was sitting on the far end of the sofa next to my mom turned to me and asked me to sit on the vacant single sofa just in front Geun Seuk the great. I was still on my pajamas. I sat on the chair, waiting for them to explain what is happening. I looked at them one by one. "What are you guys talking about?" I asked. My dad sighed. I could sense myself having fears on what is going to happen. I looked at my dad, waiting for him to continue. "______-ah..." he said, slowly. "After a week, junior high will be over for you, right?" My dad asked me. "uhuh.." I nod. "Then, there will be some changes that will take place on your senior high... and... life for a while..." My dad explained. But I can't understand what he meant.

"Life and Senior high?" I repeated what he told me, giving him a hint that I really could not get it. I saw my dad nod.

"________-ah..." My mom said to me gently, next. I looked at her. She's worried.

"What is it mom... Will you please say it already?! Don't try to be so mysterious. You're all pissing me off" I said, really pissed off.

"Yeah... Uhm... Geun Seuk-sshi here and his family... will be taking care of you for 1 year until you graduate in high school" My mom told me.

"What?! When did you guys talked about this?!"

" I received… I mean, We… received a call from the Agency’s President last night. But you were already fallen asleep when we got back so I tried to talk this through with mom and your brother together with Geun Seuk. Anyways… I need you to go with him in Chungcheongbuk. His birthplace. You and him will live together with his family. You're going to attend the same school as he is" My dad said next. I could not speak. I was so shocked by the sudden announcement. My dad turned to Jang Geun Seuk.

"Sorry about this Geun Seuk-sshi, I know I promised to take care of you but I know you already know about this since the President of the agency already explained this to you. That I have to be the manager for the same Agency in America. I have to bring my wife with me too so that someone could help me if something comes up. Sorry about this. But as you know, I'll still going to be your manager" My dad explained.

"It's ok, Mr. Park" he smiled at him. Now, I gathered all my strength to speak again.

"What about Jung Su-oppa?!" I shouted. I pointed at my brother who was sitting silently beside my mom.

"I'll be going to some dormitory, since I need to take my last year on university seriously" My brother explained to me.

"Then why is he, staying here in Seoul and I have to waste my precious life in Chungcheongbok with HIM!?" I exclaimed. Referring to Geun Seuk.

"You have to, okay? Geun Seuk here is kind enough to take you in. After all, Geun Seuk-sshi’s parents are our friends. So you have to respect them just like you respect us" I pouted my lips to show disappointment. I know they want me to graduate here that's why they can't take me to America with them. "When's the move?" I asked.

"Tomorrow..."
