Part 29 (1/2)
Onew was all defense. Taeyang attacked him, but he couldn't help being distracted by the vampire verses hunter fight that commensed right by Taemin. "Taemin, run outside!" he yelled, more than once, but the idiot kid wasn't hearing him. He was standing there in useless horror.
Taeyang's fist slammed into his face hard and fast, and then repeatedly, so Onew's attention had to make the appropriate shift. Get rid of Taeyang, drag Taemin out of there by his idiot head. Priorities.
Just as blood leaked from the corner of his mouth and smeared onto Taeyang's fist, Onew struck back, pushing up against the vampire and punching his face.
As the two vampires fought down on the floor, Jay was at a much more obvious disadvantage against Jiyong. The slim vampire dodged as Jay came at him with a small knife from his pocket, laughing off his every move and then welcoming more.
When Jay tried one final, angry, move, his wrist was caught just short of him stabbing through the vampire's chest, and Jiyong held it in a horribly tight grip.
"Hunters, you know, I kind of like." Jiyong said, glancing down at Jay's weapon wielding hand. "They just got something other humans don't."
He twisted Jay's wrist and snatched the knife from his fingers, stabbing the blade into the human's shoulder. As Jay yelled out, Jiyong pulled him closer, jerking the coat he wore somewhat to the side and ripping the t-shirt he wore beneath it. "Taste better, too." Jiyong mumbled, and leaned down to suck up blood from around the wound.
Taemin stumbled backwards until he fell back onto the floor, screaming and crying. When he looked around, he could see no way out. There were just walls closing in on him, and figures being encased in smoke...

Minho touched the large doors, and quickly jerked his hand away. It was hot. But it was also the main entrance anyway, and he thought he might be better off looking for another one. He swallowed hard, nervous as hell with the unfamiliar feeling of a gun in his hand, something that he almost thought would just somehow shoot him if he touched it in the wrong way..
He walked around with it held out far to his side, not at all mimmicking the cool way people on TV use firearms .
But he was brave still, and after all, he was fucked as long as Onew was so he didn't have much to lose.
He successfully located a slim door in the back of the building, and found it even cracked open already. A thin layer of smoke was drifting out from the top, and Minho cautiously pulled it further open before putting his head down and leaning in to the building.
This was a small, dark room. He was half tempted to find a light switch, but didn't, and walked as quietly and quickly as he could through it, until he reached the door that he could just barely see.
He heard Taemin crying, and something was being knocked around, and - in searching his feelings - he quickly realized that was probably Onew.
He took a moment to gather his courage, and then shoved the door open. He gripped his gun with both hands then as he surveyed the scene. A vampire drinking from that hunter he could remember, and Taemin sobbing at the sight. Taeyang and Onew were all too close, fighting each other.
"T-Taemin, over here." Minho said, announcing his presence.
"The walls.." Taemin responded.
"Get out, Minho!" Onew yelled.
And the vampire who was sucking on Jay's neck previously released the hunter, swiftly elbowing him in the head to make sure he was unconscious before he let him fall.
"Minho?" Jiyong questioned, turning towards the human.
