Chapter Eight (1/1)

Kibum sat on the bed, his legs pulled up against him as he thought. Could he really do this? Jinki would be with him, so he felt a little bit better, but then he remembered that Jinki pretty much hated him. He fell back on the bed and thought about all the good times before all this had happened. He and Jinki had been really happy. They had been friends for years. Why was everything tearing them apart?He sat up when he heard the door open. It was Sandeul and he looked frantic. He got off the bed and looked at the werewolf, and then Sandeul said something Kibum never thought he’d have to hear.“Jinki’s gone.”  “What do you mean he’s gone? You should have let me follow him!”Yunho sighed, “Kibum, Sandeul didn’t do anything wrong. If we’re lucky, he is safe somewhere and will be back soon.”Kibum glanced up at Yunho, “I haven’t been very lucky as of late. What are the chances that Onew isn’t safe?”Jaejoong turned his head, “What are the chances that there will be a full moon?”“What do you mean?” Junsu questioned the other vampire.The vampire closed his eyes before opening them, “No one is ever safe.”  The human paced back and forth. Jonghyun tried to stop him, but Kibum refused to listen to anything the werewolf had to say. He couldn’t just sit back and let Jinki be out there alone. He had to do something. He grabbed for coat, but Jonghyun was in front of him in seconds.“Move, Jonghyun.”“No,” Jonghyun replied sternly. He healed quickly. His cuts were going to scar, as well as his burns, but the bloody eyes and bruises were gone and he could walk without assistance, though he still had a limp. “We can’t lose you too.”Kibum scoffed and shook his head, “Onew was right, you know… I was happier before you came though my door…”Jonghyun looked down at the ground. Those words torn right through his heart, but he pushed it away and looked at Kibum, “Please stay…”He seemed to be thinking over Jonghyun’s words before he sat his coat down and went back to the bed, laying face first into it. Jonghyun walked over and sat on the edge, rubbing Kibum’s back. He could feel and hear Kibum crying. He never wanted this. “We’ve found Jinki,” Yoochun said, but quickly cut off Kibum before the other could speak, “He’s been taken by Daesung.”Jonghyun’s hand tensed. Kibum looked at him then back at Yoogeun, “Who is Daesung?”Changmin sighed, “He’s a werewolf controlled by one of Jiyong’s followers, Seungri. Seungri is Jiyong’s left hand man, if you will. Seunghyun is obviously his right hand man at this point.”Kibum shook his head, “You said he wouldn’t know about us!”“Taemin works quickly. He wants Jonghyun back and you and Jinki, along with Jonghyun’s pack are standing in the way and the fact that you’re under our protection bothers Jiyong. He wants to know why you’re so important,” Yunho explained.“Why am I important?” Kibum asked, looking at the faces of the elders, “Am I just important because Jonghyun came into my house bloodied up and I patched him up? If so, tell Taemin he can have him. I don’t care.”“Key!”“NO!” Kibum glared at Jonghyun and shook his head, “No… you did this to me… you pulled me into this just like did to Taemin. You didn’t protect him! You should have told him! He should torture you for what you did! Onew could be killed! I’ve known since I was five years old… he protected me from bullies and thunderstorms and fucking clowns for Christ sakes. Bring him back!”Jonghyun looked at the human sadly before walking out of the room. Shinwoo tried to pull him back, but the other was already gone. Jaejoong stood up and walked up to Kibum, slapping his across the face. Everyone in the room froze in surprise. The vampire touched the cheek softly with his cold hand, “No one deserves to see the one they love hurting… Revenge only goes so far…”Kibum looked up at Jaejoong with tear-filled eyes, “You don’t revenge on Jiyong?”The vampire shook his head, smiling softly, “Only if he hurts my Yunho… then I’ll kill him…”“Jaejoong,” Kibum cried as he wrapped his arms around the vampire, crying into his chest. The vampire smiled softly and patted Kibum’s back. He looked at Yunho, who was smiling sadly, “Key… if you want to save Jinki… you need to help us.”“How?”“You need to go into Jinki’s workplace and find the information we need. Can you do that?” Yunho questioned, “You would have to go in alone.”Kibum looked from Yunho to Jaejoong who was still smiling. He looked back to Yunho, “I’ll do it.”  Kibum was getting ready with Shinwoo’s help. The elders were discussing some things while the pack was upset with Kibum’s outburst about Jonghyun, not to mention Jonghyun wasn’t very thrilled that Kibum agreed to go alone. Shinwoo was the only one who kept a level head and Kibum truly appreciated his help.“Shinwoo… how did you change?”The vampire looked at Kibum and smiled, “I went to a party with a friend and he told me what he was and I freaked. He got angry and changed me.”The human gazed at the other sadly, “I’m so sorry.”“Don’t be. You didn’t do it,” Shinwoo replied with a smile. Kibum liked Shinwoo’s smile. He had these cute rabbit teeth along with his creepy fangs, but Kibum didn’t judge, “You seem like you want to know more.”Kibum nodded his head, “I want to know about everyone…”Shinwoo took a seat as he fixed Kibum’s shirt, “You know Sandeul’s story. Gongchan and Baro were born werewolves – yes, it is possible. Yunho was as well. Yoochun was sick and begged Yunho for help, so he turned Yoochun into a werewolf. Junsu doesn’t remember his past and Jaejoong was changed by Jiyong. Um,” the vampire froze in thought, “Oh, Jinyoung never knew what happened to him either. I found him actually.”“Oh… and Jonghyun?” He asked softly.The vampire smiled softly, “Other than Jaejoong, his story is really tragic, you should ask him yourself.”Kibum nodded his head and Shinwoo stood up once more, “You’re ready.”  Jinki had woken up after the longest time. He sat up in the bed and picked up the glass of water next to the bed. He sighed after taking a sip. He felt like crap, physically and mentally. He wondered if Kibum was worried about him. Probably not.“You’re awake.”He looked up to see the blonde who let him sleep. He nodded his head, but something caught his attention, the collar around his neck. It was just like the collar Jonghyun had been wearing.Before Jinki could jump up, Daesung grabbed his arm, pushing him down on the bed. He smiled sadly at the human, “You shouldn’t have done that… I’m sorry… but I have to take you with me… you should have stayed with the elders… you’re a fool…”Jinki fought against the other, “NO! Let me go! Let me g-“Daesung had knocked the other out and held onto Jinki as the human went limp in his arms. He closed his eyes and sighed. He didn’t want to do this, but he had no choice.A noise made Daesung glance over his shoulder, “Master…”Seungri smiled at Daesung, “Good boy, bring him along,” the vampire waved, heading out the door again. Daesung looked at Jinki again before throwing him on his shoulder. He couldn’t disobey his master.   Kibum had just finished listening to Yunho’s plan and was about to leave when Jonghyun walked up to him. They looked at each other for a moment before Jonghyun wrapped his arms tightly around Kibum. Though Kibum was angry at Jonghyun, he couldn’t help, but hug the other back.Jonghyun buried his face between the crook of Kibum’s neck, holding him as close as possible, “Don’t do this…”“I have to,” Kibum replied softly.The werewolf shook his head, “No… you could say no… you can still stay no. Don’t go, Key, please.”The human grabbed Jonghyun’s hand and held it between his fingers. He was surprising warm. He leaned forward and kissed Jonghyun on the lips for a few short moments before pulling away and staring at the werewolf. He smiled, but it was a shaky smile, “I’ll be fine.”“Promise?”“Promise.”   Seungri grinned at the human on the ground before looking up at the others, “See what my dog brought for you. He is one of the humans Taemin told us about.”Taemin was standing off the side, “He’s not the one I want. Just kill him.”“Now, now, Taemin,” Jiyong said, an evil smirk on his face, “This is a perfect time to test out Seunghyun’s new toy. Don’t you think so?”The blue haired vampire grinned as well. Jiyong glanced over to the side, “Taeyang… get Seunghyun the collar.”A muscular male without his shirt on, Jinki noted, walked behind a curtain for a moment before coming back with a silver collar. It looked like the one both Daesung and Taeyang were wearing. Jinki wasn’t a werewolf. Taeyang handed the collar to Seunghyun and turned away. He gave Jinki a sympathetic look before taking his spot in front of Jinyong who patted his head. Jinki’s eyes watched as the blue haired werewolf walked over to him. He began to cower and back away. No one was holding onto him, he could run, but he knew he’d never make it. “P-please… l-let me go…”“Isn’t that cute?” Jiyong laughed. Seunghyum had a small smirk. He grabbed Jinki by the hair and pulled him to his feet, ignoring his screams. He slipped the collar around his neck and let the human fall to the ground. He backed away, a disgusting grin on his lips.“P-please,” Jinki continued to bed.Seunghyun said nothing as he pulled a remote out of his pocket. He pointed it at Jinki who stared in terror. The vampire grinned as he pressed the button. Almost immediately, Jinki released a blood curdling scream.________________________________________Author’s Note:I love Big Bang. I swear, but they make the perfect bad guys, don’t you think? TOP and Taeyang are my favorite members =w=Anyways, there should be more chapters as the day go on. IF IT IS LATE FOR YOU, GO TO BED.
