[M] Chapter 1 (1/2)

"Yoona! Come on, your mother is probably worried about you!" Minho hollered out my name. Following a beautiful light blue butterfly,I didn't budge to the call. Hopping over rocks and branches trying to catch the butterfly, the butterfly then lands on a purple, pink flower.

"I got you now." I whispered to myself sneaking up on the butterfly.

"There you are! I called you." Minho jumped at me. I jumped and scared the blue creature away. I looked at him then at the flower to see the butterfly gone.

"Hey! You scared the butterfly away!" I smacked him behind the head.

"Ah!" Rubbing his head. I started to storm off. "Hey! Wait for me!" I kept on walking away. "Geez your so childish that it's not even funny." He said rubbing his neck, then started to catch up with me.

"Who are you calling childish?" I asked minho when he finally caught up with me.

"What?" Gasping for air.

"You heard me! I'm not childish."

"Yes, you are! You were chasing a butterfly this whole time and you stormed off when it disappeared."

"So that doesn't make me childish I just find butterflies fascinating and I did not storm off." I protested.

"Whatever you say then!" He laughed. After walking for 5 more minutes we were almost out of the mountains/woods. There is a village just outside of the woods/mountains where I was born and raised. Not many people lived here and I always was curious,why? I mean it's beautiful over here, but father said that only quiet, and the brave can live here.

"Hey, go first I'm going to pick some flowers to lighten up my mother." I looked over at the flower patch.

"What if I see her and she freaks out that your not with me?"

"Tell her that I was getting washed up."

"No! I'm not going to lie your mother." Minho looked at the trees thinking on what to do.

"Just tell her that I'll be home in a minute. Okay." I told Minho, knowing that there would be consequences.

"But-!" Cutting him off.

"I'll deal with the rest just go geez! You worry too much, you need to start relaxing more often." I told him and his facial expression changed instantly from worry to sad mixed with anger. I just pushed it off and headed toward the flower patch. I turned to see if minho was still standing there, but he wasn't.

"Good! He's so crazy. I wonder what's going on in his cute head of his." I talked to myself looking for my mother's favorite flower. After looking I touched a flower and thousands of blue butterflies flew over to a midnight blue river that had one flower popping out. The flower was dark pink and had white tips.

"Whoa!" I said with curiosity. I walked over to the flower and picked it. I saw a shadow past by me.

"Who's there?" I asked. No answer."Hello?!" Still no answer. " It must have been a animal." I told myself and walked home.

"Where have  been!?" My mother came at me. Holding me like I was gone for years.

"Mom, mom I can't breathe." I tried to push from her. She finally let go of me. I gasped for air then gave her the flower.

"Where did you get this?!" My mother said a little scared, but she notice that I notice then covered it up with a smile. I shook my head going along with her.

" I found it in the woods by this midnight blue river. It was the only one there. I've never seen a flower like this, so I picked it for you." I said smiling.

"Midnight blue river?" She asked confused.

"Yeah! You don't believe me? I can go back and show you!" I pointed at the woods.

"No! No! Hurry and clean up. Minho and the boys are waiting for you." She shoved me into the house shutting the door behind me and ran into the backyard where father was. I went into the bathroom and washed up. After I brushed my hair I went back outside to find Minho.

"Yoona over here!" Hollered Onew waving. I ran over to them.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey Yoona!" The five boys responded.

"Why did my mother say you guys were waiting for me? Is something wrong?" I asked them.
